    No lag. Small keys

Coming form an ergonomic membrane keyboard, I find that the key goupings here are rather tight and the caps are smaller than I thought they'd feel. That said, it's fast and once I'm used to it, I think that my typing will speed up a bit. No lag whatsoever (which was tough to deal with on my last wireless keyboard). It's not too noisy. The media keys are a bit out of the way on the right side of the board, but that's nitpicking. The G keys could be a little further away from the main keys as I've hit G3 and G4 instead of Tab and CapsLock a few times. All in all, this seems like a great value at the holiday price of $70. At $140, I wouldn't recommend it, however.

More than just a gaming keyboard

First Impression: To start I’d like to say, “I’m very impressed with this mechanical keyboard and can recommend it to anyone, gamer or not.” I know Logitech designed the G613 as a gaming keyboard with gamers in mind, but it’s not really all that gaming exclusive. By calling it a gaming keyboard, Logitech is doing a disservice to the rest of the computing world who could appreciate the heft and feel of a well-made, higher-end, mechanical keyboard reminiscent of the Avant Stellar keyboards from years past when computers still had PS-2 ports. Someone who’s used only low-end, plastic, throwaway keyboards cannot appreciate the look and feel of a good mechanical keyboard until they’ve tried one like this Logitech G613. Packaging: I found the attractive and minimalistic packaging easy to open and the keyboard well protected. Keyboard comes with Quick Start Guide, USB cord for charging devices, and a generic device stand that looks like it would fit most any phone or tablet. Setup: Setup was very simple as one would expect of a keyboard. Quick Start Guide explains setup in pictures, no words, and almost completely comprehensible. Hardest part was me understanding that I had to download the software on their website. Duh! This may or may not be a challenge for you depending on if you know where to go. Design, Operation and Use: Keyboard itself has satisfying heft when held in your hands. And it feels sturdy and strongly built compared to the primarily plastic keyboards that we’ve all been using for years. Keys are highly responsive and quite sensitive. You don’t have to push completely down on the keys to get an input response. Keys have a nice tactile response and click you only find on a good, mechanical keyboard. When compared to a wired keyboard, the G613’s wireless response time is equivalent. It’s very quick. In my opinion, a huge design plus is the G613’s built-in and quite comfortable wrist rest. Kudos to the Logitech engineers on that one! I found it effortless to go from a wireless Lightspeed connection to a standard Bluetooth connection. Connecting to an iPhone and iPad was a breeze. Just as easy as it would be connecting to any other Bluetooth device. Also, the Lightspeed dongle is the typical low profile-style dongle that we’ve come to expect from Logitech. And, most important, there is a tiny storage slot to secure the dongle inside the closed door battery compartment. Kudos again. The flip-down feet under the rear of the keyboard are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Operation is very smooth and when fully engaged the feet stick outward at enough of an angle to make this a stable keyboard even under hard use. I doubt they’ll ever flip up unexpectedly. Keyboard state Indicator lights include Caps Lock and Battery. I have to wonder why Logitech went to the trouble to add a Caps Lock light, but not a Num Lock light or Scroll Lock light? I’ll probably never really miss a Scroll Lock light, but I really depend on the Num Lock light. The included stand for mobile devices is simple plastic with no frills. It can accommodate many devices with thin enough cases. However, thicker cases will cause the device to fall out or not sit in the stand at all. So it’s not going to work with all devices and their myriad array of cases. Overall: This is a well-built, very sturdy mechanical keyboard that delivers all it promises with Lightspeed technology and Bluetooth compatibility. For the price point, the technology is there, the build quality is there, and the battery life projection is there. However, the gaming features are minimal. The keyboard itself feels more like a multimedia keyboard than a gaming keyboard. But, the Logitech G product line seems to be targeting it to a more exclusive gaming market, one with disposable income or with the willingness to sacrifice life necessities for the sake of gaming. My recommendation would be to market this wonderful keyboard to a more mainstream market. Anyone who can afford it should be able to appreciate it.

    Outstanding

Picked this up today, and have been testing. 10 key rollover works great. I love the integrated palm rest. I love the size and weight. The keys are a little quieter, and feel a little more substantial than the keys on the K840 (I think the keycaps may be slightly different). There is no input lag. I like how it is a classic layout, with classic keycaps, full size. They did everything right with this keyboard. Overall, I'd say if you fell in love with the 710+, you will probably like this even better....if backlighting isn't a necessity. I'm probably going to go pick another one up for the office. I don't think I can go back to the K840.

