Broken after 2 months and no way to claim warranty

I bought this mouse 2 months ago and the click button doesn't work anymore. If you go to their website you will discover that there is no way to file a claim for warranty. All procedures there are hidden and when you finally find a link to file a warranty claim, it only brings you back to the product page. It is discussing that in 2021 we have companies in business try to evade their due obligation to honor what they make and resort to this sort of tactics. I urge you to not buy their products at all. I will have to file a complain with the BBB or see if there is some agency in California to protect consumers.

G602 with cheaper manufacturing and a raised price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was out of the box for less than 3 minutes and the frictionless scroll-wheel toggle button is already acting spotty. Classic Logitech discontinuing any good product, replacing it with a cheaply manufactured plastic remake, and raising the price by thirty dollars. They should have stuck with the G602 instead of this. It's obviously not going to last more than a few months, if that. Luckily it's still well within the return period and I'm already getting red flags.

Do not buy this mouse, do your research.

My right click was messing up a couple months after I first bought it. When I hold it, it clicks and unclicks super fast and sometimes it doesn't register the click. If you want one like this, get the G602. That one has lasted me years and even outlasted this one.

Posted .Hi Andy, sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your G604 Wireless Mouse. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we appreciate your review. There can be a few reasons as to why your experiencing some complications, first, try pairing and unpairing with your PC, etc. Move your mouse closer to your device, and somewhat away from other bluetooth connections (which can potentially cause interference), check connections are working (bluetooth, and dongle), lastly, clean out your mouse with compressed air, as dust or debris can be causing the delay in clicks. If you have done the above and are still experiencing issues you do have a 15-day return policy with Best buy.
