Many appreciate its comfortable design and the smooth, precise scrolling offered by the unique scroll wheel. Great gaming mouse

Usage time is about 1 week since having it. Runs off 1 aa battery which comes with the mouse and a usb dongle. Can be set to run off bluetooth or high speed wireless via dongle. Can switch between the two on the fly with a button on the top of the mouse. 6 programmable buttons on the side. Only the back two buttons feel easily reachable for my hand but your results may vary. Mouse wheel can go from free scrolling to a mechanical like scrolling at the flip of a button as well. 16000 dpi at max setting, I found my comfort zone around 10k with mouse acceleration in windows turned down. Overall it feels really good, seems to be lacking RGB options but that doesn't really matter to me. All settings can optimized in the Logitech G hub app which I like seems very simple and easy to find things. I own a lot of gaming mice and this is my current go to. I wish the buttons on the side were all more easily reachable but thats my only complaint and I'm not taking off a star for it.

I do like the mouse but if its malfunctioning already its not good. Seems like logitech has lost its quality. The items don't last as long as they used to. This mouse left click is going out. It will stop working when I click and hold or it will double click at times. As a long time logitech owner I'm truly disappointed.

So I've been a computer gamer since I was a kid, and everyone always told me wireless mice were a mistake. I finally try a wireless mouse and it's nothing but pain. It constantly disconnects from my computer which it is less then 3 feet from. So I won't make this mistake again and I will not be buying products from Logitech anymore. Guess I'll just go back to my 2011 Razer Naga.

Hello Decado, we are so sorry to hear that the G604 mouse was giving you connectivity issues. With Logitech's Lightspeed technology, your wireless connection should work flawlessly. I would double check the connection to your pc via USB dongle. If you use bluetooth, it will not work great. I have attached a link for the setup guide for the G604. If that still doesn't work, you probably have a faulty unit and are eligible for a warranty exchange. You can fill out a ticket here (https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036533973-Warranty-G604). We apologize for the inconvenience. Have a great day and we look forward to hearing from you again. -Ricky | Logitech. https://www.logitech.com/assets/65839/g604-lightspeed-wireless-gaming-mouse-qsg.pdf

Right-click (aiming button) failed after less than 2 months of use. Processing a return is a SERIOUS hassle with Logitech, but I am attempting it. I have tried every remedy I could, but the issue still persists. I bought Logitech for the "quality." I won't make that mistake twice.

Some people will like the grip on this mouse. It feels slightly smaller than most gaming mice but works very well. The software is very nice as well and it includes a USB cable extender. I'm still surprised it does not work with the unifying receivers but otherwise it is a very nice gaming mouse, It feels nice but the lack of RGB takes some of the wow factor away. Installing the software and it did a bios update on the mouse with no issues. I really like that you can press a special button and it causes the DPI to switch to ultra slow to allow for focus.

[Link below is pdf for this mouse] Best w/L mouse I've ever had. I'm constantly on my pc and the functionality of having 6 additional buttons on my thumb makes Production and Gaming so much easier. Only uses 1 battery that lasts me over a month (which is surprising with the cheap ones I buy). The two buttons next to index adjust my speed for controlled aiming or fine editing. In the center, the button above the minimal light (red when batt low) that connects Bluetooth, if that is your preferred way, Above that is a click button that changed the scroll wheel from smooth to click. Everything else is standard [M1-3&Scroll]. Trust me, this is durable through rage gaming, definitely worth it on sale. Want to step up from a basic mouse? start with this one. Absolute recommend!! 9Primary, 8secondary, 7Nade| 9Move, 8Scale, 7Rotate 6mount, 5Armor plate, 4[na] | 6Re-Do, 5Undo, 4Mode(edt/sclpt) https://www.logitech.com/assets/65839/g604-lightspeed-wireless-gaming-mouse-qsg.pdf

