The looks and feel are great. However for the price, it is way too quiet . At its highest volume, it was far too weak to enjoy any gaming, especially music. The mic often felt like I had to yell to pick up any voice . It's heavy construction made it very uncomfortable with longer durations of an hour . For its price , many 50$ headsets beat it.

Mic too sensitive and headset too tight on the head. It's not bad just not worth its price

The power cord has a bad connections, causing the headset to turn off often.

Buy the Astro a40's over this garbage. The headset just doesn't compare to the astros.

Right away had issues with the jack that plugs into the controller. It was very loose at the end that plugs into the headset, pretty much had to hold it in there to hear anything. Exchanged for a new pair, same issue with the second. Returned and bought a Razer model.

Not a bad headset for the price , wouldn’t buy again

I bought this headset because it's sponsored by one of my favorite teams, but I regretted it after the first month. The cord never quite worked out it's "kinks" from the original packaging. If I attempt to straighten the cord the headset begins to make an ominous demonic like sound through the headset that I can hear as well as whoever I'm speaking with if I am in Skype or Discord with. If I accidentally touch where the cord connects all sound stops and I have to reconnect the USB multiple times for it to work again. The price is not worth this headset at all since I've had it less than a year.

Purchased this as a replacement for my Cloud II headset but had to return it a week later. Mic kept cutting out in certain games, the headset itself was uncomfortable (or less comfortable than my other headset for sure). The adjustment knobs are on the earpiece, so it makes for awkward adjustments while in game. Software to configure the keys was a bit convoluted and overall the function and design was not up to par. The headset never seemed to "remember" the LED color pattern I had configured for it, so I had to reset it multiple times. Customer support was slow to respond to my problem and offered no solutions.

Where to start? Pros- -A little lighter then my G35 -A little more comfortable then my G35 - Mic works fine in TS3, CS:GO - multiple connection options Con's- - Software doesn't work like it should ( Check the Logitech forums). - There is some distortion coming from the low end, even at low volume. example Armored Warfare the count down clock tick distorts, CS:GO I also noticed some high and low end distortion. Never had this problem with my G35 headset. - EQ settings in The LGS software does not work. Yes you can adjust the EQ settings, BUT the sound does not change. - These feel really cheep. Every time I put them on I feel like something is going to SNAP Conclusion After reading up on G633, even with the negative reviews on Logitech's forums, I still bought these.....Shame on me. Most of the time I get lucky and its user error. I can safely say its not user error, But Logitech's error. The Logitech forums is bottomless pit of problems relating to the software. The Logitech Gaming Software 8.75.30 has been problematic for G930, G35, G933, G633. Thank GAWD it has not effected my G502 mouse or my Orion spark keyboard. SO, don't walk, RUN way from these until Logitech fixes all the problems that they have with the software. I will be returning these today, Sad cause I really wanted to like these. I am using Windows 7 64. Z97 motherboard with on board sound

if you are thinking to unplug it from the usb cable and use it on your phone dont, the input of the headset is going to damage fast and logitech support is bad your 2 year warranty would expired before logitech actually answers

The wire where it plugs into the headset will turn the headset off if it's bumped. Annoying if your playing a shooter and miss out on sound for 15 seconds while it turns back on.

My son was attracted by the lighting feature. However, this feature only works when using a PC. Alas, he only uses it on Xbox. Thus, no lights. #disappointedson

This Head set is made cheap. With poor audio Quality. Ok for gaming is your low on money. Otherwise Dnt Buy

The headphones cannot convince with a good sound. Overall the installation isn't self-explaining. The additional buttons on phone are just nonsense.

headphone were hard to sync with laptop, got it working but not sure how then a week or two later stopped working again.

ok so ive had several high end headsets this one is kinda bad. its uncomfortable after about an hour. the sound cuts in and out if you hit the wire with your shoulder. when the sound cuts out it will crash videos or games. the mic does not work unless you unplug and replug in the headset every time you turn the mic on. it sounds decent but nothing spectacular when it is working correctly.

Falls off with any minor twitch, I am actually planning on returning these because of a faulty product. The headphone have already stopped working after less than a month. Maybe other have had a great experience and I could have also but I received a mechanical dud. Besides that they have a really weird design that doe st sit well on your head and will fall off if you turn your head to fast.

I bought this because it is for gaming platforms as well as PC. Mostly though for my Xbox. It was horrible. You could not get the sound very loud and the microphone was all but unusable. People could tell I was talking but they could barely hear me. On the PC it sounded great and microphone performed as expected. I had to return this item.
