Great but not a required update for the G602

I spent countless hours using it playing WoW and it makes playing so much easier. If you already have the G602 and it's still working fine then there is no need to upgrade to this one. I only bought this because it was on sale otherwise I wouldn't have got it since it's near-identical to the G602.

Good mouse shackled by the worst software

While the mouse it great the GHub software that's used to program it is some of the worst coding drivel I've come across. It takes over 40 seconds to load on my PC. Windows boots up way quicker as do many AAA titles. The UI looks like was thrown together by a 5 year-old, with my apologies to 5 year-olds. It also doesn't work with G13 or G15, even though Logitech stated that they would add support well over a year ago. Programming the buttons is cryptic and not free-form like with previous LGS and if you search for profiles and returns results for hardware that I don't even have installed. Logitech needs to fire whoever wrote that trash, because they ruined an otherwise perfectly good mouse.

There's profiles for desktop and each program you're in. It's automatic switching so no need to worry if it switched profiles for your programmed buttons or not. Honestly great for more than just gaming. They constantly add more programs monthly for profiling and has great support.

Never Arrived

Ordering online, I somehow chose an outdated delivery address. When I tried to get the address corrected, BB informed me that they would NOT correct the address - because the value of the order was too small. BB customer service stopped replying to my emails seeking some sort of solution. That was two years ago...

I got a mouse with better specs for around the price i was looking to pay. Any needs i need going forward, this is a great Best Buy to go to along with top notch products.
