    Have owned G602 mice for some time - and wanted to get another one for work-from-home. G602 has been replaced by the G604 and it's just as good.

    Logitech mice are so hit or miss. It seems that no matter which mouse you buy, they will eventually double clicking. Quality has definitely gone down hill. My old G700 started double clicking after 7 years. The G604 started double clicking in 10 months only to get worse over time. Logitech support is absolutely useless having you jump through many hoops to get this mouse replaced. They must get so many requests that they just decided to inconvenience everyone attempting to make a claim. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty from Best Buy at least. I'd rather just go to a store and return it.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and concerns with the G604 mouse. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing double-clicking after only 10 months and that filing a warranty claim is proving difficult at this time. Unfortunately, with the pandemic and our headquarters being in California, things are just now starting to get back to normal (whatever that is), so please bare with us as we are trying to get all of our systems put back in place. I assure you, we are not trying to make it difficult... but as you can imagine, after 18 months of having to work remotely, there is quite a backlog of claims and requests to catch up on. Thank you for being patient.

    I purchased this as a gift for a gamer. They said it works well but the battery cover comes off easy. I’m not sure how it will hold up.