Incredible oven for a small space

Don't be put off with the site of this oven. It may look like an oversized toaster oven, but it is much more powerful and useful than a toaster oven. Set up was very easy. I just took it out of the box, put in the crumb tray and plugged it in. The directions do say to run the oven empty for 40 minutes in convection mode at 450 degrees to remove any residual protective substances. The oven does come with a 13" pizza pan, two wire racks and a bake pan. Inside the oven there are 4 grooves inside so you can adjust how close you want your food to the heat. Once you turn on the oven you can see the eight functions the oven has: toast, bake, convection, broil/grill, defrost, pizza, cookies and keep warm. You just turn the bottom knob to choose a function. The middle knob for the temperature and the top knob to set the timer and start the cooking process. What I really like about the timer is that once it rings, the oven turns off which eases my mind worrying about my kids turning off the oven. I am extremely impressed with how evenly the oven cooks food. With a toaster oven, your food, even toast, rarely cooks evenly. I was able to have pizza, chicken, grilled cheese and yes even frozen burritos cook evenly. De'Longhi does offer a few recipes in the manual and more if you download the Recipe Book app. You can also use your own recipes and De'Longhi's manual guidelines for cooking various food items. For the ones I tested they were all very accurate. The only surprise is that the convection oven actually reduces the time needed to cook most of the food that I tried. The oven is very quiet, especially when using the convection oven. The oven heats up very quickly, but I did find it warm to the touch when cooking at a high temperature for a long time. It isn't as fast as a microwave, but I find myself using this oven more to warm up left overs, especially pizza since it is no longer soggy after heating it up in a microwave. If you are tight on space and need an oven, the De'Longhi Livenza Oven's power of a standard oven, ability to quickly heat up and about as big as a mid size microwave is a great oven for you.

Never before would I have thought that I would go "gaga" over something as simple as a computer keyboard. The G613 has achieved this monumental task! First off, this thing is massive and heavy. Some may (and have) seen this as a negative. But since this *is* a gaming keyboard, I consider it a strength. The connection is either via Bluetooth, or Logitech's own "lightning" technology, which boasts a 1ms delay (very impressive). But - so far I have achieved impressive results with Bluetooth. A plus with that, is you do not need any additional connectors (if your computer already supports bluetooth). If you want to use the "lightning" tech - there is an included dongle and USB extension cord. Since this is a bluetooth device, you can also connect it up to your phone. Logitech has spared no expense as they have also included a very heavy and sturdy phone stand. I personally love having the built in (non-removable) hand/wrist rest. I previously had one in my keyboard tray for years that I'm glad to do away with. This one provides much more support and since it is built in - there is no dreaded "gap". The keyboard has multiple profiles/game modes. Like a particular game? Logitech has you covered w/ a profile for their G keys. It really is that simple. This keyboard is solid, in more ways than one. They fact that it can go 18month per set of batteries is also a plus! Don't let the price put you off from trying out this keyboard. If you are a serious gamer - or even if you just want a solid, quality keyboard - give the G613 a shot. You won't be sorry!

    Solid wireless mechanical keyboard

Looking back through my reviews, you’ll be able to see I tend to like Logitech offerings. The G613 is their first wireless mechanical gaming keyboard. One caveat is I don’t play much in the way of MMOs any more as growing older and having a family pretty much make long raids and instance grinding impossible. However, I still appreciate the satisfying click of genuine mechanical keyboards. Plus, they’re much more durable than the standard membrane keyboards. That out of the way, let’s talk about the keyboard. The keyboard is big. Not in the swag-logo-branding sense, but literally, it’s bigger than most other mechanical gaming keyboards. The margins around the outer keys are wider, making the footprint a bit larger. Wireless functionality worked flawlessly for me, with no noticeable lag even amongst all my other wireless controllers and consoles being on. Keys are as expected from a mechanical switch, so nothing exciting here. Just solid dependability. The one (potentially) major flaw is no backlit keyboard. Why Logitech would make such a misstep in a keyboard they’re marketing as a gaming keyboard is beyond my comprehension, but it’s probably the only big gripe I can find. There’s no usb socket on the keyboard, maybe to save space(?) but again, the whole footprint of the keyboard is pretty large so that seems strange too. Overall, if you’re looking to declutter and/or have a mechanical keyboard that you can take around with you, this is a solid first entry from Logitech.

