Logitech fan here. I do not like this one. weight balance and buttons all feel very off to me. In comparison I like the mx series mice and the 502 is my goto for gaming. this mouse really depends on your muscle memory that u have developed.

I have several Logitech devices, and this one definitely performs as expected. I bought this one for its better battery life, and so far it out lasts my Performance MX hands down. The additional buttons on the G604 are fully programmable and have a better placement than the Performance MX. I found this especially true with the poorly placed "Change Page" button on the MX that sits under the thumb on the "wing". It would trigger constantly and occasionally jammed "on" to the point I disabled it. The G604 doesn't have a button on the wing, and therefore allows the used to rest their thumb while moving the mouse. The G604 boasts a lightning fast gaming mode, but the "regular" communication speeds are so good I haven't had to use it yet. I've tested the optical sensor and ease of movement on mouse pads, plain white formica style table top, and on a sofa cushion, and it worked perfectly on all surfaces. This is my favorite Logitech Mouse yet.

This is a great quality mouse with useful features & simple software. The mouse fits well in my palm, though it may be too heavy for me. The ONLY problem with the G604 is the sensor being a little... squirrelly. This is only noticeable when I move it VERY slowly. I don’t know why..,., but. No matter how high or low I put the sensitivity, if I use the mouse at a slow enough speed it always moves the same amount on a screen. Every little click is nice too, but the buttons on the side sound like they’re being muffled. It’s almost as if the mouse has a cold, and it can’t breathe through it’s nose. Stuffy and annoying, I avoid using them. The G-hub app Logitech provides was nice though. Each button on the mouse is fully customizable, thanks to an easy to use interface. Not to mention easy on the eyes. <3 Overall you don’t get much bang for your buck. It’s exactly what you would expect for what you pay. The only reason I bought this was because it was on sale for MUCH less.

Excellent mouse for my desktop. Logitech software makes it easy to program all the buttons on this mouse. It's last very long on a single AA battery. Fits well on my hand and speed is incredible. I got mine on sale and glad I did.

I love this mouse, it is wireless. I have had to replace it twice but i still think its great. It has great connectivity and precision. I play FPS games online and Idk if im just good or what but I'm usually on top of the scoreboard. This mouse plays a vital role in my success

Great ergonomics. Mouse wheel is metal and sturdy. Side buttons are slightly awkward as only the bottom first two are heavily used for page forward and page back, at least for me. However, since the side buttons are all relatively the same size, sometimes you get confused.

I love this new mouse. Much lighter with the single battery and easy to adjust DPI on the go. I use it to play Dota and its great. Software is easy to download and use if you want to program side buttons. Highly recommend this mouse. Bought a second for my wife.

Versatility and build quality are excellent, but that comes at the cost of weight. It’s pretty heavy to use for FPS gaming. If that’s not your thing anyway, then I’d say this is a great choice.

A nice upgrade. Fairly light and feels good in hand. Wish the wheel felt a bit more substantial, feels really light. Wish that it retained the ability to tether via USB during low battery states but we'll see how it does as a pure wireless mouse. Hoping for a decent battery life

one of the very good products from logitech. the battery lasts for a very long time. you can use alkaline batteries to even extend the time more. lots of programmable buttons that i use for solidworks or gaming ( Auto run is the best example :P) . just unfortunately it runs on G-hub ....

The mouse is nice. I had a G502 and a G602 and they both had thing that the other didn't. I like the wheel from G502, and I liked the programable buttons on the G602. So that's when my Friend recommended this mouse and I enjoy it.

Dang! This mouse is great. I got it to replace my beloved G602 that starting dropping connection. The G604 has a similar form factor with the thumb rest on the left side. I personally cannot comfortably use a mouse without this form factor. GHub is fine software and works as intended for my Logitech peripherals. I don't have any RGB products, so it's not a factor for me. The scroll wheel is what sort of holds me up, but I think I just need to get used to it. The "clicks" are really large and not quite as smooth as I would like, but the infinite scroll option is pretty neat. It is almost too smooth! I love the adjustable DPI switches, as I go between games and work every day on the same machine. I do wish the battery cover was fastened a little more tightly, as mine seems a little prone to falling off when I am transporting the mouse. It doesn't move or anything while I'm using it, however.

A bit hard to get used too for a week but after that it feels perfecto for me with all the extra program buttons. I don’t really get why people say the app is hard to use, it was really easy for me. I just change the side buttons to F3-F12.

This is an amazing mouse. Normally i would recommend a wired mouse for gaming. But this mouse is amazing. No lag no issues. Lasts for months and months on one battery. Definitely recommended.

I don’t use it for gaming, but thanks to the extra buttons and the amazing response, this works perfectly for productivity. The mouse is comfortable and I have never experience problems with the connection.

I wanted to get another gaming mouse but this was on sale and boy do I not regret buying this one. It feels amazing and I don't have to deal with charging as it uses one AA battery.

I had been using my Logitech G700 for far too long (it still works!) but decided I needed to upgrade to something a bit lighter with a better sensor. For me, this is the perfect mouse. It has so many extra buttons and they are all well positioned. The software works great and makes it easy to setup shortcuts and macros. Although there are a ton of extra buttons over a regular mouse it never feels like they get in the way. My hand rests very comfortably on it as well due to the ergonomic shape. I’ve only had the mouse for just over a week but I trust Logitech seeing as my old G700 still works great after 8 years or so. That’s with sporadic use though, definitely not daily. It’s also not the lightest mouse ever but it is an upgrade from my last and I prefer a little bit of heft. Logitech is a brand I trust very well, they’ve always delivered with the products I’ve used. It’s looking like this mouse will be more of the same.

Great mouse for my home office setup. I read quite a few pdf documents and this is perfect for quick scrolling. I did not use it for gaming, so cannot comment on that. The side buttons are customizable and are great to use for frequently used commands.

I've always though Logitech made the best peripherals, and I stand by that statement. Its feels at home in the hand, and has a long battery life. One word I would give it is Solid!!!
