first pair had a problem charging the second pair works well but can be spotty some times

I used this headset for about a year without problems.

This headset sounds great and is comfortable. The ability to mix PC and phone audio together is great. The cable is woven and the earpieces are padded which are added bonuses.

get the 2 year replacement plan for $10. It will pay for itself. Ok so these are some of the best I have tried. I have a larger then normal head size. Really, my cap in the Air Force had to be ordered as they did not keep it in stock. Any way these fit fine. Most headsets put more pressure at the top of the ear cup for me. With these I do not feel like I am wearing a vise. I wear these for hours no problem. The sound is great and I find I am actually lowering the volume over other headsets I have owned. The mic is very good. Everyone in chat, be it Team Speak or in game, says I sound clear and crisp. Over all the construction is sold. After 5 months of daily use there are no creaks or pops or other sounds when I put them on. and being on sell for under $100 makes them even more a must buy. So why do I say you will need the replacement plan if they are so good? Its the USB connected cable. While on one hand I understand why. So the head set can be used with a phone easily. I really wish there was a hard wired version of these. I have never unplugged the USB cable from the head set once I plugged it in the first time. However after 5 months of daily use it got to were anytime I turned my head or put any pressure on the cable the USB would disconnect. And at time this would cause the headset to completely shut down. Requiring an unplug at the computer to "reboot" it. I just got my second set today. Nice thing is that one has a 2 year replacement plan starting today. No charge. I hope this set last longer but if not no problem. So yes I do highly recommend these but only with the replacement plan.

Im more into the bassy side of headphones, but this one is pretty good for what it does.

I bought these for my boyfriend for his birthday and he uses them everyday, and so far..no complaints. I got them on sale, so to me..it was a perfect birthday present!

I got this headset for my cousin for christmas and he actually wanted a different pair but he ended up liking this one a lot better than the ones he had wanted.

My. First pair broke so I exchanged for the same exact headphones and they are working fine.

Good headset, only downfall is other people can hear your breathing on the other end.

Speaker is great, its surrounding function is unbelievable. But after a month of use, I found out that the cushion on the headrest part started to come of. I put it back, but it keeps coming out and it's glue content inside makes the entire headrest area become sticky.

Headset has a good mid range and the bass are not to over bored mic work very well flipping the Mic up mute the Mic that a nice perk. Only con on the headset are build qulity feel very flimsy like any minute you could break them and the other con are the headset cups the should be breathable. Should be adress in future products for comforts.

Recommended for x box. Did not work as expected. Great for computer.

I bought this for my son for Christmas to use with his Xbox one. He had the Bluetooth one prior and this works much better.

When buying headsets for my ten year old I find most headsets don't last. The durability of logitech's products has stood the test of time.

Met expectations. Changing lights were cool. Replaced older version of product.

I would definitely recommend these. Sales people were great also.

My son liked these until he started having issues with his jaw. We are not sure if this is related or not. He was fine until he used this set. He has used others and no issues at all. He quit using these-he liked everything about them other than his jaw issue.
