Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the long battery life, Bluetooth connectivity, and abundance of programmable buttons on the G604 mouse. Many appreciate its comfortable design and the smooth, precise scrolling offered by the unique scroll wheel. However, some find the mouse too heavy or large, and others have reported issues with the software or occasional double-clicking. The price point is generally considered favorable.

I love this mouse. It fits my hand well and the thumb buttons are easy to access. Having the DPI shift is great for gaming but also for more controlled movements with 3d modeling. The scroll wheel is a great feature for navigating pages and working through data. Being able to have a controlled scroll and a free scroll is amazing. I use this mouse with my personal computer and work computer just toggling via the bluetooth feature. works amazing!

I've used this form factor since the G500 and G700 wireless but when the G502 came out I figured I'll make the switch. Sure I lost a few buttons but I got side scroll and a lighter mouse. Next upgrade was the G502 Hero. Not a huge improvement but still better than the G502 original. Next came the G502 LS - all the sweetness of the 502 series but wireless! How could I turn that down. After have a little more time to game I came to find I did miss the other buttons, but I couldn't give up my side scroll - I used it all the time with a quick tap of my little knuckle. So I never used the G602 at home, though I did get them for everyone at work. Since I wanted more buttons I finally tried out the MMO style mice. First was the Corsair Scimitar - it had almost the same shape as the G502 but no side scroll!! Should have returned it but tossed it in the closet until I think I might need it. Next up - Razer Naga Trinity. This was close to perfect, side scroll, lotsa buttons but that ring finger rest just totally messed up my grip. I'm mostly a claw grip guy so I just kept getting mad at the mouse. The Scimitar's shape worked better for a claw grip, but not perfect. In to the closet with the Naga and back to the G502 LS. And then they released the specs on the G602. All the buttons where I want them, enough buttons to keep me happy, aaaannnnd, finally, SIDE SCROLL! I had to get it! I used to think the G502 was the most comfortable mouse for my hands but then I remembered that if I game too much my knuckles on my clicky hand start hurting a bit. I never had that problem at work using the G602. So the 600's shape must fit me just a little bit better. After hours of gaming on the G604 I've had 0 discomfort. Sure it's got a non-rechargable batter and it renders my PowerPlay mat useless but man this mouse is 100% worth it for me. The only problem I have with it is not a fault of the mouse, but a fault of my dust mite allergy. My fingers get dried and cracked and because of that sometimes scrolling the wheel while in clicky-mode my finger slips. If there was a rubber coating like the 502 it wouldn't be a problem. But then again it's just my issue and not a big one. I have finally found my perfect mouse...for real this time!

I love this mouse! I would give it five stars but the price is the only issue for me holding it back. Even though I really like the smiles I would never pay $100 for it. I bought this when it was on sale and I had rewards certificates so I ended up paying around $50. It is most definitely worth that price to me though. I also own the previous G602 model which I absolutely love. This one is a bit of an upgrade and I still like it but I do prefer the 602.

I wanted a wireless mouse for travel for a while. I'm an MMO gamer and tend to need extra buttons on the side. I was looking at competitors when this came on sale. It's an amazing mouse with great connectivity and responsiveness. I use the 2.4 ghz transmitter even though I do have the option for blue tooth. Also, I recommend downloading the software so you can fully customize the keys as needed.

First and foremost, it's hard to find a mouse with 4-6 side(thumb) buttons that are as easy to use as this mouse(ergonomically). Mouse feels and responds really well. Software need some dialing in, because it's not user friendly compared to competitors. Right click spring rate was gone after about 2 months, but logitech sent me an immediate replacement and even offered an upgrade to a pro mouse. Overall happy with the Purchase.

Very excellent mouse! Only complaint is I wish it was much easier to map the side buttons. Can be a bit clunky. That and the + - sensitivity sometimes get pressed on accident by me.

I miss the old Logitech G700 but those days are over. This is a lower profile and heavier than that mouse. Wasn't the biggest fan of it at first, but it really is among the best options for gaming mice right now, since you can't get a G700 new in store. No lagging input or delay with wireless. The new Logitech G Hub software is horrible. Have seen this mouse go on sale often.

Good for people with big hands and like using AA rechargeable batteries (like me). Please note that this mouse does not have a wired option. It is wireless only. Although you can use bluetooth, bear in mind not to lose the special logitech lightspeed dongle. BTW - this is a special 'carbon neutral' product, so I absolved myself of eco-guilt when I bought it.

I bought this while on sale for $35 for use at work since it has more assignable buttons than the G502 I was using. It's comfortable in the hand and its nice to be able to bind several common commands like "launch task manager" to a single click. It's also been nice as an MMO mouse since it has 6 thumb buttons and frees up some of my keybindings. I can leave the lightspeed dongle at home and connect via bluetooth at work almost seemlessly.

I got this mouse for my son for Christmas as an alternative to his wired G502 hero. Thought we would give this a try and it feels great in the hand and is very responsive and has the same quality wheel as the G502. So far this mouse has been excellent, the only thing my son wishes this mouse had RGB lighting like other gaming mice, otherwise this mouse has excellent performance especially for the sale price it cant be beat!
