Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the long battery life, Bluetooth connectivity, and abundance of programmable buttons on the G604 mouse. Many appreciate its comfortable design and the smooth, precise scrolling offered by the unique scroll wheel. However, some find the mouse too heavy or large, and others have reported issues with the software or occasional double-clicking. The price point is generally considered favorable.

I have big hands and this is a nice fit for me. It's nice that it has both Bluetooth and 2.4ghz wireless option. I use it in Bluetooth mode and mainly play MMOs so the extra buttons are nice. The metal scroll wheel feels great too.

Best wireless mouse I have owned

I have had this mouse close to two weeks and it is by far the best wireless mouse I have owned. The ones I have purchased in the past always had issues with connectivity problems during games but this one has been so consistent it is as good as wired mouses but with the freedom of not having a cord. I am gathering that this is because of the LIGHTSPEED mode and/or the HERO 16K sensor but either way it is great. It is a little more expensive than your typical mouse but it has been worth every penny if it continues to operate like this for the next year or two. Only con I can think of is that I only received 1 battery while the product page stated there would be two AA batteries. A tiny con but one worth mentioning since I am giving a review and that it is a little strange.

I owned a g602 be fore this mouse and loved it after it finally kicked the bucket I decided to upgrade to the 604 and I could never go back the scroll wheel is a huge improvement and the ergonomics are definitely on par with the previous model plus using one less battery!

As someone with a lot of wrist/arm issues, this mouse is considerably more comfortable to use than some of the smaller lighter FPS style mice I have been using. The buttons on the side are also great for MMOs and MOBAs, buy games of choice. Highly recommend for either!

    A Great Little Gaming Mouse

I bought this to go with my new PC and so far I have been satisfied by its performance. To be honest, it might've been a little overkill for my needs since I mostly use the gamepad anyway. Having so many remappable buttons is good for keeping my hands off of the keyboard though. Apparently, you can run the mouse in a wireless mode for performance or a Bluetooth mode for better battery life, but I can hardly tell the difference between the two. I feel like I'll most likely use the Bluetooth mode all the time unless a reason why to stick with wireless presents itself to me. Perhaps to keep from having too many devices on Bluetooth at once, I guess. Plus it doesn't have those rubber grips on the sides like my old Logitech mouse had, which means I can use this mouse for much longer since I don't have to watch and feel the rubber grips degrade and melt away over time. Overall, I have no regrets purchasing this mouse. Thumbs up.

Best mouse on the market. Checkout the rtings site review. Mx master 3 might be slightly nicer but you get a better rugged design, Great high polling rate, high dpi sensor, a lot of useful buttons. I like the AA battery option as well as you can quickly replace them.

Good mouse for the price! I've been using Logitech mice since 2004, and it feels as though recently, quality has started to decline a bit, but I think Logitech products are still worth buying

The G604 is very similar to the G602, with the addition of Bluetooth capabilities and the infinity scrolling wheel. It seems to also feel a bit lighter to me than the G602, most likely because it only takes one AA battery instead of two. Overall, a very nice mouse.

I don't really like it although I use it every day. Would honestly rather use my simple, no frills mouse than this fancy one with a bunch of buttons I rarely use. Plus, it's supposed to remember your settings when moving to using it on another device but it doesn't seem to. Tracking sensitivity is far too much. I overshoot constantly even though I've manually reduced the tracking speed to a crawl. Maybe some gamers who memorize the buttons and what they do would get benefit from this. But for an average computer user I find it extremely lacking.

I use this mouse daily at work and the macro buttons simplify so many things for work. The battery life is good, but not as great as it's predecessor was. If you liked the G602, I would recommend this as well.

