Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the long battery life, Bluetooth connectivity, and abundance of programmable buttons on the G604 mouse. Many appreciate its comfortable design and the smooth, precise scrolling offered by the unique scroll wheel. However, some find the mouse too heavy or large, and others have reported issues with the software or occasional double-clicking. The price point is generally considered favorable.

Great MMO mouse. Better fit than the G602.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Successor to the G602, this model, the G604, is exactly the same except it fits my medium sized hand. You needed to have Shaq sized hands to comfortably use the 602. It is a great design, perfect number of programmable side buttons, super responsive, without all the goofy rgb lighting. A very nice mouse for playing mmo's.

Great multi-device mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bluetooth + dongle are extremely useful to have; connect to 1x PC and 1x MacBook easily and switch quickly. Horizontal and Vertical scroll wheels are nice. The only glitch is the battery cover which has a very easy-to-break tab but luckily it does not prevents its use or pops open at random.

Sometimes convenience comes with a price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse is very reactive, scroll wheel works well. The 6 side buttons make some gaming and quick functions more convenient, but it is also to press them accidentally causing errors in gaming and backing out of web forms (this is the one that's annoyed me the most as a shortcut that I accidentally hit)

Ergonomic Mouse
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ergonomic mouse. It is very comfortable on the hands. I feel my productivity has gone up due to the sheer speed of the mouse. It has a very satisfying click. Pros - - DPI resolution is excellent and you can switch it on the fly using the dedicated machines. - The scroll wheel is a wonder! You can turn on or off the ratcheting mechanism which is a bonus. - The G keys are good to setup macros that you use frequently. Cons - The macros for the G buttons are stored on the machine where you install the Logitech software. After that, if you move the wireless receiver or connect using Bluetooth to any other device, it does not work on other devices apart from the one that you used to originally setup the G keys. - I have reduced the sensitivity from the original 1000hz (Gaming mode) since the battery life is 10 days on that mode. On any other setting the battery will last a few months.

Great Mouse for XL Hands
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use it for World of Warcraft mostly and the extra buttons really help. Its also very comfortable for my overly long fingers, even after playing for several hours my fingers aren't tired and sore. If in a few years when this one dies on me, and it isn't too expensive, I will definitely buy this again.

Godawful Switches
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really love this mouse because it has both a wireless connection and 6 side buttons; four of which I often use. It also has a comfortable thumb rest. It could have been a great mouse but Logitech cheaped out and decided to put these horrendous switches in it. After about a year of use, the left click switch stopped working correctly. It often registers a single click as multiple and sometimes it even fails register clicks at all. The G Hub software is also pretty bad; sometimes it's stuck on the loading screen when I open it and I think I can be improved. It seems like Logitech prioritized the aesthetics over the intuitiveness. Other than the switches and the subpar software, I enjoy using the mouse. Though if you buy the mouse, prepare to make the eventual warranty claim.

It's good, but it's no G602.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a fantastic mouse for those who never had the G602. I have to take off a star because you can feel something wobbling in the mouse when you move it quickly side-to-side. Other than that, the mouse is fine. It has a lot of buttons that you can program to do anything with the G Hub software.

Efficient mouse
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to practice studying questions for my qbank coz it’s easier for me to highlight stuff on a traditional mouse versus the trackpad. Use a MacBook. It’s a smooth transition as long as you install it properly. Love that it doesn’t need a usb wifi receiver Bs coz I might lose it lol.

Excellent for Work and Gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is an excellent gaming & work mouse. I got it at a nice discount from bestbuy. I customized the mouse for different work applications in addition to general desktop use. A G-shift can be assigned to one of the buttons which allow double assignment for each button. So instead of 12 assignments, you end up with 24. However, I find it difficult to press the G-Shift and have access to all other buttons with one hand. Nevertheless, it is a super feature. No lights on this mouse. Very comfortable to use. Slight learning curve on the G-Hub software. Note: XBOX PC games can't be (as of today) assigned to the G-Hub as the .exe can't be located. This is due to XBOX installing in a hidden folder and not a G-Hub issue. Nevertheless, it seems XBOX are bringing a solution by allowing users to install in a selected folder. This may help but not sure.

Lots of features, several extra buttons on the sid
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was replacing my mouse with twelve buttons on the side, never needed that many but I still wanted a mouse with a few programmable buttons I have nerve issues in my hands and it's just not comfortable to hold down movement buttons when you're traveling all over the mmo world. I stopped buying logitech products for a long time because I felt their quality had fallen below acceptable standards. This is your chance logitech prove to me that you've cleaned up your game. A very interesting feature of this mouse is that it has both bluetooth and regular dongle wireless technology. Bluetooth may not be particularly fast enough for a gaming mouse in some situations but it's nice that you can take this one with you to use on your bluetooth capable device and use it for other stuff. I have several laptops with bluetooth I can just pick this up off my desk and use it with one of those no issues. The buttons feel solid and responsive, tracks just fine on a mouse mat at least, haven't tried the logitech software yet I imagine it's no different from past apps they've had.

Another quality mouse from Logitech.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great wireless mouse, I have not noticed any lag or issues with it and its great to finally get rid of the cord. I can't comment much on the battery since I've had it for about 1 month so still too early to comment on the battery life. Just another quality product from logitech.

Great mouse, not so great software.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've purchased 2 of this mouse and love them, however, the required Logi G-Hub software could be better. I've purchased 2 of this exact mouse and use them for daily work use with my Macs and occasionally for gaming on pc. I've been able to map the side buttons for common functions like copy and paste as well as swiping through spaces on Mac and back/forward in browsing. The side buttons are great and always register, I just wish the required software wasn't as clunky and better optimized for both Mac and pc (its crashed a few times on pc). Really feels like bloatware. For me, one major reason for picking up this mouse was the sideways scroll with the scroll wheel, however, I've also fallen in love with the feature that lets you scroll with or without detents

Great innovative design and wireless technology!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing Lightspeed wireless, Logitech's wireless tech makes it so that the mouse has as very little input delay / latency as a wired mouse while not being tethered to a wired cable! Love the available side buttons for my mouse to give me more options to game or do work with!

Great Ideas - Horrible Execution
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a love/hate relationship with this mouse and Logitech in general right now. On the one hand, this mouse has all the features I like. Great wireless, great button layouts, and it feels really nice. On top of that, this mouse lets you easily switch it between two different computers by swapping from RF to Bluetooth mode quickly. Very nice featureset! However, the Logitech G-Hub software is a steaming pile of crap. It's sad that mostly good hardware is so crippled by really bad software design. Getting it to do what you want is a chore, and then half the time it doesn't work. The discord integration is broken. The profiles do not work how you think they would. Sometimes, my buttons get switched around in the middle of a game! Like you'll be in the middle of a fight and the button you set up to cast "kill shot" will suddenly just not work because on the back-end Ghub just suddenly switched profiles for no discernable reason. Normally, with Logitech gear this would be the end of my complaints as usually the build quality on their gear is high, however with this particular mouse I find that there is an issue with the right mouse button. That is, there is an issue that when you're holding down the button sometimes it will "let go" before you actually let go. Imagine aiming your sniper rifle and suddenly you're back at your normal view yet you're still holding down the RMB. I would chalk that up to my particular mouse having a defect, except that there are numerous people on the logitech forums complaining about the exact same thing. The switch apparently has an issue with even the slightest spec of dust or something. I blew my mouse out with some compressed air and it's gotten better but it still does it sometimes. However, its not like this is old, it's only been in service a couple of months and its presenting this issue. Therefore, given the horrible software issue and build/design quality of this mouse. I cannot at this time recommend you buy this mouse.