Having a mouse with programmable buttons is a new must have. This one has several of them. While Logitech designed this for gaming, it is also extremely useful for business applications. The mouse is fast, but it is adjustable to meet your needs. The mouse comes with a USB receiver, but also connects via Bluetooth. The setup was easy, but in order to utilize the programmable buttons, you will need to download the Logitech G Hub software. While the mouse will connect via Bluetooth, you will need to use the supplied dongle to program the mouse and update the firmware. I have tested the features and once programmed, it will hold the programming when changing from the dongle connection to the Bluetooth connection. However, it will not hold the programming when changing from one device to another device. I assume that the programming is stored on the PC rather than within the mouse itself. The dongle is inside of the mouse cover by the battery. I would gave given this a five star had the mouse retained the programming for the buttons from one device to another, However, it really isn't a big deal since the application can be installed on multiple devices. I had to slow the speed down via the software for typical day to day use. It was simply too fast. This would be amazing for gaming though. Imagine the ability to program several keys for gaming actions. Combing the flexible programming with the speed of the mouse would give the user a huge advantage over other players. The battery is rated to last for several months, but it is not rechargeable. Other high end mice from Logitech have a rechargeable battery. Overall, the features of this mouse outweigh the couple of negatives that I have listed. If you're a PC gamer, this is an incredible addition to your system. For business users, this is also very intuitive for several office programs. I have mine set up for copy, paste, cut and select all. It only took me a short period time to start using this to increase my productivity.

A worthy successor to the G602

to keep it simple its a perfect update to the g602... size is pretty much identical.. buttons are perfectly laid out for MOBAs and MMO.. Hero Sensor is probably overkill for those games but makes it a very versatile mouse. Its not the lightest mouse on the planet but again that isnt what its designed for. I love that it has a AA battery meaning you can hot swap as needed... bluetooth and usb (wireless) functionality both function perfectly... including dpi settings.

Unboxing- The box itself is very sleek and appealing. It's industrial looking and black with some blue writing and G logo. It's very neatly packaged inside, comes with a AA battery, the dongle and the manual. This mouse offers more than I was expecting. While I'm not an avid gamer, I do dabble a bit but use it more for every day for editing. I love the feel of the mouse in my hand. It feels very natural and comfortable even after hours of use. My favorite feature is that it takes a battery instead of recharging. I feel that rechargeable batteries lose their juice over time so i was pleased to see this. There are ample buttons to customize once you install the driver. I use the mouse with a standard mouse pad. It is very precise and perfectly reactive. It has been wonderful for drawing and picture editing. I like the feel of the clicks of the buttons. The mouse is ergonomically made for right handed people. The only feature I'm not too fond of is the raised areas on the bottom. I prefer it to be streamlined and more flat. I'm not sure what the purpose of this is either.

When I plugged in the dongle, it wouldn't recognize the new hardware. I had to use the included USB to plug in the dongle. It then installed the driver to use. The cursor was very jumpy when using the dongle. It was so bad, that I couldn't continue using that connection. I switched to the Bluetooth connection and that was so much better. I do love the super scroll that Logitech does with their higher end mice. This mouse is super customize-able too with 15 programmable buttons. I did go back to the dongle connection and it was horribly jumpy again. Went back to Bluetooth to use. It's a good thing there was more than 1 wireless connection.

Overall, this is a very nice gaming mouse. The build is about what you would expect for the price. It feels solid enough and I really like the metal wheel. You have 15 programmable controls. That should be more than enough for the majority of users. The side buttons are logically placed. However, they can feel a bit cramped for my large hands. Nature of the item really. You can only place so many buttons in a small area :-) The switchable LIGHTSPEED or Bluetooth connection works great. However, I would stick with the LIGHTSPEED for the best precission. The 16K sensor is great and precise. I've been playing The Witcher and the mouse has been great for it. The only thing I question is the use of one AA battery. For most, it shouldn't be much of an issue. But I doubt a heavy gamer will ever see the estimated 240 hours of battery life. All in all this is a lot of mouse for the price and should keep the average gamer happy for a long time to come.
