Stiff scroll wheel
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Logitech Aurora set (headset, keyboard and mouse). I do moderate CAD drafting for work and use the Logitech MX Master 3 at my office which I love. This set was for my home setup in hoping they'd all be aesthetically coordinated. I wanted to love this mouse but unfortunately I was quick to notice how stiff the scroll wheel is compared to Logitech's MX series, making it more annoying to do drafting work. Sadly will have to exchange it.

i wanted to like it
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i love the whole aurora collection by logitech. its honestly a really nice set i bought the microphones, the headset, the keyboard which is really nice and the mouse. the mouse is a potato to be advertised as a “gaming” mouse. it is very heavy and could use some ergonomic tuning because logitech has the ability and to do. 5 stars for aesthetics -2 for ergonomics.

The little mouse that couldn’t
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All though it’s nice and compact, it’s not meant for gaming at all. The mouse doesn’t keep up with high movement and constant use. Definitely better mouses from the same brand and a better price

A Great Gaming (and Everyday) Mouse
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech G705 Gaming Mouse has migrated from gaming mouse to my everyday computing mouse. It has a noticeably better feel, fit, and features than the mouse it replaced. It is exceptionally light, wireless and accurate. The thumb rest on the side is large and really helps avoid fatigue on longer sessions. The slide pads are large and the mouse moves easily. All the buttons are programmable via the very intuitive Logi GHub software. The lighting effect is programmable and kinda cool for display, but can be programmed off as well. The mouse connects to your PC via Bluetooth or a dedicated wireless dongle. The dedicated dongle might provide better response in some environments, but I stuck with Bluetooth as I didn't really notice any difference. Either way, the G705 connects quickly and easily to both Windows 10 and 11. You will want to download the Logi GHub package as it allows you to configure all the buttons and speed. In game, the buttons can be programmed through the GHub software and the functions remembered for a particular game, along with the resolution and report rate. Very nice and very convenient. The resolution is by default set to 800, 1600, & 3200, which can be cycled by the little button behind the wheel. One really cool thing is that the three dpi settings can be set to anything between 100 and 8200 per your taste, and switched on the fly. I currently have them set to 800, 1200, and 2000. Really cool in game when I can switch from a low res setting (slower more precise movement) for aiming to a higher res to scroll across the screen quickly. The two extra buttons thumb buttons work well and are positioned so that it's not easy to accidentally hit them; the thumb rest keeps your thumb below them. The battery is a rechargeable and I've been charging it once a week to top it off. Logi provides a Usb-c charging cable and an adapter so that the cable can be used with the dongle as well. Hand position is excellent, at least for me. I like a smaller mouse (for reference, I wear size large gloves). The G705 works well with either hand up or resting on the mouse. As I said, the G705 has become my everyday mouse as well, and now migrates between my gaming rig, deskside, and laptop. Yes, I'm going to be buying another soon... Highly recommended!

Good mouse
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this mouse up to use with my old desktop system my son plays all his favorite games on, from roblox to minecraft to forza 5 and Beam NG. This mouse connected quickly by Bluetooth and was 75% charged out of box. You can connect by USB infrared vs bluetooth. The download of the software was not difficult, but it was a sluggish install. It says windows 10, mine is windows 11, seems to do ok. This did not come with a booklet to read, just a few drawings in the box and website to go to for instructions. The qr code could also get you there. You can only change the lights from what I can see by USB dongle, nit by Bluetooth. I didn't find the lights that customizable, but that being said, I really only want them to rotate through the spectrum like my keyboard and they do that well. Now for sensitivity, very good, you can change that by the click of a button between 3 settings. It feels really good in the hand egonimically, the thumb slot (right handed) is just perfect for my very average hand, button feel solid, and weight is light but sufficient (you don't forget it's there). It is similar weight to an Alienware one I have. Buttons very customizable and programable easy set up in the app. Overall no complaints. The price point is fair for a quality gaming mouse. Logitech is the bulk of the mice I have owned since my first master marble back in 1997, and I give this 5 stars. I do reccomend this to friends and family.

