Great headset, minor flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I purchased this headset on sale and it was a wonderful price.. Rich sound, lovely surround sound, RGB is nice and smooth, the mice quality is comparable to a stand up microphone, but now you're wondering, "whats the flaw?" Well from the day I purchased this headset ive had one of the worst problems ever with it and its that the USB connection cord always seems to come unplugged no matter how tight you think its plugged in, the slightest swivel of the head and BAM your headset is unplugged and for some games where it doesn't automatically fix it, your stuck without sound till you can close the game and reconnect and when I'm using discord it causes me to disconnect and reconnect a couple times for my mic to continue working and its just a major pain because the cord is very long and not in any snag length at all and Ive even tried different cords to see if the Logitech cord wasnt fully manufactured correctly, but yeah I'm still having this problem... Ive tried contacting Logitech support multiple times and they just tell me its user error and that they cant replace the headset due to the problem which is unrealistic... I really wish there was a way I could downgrade to a different Logitech headset that doesn't have a detachable usb plug ...

No manual
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. How is someone to know how to enable all the features without a manual? The sound is ok but I'm sure there are many features yet to be discovered

Sounds great but mic sucks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The overall feeling and sound of the headset is nice. However the boom mic sounds like there's a voice changer attached and is horrible quality. the clip mic for console also is horrible because you basically have to yell just to have it catch what your saying. Logitech really fell short on this headset and for spending $100+ total ( with taxes) I would expect the Overall quality to be better than Turtle Beach which I had replaced with this headset because the headband part on my Turtle Beach headset had broke and made them uncomfortable to wear for hours.

Awesome
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like Logitech products and these did not disappoint. The sound is loud and the bass is awesome. The Logitech platform is easy and well designed. It's easy to work with and program. Got these on sale and I'm so glad I got them.

Good Headset - wires a problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the headset a lot. Good sound and noise cancellation. However, I would suggest that you get the wireless version. The cables are stiff.

Great Overall Headet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything about the headset it pretty good. The only, I'm not a fan of is the weight. It is a little on the heavier side so if it is not on the right spot of your head it might slip of but still very comfortable.

Purchase at your own risk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am an avid Logitech product user and have several of their top end gaming equipment (Mouse, Keyboard, Headset) at home and at work. I saw this the latest headset as well as it's wireless sibling and opted for wired as the last headphones I purchased had less than desirable performance. Needless to say these do not work. Logitech is working on several problems including a lack of surround sound, poor mike audio and headsets that provide no audio with the exception of the beeping sound of changing the volume. For headphones going between 150 to 200 dollars one would think that they should work and work well....You can do much better (any working headphones are a marked improvement over what I have currently) and until Logitech ponderously address these issues this expensive ear muffs will have to sit on the side. Check the Logitech Forum to see if they have finally resolved the numerous issues being discussed - consider yourself warned.

Good Sound, Terrible Software.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wrote a review on this headset previously, and my opinion has changed since then. Don't get me wrong, the headset sound really good, but the software to fully utilize this headset needs some serious work. The Logitech Gaming Software cannot save my EQ settings, and when increasing sidetone, loud static appears. The headband needs more width and the lower ear cups eventually start to push into the under side of your ears. I would avoid this one.

Terrible Headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought this today, it's terrible to see such great design but poor flaws and bugs that have not been fixed by Logitech, I frequently buy their products. I'd just like to say overall it's a pretty nice headset but looks do not matter if it won't even stay on for more than 5-20 minutes. I troubleshooted the issue multiple times and everyone has been giving negative feedback on this so all I can do is sum it up and say I would not buy this item. ):

Worst Headphones Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Headphones Are By Far THE WORST HEADPHONES YOU CAN EVER BUY. After trying to do some research on these headphones, which there is barley any reviews of. I decided to try them out and purchase them at my local bestbuy. From the moment I plugged them in, they constantly would cut out and the mic would stop working. My 30 dollar turtle beach headphones work better than these P.O.S headphones. SAVE YOURSELF THE 150$ AND DONT BUY THESE AWFUL HEADPHONES

Misleading compatibility
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a universal wireless headset for PC, PS4 and XBONE. It sounds great but only works wirelessly on PC and PS4. Bluetooth won't connect to my Samsung TV(which nothing connects to either because all Samsung products are garbage) via BT or the cable. XBONE won't support the BT option either with this headset. It's not worth the $135.

Good product, Bad support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech G633 Artemis headset by Logitech is a great headset. I has great sound, good noise canceling, and isnt too bulky for me, but one major flaw in this product is the fact that it rarely ever actually works. The G633, when turned on and is being used (playing a game, watching a video, etc) will shut down repeatedly, turn back on, and then shut down again, then it will go for another 10 seconds, and shut down again. I have read numerous threads on and off the logitech website about this problem for both the G633 and G933, and haven't found a solution. Logitech seem to not do anything about this. Most of the replies from staff went as followed, "Have you tried rebooting it?", "Try getting the new software", "Unplug it and replug it", and "Check if the software is up to date". This headset may have been the best one I would have used, only if logitech gave the correct support.

USB connection problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Headset is constantly experiencing intermittent connection problems to my pc via the usb cable just by moving my head (same problem as I noticed others have mentioned in their reviews). I have had multiple gaming sessions where the headset will disconnect mid game (Pubg, cs:go, Fortnite

so frustrating ,was a fan of this brand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First thing that went wrong was the junk cord for the pc hook up, it will never untangle once it has been. Then it would work only half the time other half not working or sounding like a robot or demon. After dealing with that for a but the usb that hooks into the headset is broke now and they dont work at all anymore. I only had them for ONE MONTH and never been so upset about a product. for the money you spend on these your better off getting a better name brand thats wireless. the sound quality was good though, at least when they worked.

Terrible!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The plug on the left side drops down right into my shoulder, so when I look around, it's constantly hitting my shoulder. So much, in fact, that the head set periodically disconnects multiple times an hour................... So I'll be returning it tomorrow.

Terrible Build Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Currently using my 2nd pair of headsets. before of which i've returned the previous pair due to the mic suddenly having major static issues that'd happen randomly while talking to online friends. The 2nd pair i'm wearing now, the USB connection is faulty and or broken, the slightest movement will cut out the audio to either the left or right side. Logitech seems to be a hit or miss with their build quality, Some pairs are built well and will survive the test of time, but most of the pair's will have some type of issue down the line. I wouldn't recommend getting these. not even on sale for super cheap. the roulette game you play while using these just isn't worth your time or trouble.

Just Awful.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can't say I could recommend this headset to anyone, first one I got had a defective speaker so I brought it in to swap it out for another one to give it a fair chance which the second one worked, however the sound quality was just sub par even for gaming headset standards along with the pretty mediocre build quality overall, just a lot of squeaky plastic and wasn't comfortable to wear. Shame since Logitech normally has high quality PC accessories, ended up settling on a set of HyperX Cloud II's which have been fantastic for 7 months now.