This is a capable replacement for my old G602, which is still a very excellent mouse, did not planned on replacing it, but the price on the G604 was too good to passed. The battery life according to the specs is good, time will tell, not sure if it will be as long lasting as the G602, but at the same time G604 only use one 2A, while G602 use 2, (although It is also capable of using 1, even if it has 2 battery seats)love the fast Bluetooth connection of G604, does not drop or disconnect, pc immediately recognized it upon booting in windows, if you could get it at the sale price ($55 off) I think is a good deal, who knows it might even be lower on black Friday, I am not a heavy gamer but I let my nephew tried it with several games and it is gamer approved. As per my experience so far, it is very accurate and easy to set up. Would highly recommend it.

I used to have the G602 mouse, then they came out with this one. I have loved every bit of it besides after 2-4 months the right mouse button decides to click multiple times per click or not register at all. I am on my 3rd G604. I love the mouse so much that I keep buying it and returning it for a new one, it is that good to me. I would use another mouse but I have tried so many mice and none compare to the feel and features of this for me. The 6 buttons on the side are a must for me when playing games. Every game I play I use 4-6 of the buttons. I would much rather have the buttons right next to my thumb than having to reach my other fingers to other keys on the keyboard. I have seen other people with this problem online and Logitech has still yet to fix it over the year it has been released.

The Pros simply do not outweigh the cons in this case. Pros: Wireless Extra programable buttons Replaceable battery Free scrolling. Cons: DOUBLE CLICK. Didn't even get past the review period to show up (thankfully). Not comfortable for me. Actually causing some wrist pain. My old G400S is far more comfortable. Extra programable buttons - constantly unintentionally pressing these. Battery positioning makes it a bit unbalanced if you lift the mouse at all. Not a fan of the thumb rest. Software - where do I start. It's not great and you're forced to use it with this mouse. Free scrolling - I see what others have mentioned about scrolling 'bouncing' a bit. Build quality for a $99 product is questionable in my opinion. I really tried to like this mouse but double clicking can't be a thing on a mouse I wish to use for gaming and work. Especially at the price. My G400S as long as I've had it has never exhibited this. I really was just after a hardware refresh, the free scrolling and wireless. Extra buttons were a nice-to-have. Sadly it's back to my legacy (wired) gear for the time being. At least it works reliably and is backed by decent software. Not sure who at Logitech thinks Gaming Hub is a step forward. It is not. Even ARX control doesn't work the same (or right). So its back to the store today before my return period expires and I'm stuck with this junk. Really sad about that. Been a loyal Logitech fan for years but its simply not worth it. And I'm not spending $150 + to write a similar review from what I'm seeing about the current quality and high failure rate of Logitech products. And I'm not jumping through the hoops Logitech demands to honor their warranties. Its ridiculous really.

I got this mouse for gaming and I enjoy the macro buttons on the mouse. My only complaint with the mouse is the roller sensitivity. When using for normal processes and not gaming it will scroll too fast and hard to control.

I got this mouse when my g602 started showing it's age. I absolutely love the scroll wheel free spin button but the change in weight was really odd at first. I typically prefer a heavy mouse but I eventually got over it.

Very good wireless mouse, no lag or connection issues over Bluetooth. Comfortable in the hand, but it's a bit easy to sometimes hit the side buttons accidentally. Not a huge issue and the buttons are useful.

I spend all day programming and wanted a mouse that I could use to map some of the keyboard commands I frequently use to minimize moving my hand back and forth from mouse to keyboard. (I know... not a big deal... well, till you do it hundreds of times a day.) The G604 works great... so well I now have 2 for my different offices so I don't have to cart the mouse between locations. My only slight complaint was the scroll wheel was a little slippery for my liking... I wish it had a little more grip to it for when you have it in "click" mode as opposed to "free" mode (not sure on the exact terminology for those). Otherwise having all these buttons is awesome! And unlike other reviews, I had no problem with the G Hub. The software works great, and I had no trouble figuring out all the customizations that I needed/wanted.

Great mouse with the option of Bluetooth or wireless however I had issues getting my Bluetooth to work but the wireless was fine. Allows me to set custom DPI and The fact that it is wireless helps keep my desk clean.
