Everything works well. Has good sound and features. I prefer wired headphones due to the wireless ones that I have had are always experiencing interference from my wireless router that operates at 2.4Ghz like the headphones do.

Now no quarms i love Logitech, but was really disappointed in this head set..as there is no current updated software for this particular head set, the fact that ever 10-20min it will shut off and turn back on. As i did after this point do the research on it and find out theres nothing that can be done unless you know how to hard code...so for 199$ head set...not exactly impressed...worked fine for about 2 weeks before the problems set in. NOW with that said, the mic and quality of sound is fantastic when its not cutting in and out.

Wow I bought this as a gift for my nephew and he loves them. These head sets are tournament ready and the sound is amazing. The headset also has eye glasses adjuster. It allows you to adjust it so there is a gap where your glasses touch the headset. These headsets are a must for any gamer level from beginner to tournament.

I love the dual input but i think if it was bluetooth enable it would have 5 stars. Also the sound quality is not as good as one would expect for the price. Leds are gimmiky, i cant see them while its on my head. Mic is supurb.

These fit very comfortably and they keep out outside noise while providing clear sound! So far, they seem very durable as well.

The headset has good quality. The sound from the speakers and mic is definitely good enough for gaming. The only downside is that it is not a typical wired headset. I will see if having to plug and unplug can cause damage.

This headset has an awesome sound. It comes with 2 cords so it can either be used via USB or on a phone. The surround sound is unreal. Only issue is I can't get the drivers for my MacBook. That doesn't change the sound just leaves out some minor customization settings. Still gets 5 stars because of the sound and utility.

My son loves this headset. Fits well. He prefers a wired headset for gaming, and he's really happy with it.

Haven't had any complaints about how the mic sounds. The headphones sound really good to me. Treble and bass both sound good. Built sturdy. Price is pretty steep but product beats the others in my opinion.

They were great short of the volume lowering itself

Sound quality from these headphones is fantastic. The Dolby surround is a major reason I bought these because it helps immensely when listening for the direction of gunshots and vehicles in PUBG. The microphone works great and keeps background noise to a minimum. The lighting effects are cool too (;

a decent headset that does the job for you for a fair price. It has all the spec I needed for gaming. Noise cancellation 7.1surroubd sound. I would advise though to get at least a 2 year warranty with it since Logitech is known for its lack of durability especially for people who would use it heavily

Pros: Fanominal sound quality and volume. Can take it with you for use on a phone or tablet. RGB. Cons: Connection wear over a short time makes the cable too easy to unplug on accident.

This is a great headset, blocks all ambient noise and lets you focus on the game. You can hear people running around on the other side of the maps, or on the other side of a wall which gives a big advantage because you can find the enemy before they can find you in BF1.

This seemed like fairly high quality, decent sounding surround gaming headset upon initial use. After two weeks, the USB connector went bad. No matter what micro usb cable is connected, the headset loses connection with the computer intermittently with the slightest movements of my head. Since this occurred with the gentlest of use and storage of the headset within 2 weeks time, I believe this is a serious flaw in a wired gaming product. After 3 weeks since the initial report to Logitech for service, I am still trying to get a replacement or a fix. Very disappointing!