    Best wireless keyboard I've owned

This keyboard is crisp, quality, and basic in that it doesn't include unnecessary extras. I've owned many logitech (wireless) keyboards and none of them compare to this one in quality. It is heavy, but in a good way. I use this keyboard with my PC connected to a TV screen and it's excellent in this function. Highly recommended!

Mechanical Keyboards are very tailored to their specific users. That being said the Logitech lag time is fantastic. However it tries too hard to be good at everything instead of great at a few. It’s much too large imo which defeats the purpose of Bluetooth and the lag paid for it. The key stroke is perfect and the whole board feels really solid under hand ( but it’s big) Setup was ok, and I have yet to charge the batteries. To me these are a very personal preference purchases esp if your a heavy gamer. Make sure your specific on your needs vs wants and what your willing to trade off to get there

    Good Wireless Gaming Keyboard

This is a very solid wireless gaming keyboard. It's actually the only Logitech product I've ever not regretted purchasing. I've been using this keyboard for a few days now, and I can confirm that their "LIGHTSPEED" 1ms response rate is no joke - this thing feels just as responsive as a wired keyboard. My only real criticism about this keyboard is that the "mechanical" keys don't feel even remotely as good as normal mechanical keys do. I've been using cherry MX switches for the past 5 years as my daily keys and in comparison these feel like membrane keys.

Overall this is a pretty darn good keyboard. It has many bells and whistles that gamers want, though there are some changed I would make. First, I would add an internal battery. Second, I would offer an option to backlight the keyboard. That being said, it is a good keyboard.

    Best Wireless Stealth Gamer/Work Keyboard

Decided to grab this keyboard while it was on sale. Didn't need the more expensive, rechargeable G915 since I much prefer to use swappable batteries that I can recharge myself. The keyboard has a nice heft to it and the switches on it are in between super clicky and silent, which is my preference. It doesn't have RGB lighting or anything, but that's not a con for me personally.

    Not that great

Look if you ever owned/typed on a mechanical keyboard before buying this, I wouldn't. Typing on this keyboard just feels odd and not natural. Theyre not the worst switches but a Cherry MX switch is far superior. Also my board has this weird hollow noise when a button is pressed. If you have never had a mechanical keyboard you can try this one out, its a good entry point. Its good because it is wireless and on top of that can switch to Bluetooth mode rather quickly awhile I dont like the switches they're good enough to learn on. But its definitely not worth the original msrp, you can always find them at deep discounts, thats the only reason why i dont trade it for a G915.

    Landfill bound. Stay away

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

the dream this keyboard represented, of a high-quality wireless mechanical, were too good to be true. First, the switches are somehow both loud AND muddy. the mechanical click is there but the satisfying feel of a keystroke is decisively not there. Each spacebar press reverberates - you can both hear it and feel it vibrating after a press. I was living with these nuisances until the key chatter started. Key chatter (i.e. press a key once, the system thinks it was pressed twice or more) after roughly 1.5 years of daily use. The S key suffered most - which was annoying but I could generally manage. It wasn't long before the chatter had spread to the R, V, N keys and most critically, the spacebar and backspace. Imagine the frustration of typing a letter, seeing it appear twice, hitting delete once to remove the superfluous letter - only for it to delete BOTH letters. Infuriating. Logitech support? nonexistent. there is no way to contact them on their website to make this issue known. A CS rep on twitter gave me the galaxy-brained response to take it to a "local service center" for repair, but since that's not actually a thing, they couldn't give me an answer when I asked if they recommend any in my area. Let's say I do get it repaired: how much will that cost? will the repair even last? might as well just buy a new keyboard at that point. This keyboard was like $150 when I bought it, thinking i would have a quality unit that would last years. Now, it's destined for the landfill after barely 3 years. I tried hard to love this,

A "fair" rating only because it took a couple years, but the keyboard eventually suffered from an irreversible inclination to register two keystrokes in a single press. It was maddening. It has recently been disposed of and replaced. RIP G613. Also, not very "clicky", if you want to irritate your cubicle neighbor.

Its not as loud as i expected, i kinda wanted it to be loud but oh well my buddys wont hear me typing i guess lol. Uh what else? One of the main things about this keyboard is that theirs less distance travel for the key to register, so that makes a slight type on a different letter actually show up. So lets say you are playing a game and u press w to go forward but the e button is to lean right, if you slightly touch e when trying to move forward you will be leaning to the right haha, but oh well its one way to get more accurate at key pressing i guess
