Customers are saying

Customers praise the G633 Artemis Spectrum Gaming Headset's exceptional sound quality and comfortable design. Many appreciate its compatibility with multiple devices and the convenient microphone features. However, some users find the headset's fit and weight to be less than ideal, and there are some concerns about the software and USB cable. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs the negative comments regarding fit, weight, and software issues.

    Malfunctioning Junk

Bought this headset and at was great at first. Now the power cuts in and out (on a wired headset) and it's completely useless now. There's been postings on the forums and they don't have an answer for the problem.

    Bad

The worst headphones I have ever bought. If I tap the cord, then, it disconnects the entire headset. I have to re-connect the wire about 4 times until it actually works again. I don't know if this is a problem I'm only having, but it sucks.

Do not buy- uses Micro USB C

The micro USB c connector on the headphones is terrible quality. Failed after three months of constantly falling out. Never buying Logitech again- disconnectable cords are only worth it if you use a decent port.
