I bought this mouse to replace an older mx revolution. I would take that mouse any day over this one. There is nothing technically wrong with this mouse, it's just that it pales in comparison to my old one. I had no problem picking up the mx one handed to relocate on the mouse pad, this one is heavy to one side and the buttons seem to interfere with my thumb on that side when I want to lift the mouse and relocate. I haven't found a lot of use for the extra buttons, but I don't use a lot of programs. I've also been unable to fine tune the mouse so far. I could nail any spot on the screen with the mx, but with this mouse it seems I get close and then have to very carefully nudge the pointer to what I want. It almost seems to jump instead of track. Hopefully it's a matter of practice, but it has been a few weeks. I've also started becoming annoyed with the fact that I can definitely hear a "click" from the left button yet I get no response from the program. Moving my finger further down the button seems to help this, but shouldn't the audible click indicate switch contact? I can't say for sure it's the mouse, but it is becoming more annoying.

Easy to configure, eats batteries as fast as my dog gobbles down dinner. Never had to change batteries as much as I do on this mouse. When it has fresh batteries, works fantastic. However it starts to feel sluggish after about 10-12 hours of gaming when it hits around 20-30%, under 20% it might as well be playing in extremely high latency!

Talked my son out of buying a wired RGB mouse for this to save on some money. He's not really gaming on the PC, so it seemed like a better fit. This mouse does not have RGB if that is what you are looking for. It does, however, have a great feel and lots of button control. This is a great mouse for the price.

Bought for to replace a failing BT mouse. This is a comfortable mouse for longer gaming sessions. There are pricer options for pro-gamers or those who want to spend the $$$. I've had to go through a battery set in a year so. Mouse becomes a little flaky when batteries are low. Also keep the receiver close to the mouse for best performance.

once the firmware was updated the wireless mouse proved functional but to be honest a wired mouse still rules the gaming world
