Customers are saying
Customers praise the G633 Artemis Spectrum Gaming Headset's exceptional sound quality and comfortable design. Many appreciate its compatibility with multiple devices and the convenient microphone features. However, some users find the headset's fit and weight to be less than ideal, and there are some concerns about the software and USB cable. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs the negative comments regarding fit, weight, and software issues.

returned it, twice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for a headset for xbox one. Best Buy associate recommended the logitech. Piece of junk. Padding kept coming of the first pair we bought. Returned it and the mic on the second pair worked intermittently. We eventually went with the microsoft xbox headset. Not as flashy but it actually works, cheaper too!!

Had to return...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review....It did not fulfill my needs. I am trying to find the best solution to using a pair of headphones for PC, TV, Mobile & Xbox One. This did not fit the bill. When I tried it on the PC I was unhappy with the sound quality. Also felt to plastic & cheap.

Broke in transit. Too fragile.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My daughter put these headphones in her backpack, then put the backpack in the overhead bin while traveling on a plane, and by the time she got to her destination, they were broken. No recourse. Sad.

The volume wheel turns down by itself.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset was supposed to be an upgrade (I previously used the Logitech G35s and I feel those have a lot more quality than the new G633s I bought.)

Better than Astros. Better than any headset.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had Astros, Turtle Beaches, and Tritons. These are easily the best headphones I have ever purchased. They are comfortable, cool, and most importantly sound amazing. I hear more things than I did with my Astros. My mic is crystal clear. I can talk in game and on skype at the same time. Easily the best headset on the market and at a solid price.

Not bad, no surround sound on console
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these because rep. said they are surround sound on consoles too. They definitely are not. I did try them on my pc and the surround sound was awesome, but I had already felt jaded because I needed it to work on the Xbox one. Super comfy though, and they fit on my fat head so it has that going for it.

Wow Logitech, you really stepped up your game!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These actually sound like headphones! They're lacking in the lower mids but you can actually use these to listen to music! It's awesome that headphone companies are paying more attention to audio quality and I love how they are all using the 4-pin 3.5mm cable. These have a very wide soundstage then turn on Dolby Headphones and they shine even more. I think this is the first time I can actually tell the difference between say the left and the left rear surround channels. The mic is where these still need some work. It's a marked improvement from the previous series but they still have a long way to go. It does a much better job at blocking out background noise but it still picks up a lot of what's going on around you. It's too quiet, too compressed, and it doesn't pick up lower frequencies. So no radio announcer voice for you - don't plan on streaming or recording game play with these. They are generally comfortable. The earcups are larger than the previous series so you'll feel more pressure on your jaw. They get warm but not sweaty. Sadly they leak quite a bit of noise so if you're looking for noise isolation these may not be the best for you. The rgb features are cool if you're into that sorta thing. I love the fact that you can use USB cable and / or the 3.5mm cable.

Great for those wanting a wired headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headphones are just what I was looking for: they fit my ears without pinching any part, have GREAT sound with noise-cancelling (my wife has a hard time getting my attention when I'm listening to music), and an extra long cord. Can't be used without a power supply, but I don't plan on taking them out of the house.

Fantastic with minor quibbles
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset to replace my broken base model Razer Krakens. Pro's: The sound and mic are both improvements. The settings in the Logitech software make a huge difference, so make sure you check them out and find the sound you like. Bass is maybe a bit weaker than the Krakens, but overall sound quality is better. Sounds fantastic in Battlefield 1 and when watching movies. The mic is also excellent! Clan mates said "it's great to be able to hear you now". And I don't even have to extend the mic out of it's base! Earcups are pretty comfy, but I have to have them in just the right spot or they put pressure on my ears. Con's: The extension slides where you can adjust the earcups for larger or smaller heads are weak. They slide far too easily and need to be re-adjusted half the time I put them back on. The magnetic covers on the outside of the earcups make the headset feel cheap. There's really no reason to have not made it a solid structure and it always feels like the headset is just loose and not put together well (it is though). Also the buttons on the headset are pretty useless. I have no idea why they are there, but I HAVE used the volume adjuster a few times. Overall just a very good headset for games, movies, and voice comms. Some minor quibbles that are easily overlooked as the things that need to function at a high level (sound and mic) do so very well.

Not a good product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are plates on either side of the headset that are held on by magnets, the one on the right side had its magnet fall out due to the glue not being strong at all. My biggest complaint overall though is that the microphones absolutely suck. The dongle sounds like I'm super far away even when it's right near my face and the one on the headset only extends out to my cheek, not getting anywhere near my mouth, and sounds like absolute garbage. If you're trying to find a good headset for gaming, I recommend looking elsewhere for one with a better microphone. The only upsides to this headset is the fact that it is pretty comfy to wear for long durations. Though another downside in the manufacturing, the cushion on the top came out of its holder on the right side, the glue not keeping it stuck, so I had to use super glue to make it go back into place, thankfully that did not impact the comfort too much after the fix. Another huge downside, there is no mic monitoring whatsoever. I feel like i'm yelling half the time i'm trying to game because of this fact. For what I paid, I am highly disappointed in the product. I will be purchasing a new gaming headset come January or February when I have saved up enough money, for now I have no choice but to stick with this cruddy headset.

Good headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset is what you would expect from Logitech. Sound quality is good, and comparable to my old G930 The headset was tight on my head( my head isnt large either). Felt like there was unnecessary pressure around my ears where the ear cups sit. After a couple days this went away, but I know the comparable Corsairs were much more comfortable right away.

Good, but tight
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this headset a few days ago after trying them out in store. They seemed great, audio is good, the mic picked up my voice really well, a lot of the noise around me was cancelled out, and it was comfortable on my head (in store). When I returned home that evening I of course opened up my new gaming headset and put them on. Even after adjusting the headset to fit my head, it seemed rather tight above my ears. I disregarded it as a "new gear, needs to loosen up a bit" issue so I kept using them for the next few days. Today is the 4th day that I've had them and it still squeezes my head to the point where I get a minor headache. Other than that, it's a great headset, I just dont want to get my head squeezed when I'm on Teamspeak with my corp.

Great sound! And just cool/practical gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking to replace my turtle beach headset for something a little newer. Reviewed and tried a lot of headsets for Xbox/Windows, PS4/Windows and straight up PC headsets. This was the best option for the price as a medium priced set. Noise cancelling is amazing. Sound is clear and on point. Definitely recommend. Can't see why you'd need anything better than this!

Surprisingly delightful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really nice sound, especially at the 100 dollar price point. The headband is a little tight at first and requires a short break-in period, but is easily comfortable enough for long sessions after this, the cups are larger than most and fully enclose around your ear enhancing the comfort. The surround effects are fairly pronounced, with a vivid soundstage. The bass is surprisingly clear and clean, very little to almost no distortion, which was the biggest shocker on this headset, and the main reason I think it's superior to the astr** , their bass ends up being plenty loud but sounds dirty at lower frequencies, the Logitechs will let you hear tone variance you likely hadn't noticed before in music. For gaming, the surround plus clear sound is great, and the LGSoftware that acts as your equalizer also allows for full customization of the lighting effects and macro assignment for the programmable buttons, or you can sync the color scheme with other products run through the software. I highly recommend this to everyone who asks