Very nice wireless gaming mouse!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech - G705 Aurora Collection Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse with Customizable LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting - White Mist This gaming mouse is designed for smaller hands, but mine are average sized with longer fingers, and it works very well for me. I also have a limited height available on my keyboard/mouse tray beneath my desktop, so it fits under there with no problems when the tray is pushed in. Some mice are taller and more rounded and do not work well with my setup. With most things Logitech, the G705 is well built, quality showing as well as pleasing esthetics, if you like a pearled white. The RGB colors that will flash, fade etc. according to your settings, is nice as well. You have six (6) buttons available on the G705 that are customizable to your needs. It will pair via BT or through the included 2.4Ghz Logi Bolt USB-A receiver. I prefer the Logi Bolt with its lower latency. I have to say that this mouse is precise and smooth to use. I would like an additional option to set the active DPI sensitivity to 2400 (in between the offered 1600 and 3200) – 3200 is a bit too sensitive for me and 1600 seems a little too “slow,” but I’ve adapted to the 1600 setting now so it’s not a major issue. You can store different profiles for varying effects and performance for different games, apps or what-have-you. The mouse is solid without being too heavy. Frankly, some mice are simply too light to me so having just a little weight in hand seems more solid, reassuring and less likely to bump around accidentally. For my part, though, I’ve opted to turn off the lighting (found in settings in the tutorial rather than a simple switch in the settings – you can alter the lighting in various ways in the ordinary settings, but I couldn’t find just an ordinary switch in those same settings to turn the lighting off entirely) to provide a little more battery life. It comes with a nifty USB cable with a USB-A on one end and a USB-C on the other with an even niftier adapter that will change either end to the other, so you have the best arrangement I’ve seen, for connectivity. You plug in the cable to a USB power source and the C end to the front of your mouse (looks exactly like a wired mouse, which you can use exactly like a wired mouse while it’s charging) to charge its onboard battery. It says it will run about 47 hours on the battery under normal use. I haven’t tested to see how accurate this assessment is, but I’d say that’s in the ballpark. In my case I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and I sometimes turn them both off when I shut down my computer at the end of the day. Sometimes I don’t, but both go into a deep sleep mode that barely uses any charge according to Logitech. I have had wireless mice in the past that lasted longer on a charge, but they may have had less going on inside requiring less overall power – that’s a guess, but I suspect it’s accurate. Overall, I really like the G705. It’s very functional, accurate and precise. I’d recommend it for gaming, office, or home use, all three of which is my use pattern.

Good but with flaws
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Size: way too small, my hands can use g305 comfortably. Connection: fine but when playing competitive games it disconnects frequently.

Nice Small or Travel Gaming mouse
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While there are many options for gaming mice there are few that are travel sized or good for people who like small mice. The mouse is fairly tall which helps with ergonomics. It is taller than my G305 and is built with better materials and has a superior thumb rest. The thumb rest is not as long or full as the G502. Charging is usb - c and a usb a to usb c cable is included. There is also an usb c to usb a adapter to allow use of the usb cord to extend wireless range if using the LIGHTSPEED wireless connection. There is a bed for the USB receiver under a top panel (which BTW will open if dropped). After many years of turning off or to a single color I am warming to the customizable RGB that comes with newer gaming mice. Lighting effects are on the lower portion of the mouse only and are programable. Standard DPI settings 800 1600 and 3200. Additional steps can also be added and customized. Battery info also displays in the excellent GHub. The mouse can be used as blutooth or lightspeed.

Cute Mouse With Great Performance
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is relatively smaller than you might think. It is very beautiful though and quite aesthetic to look at, especially if you have a white setup already. The mouse still feels very ergonomical on my hands even if it is a bit smaller. The lighting on this mouse is really beautiful. It's just so nice to look at. You can use the LG Hub to customize it even more. You can change the buttons to do specific commands and you can customize the lighting with this too. It works just fine with gaming to me. It looks great as an office mouse too and it doesn't look too flashy. It's just the right amount of flashy and subtle. The mouse does feel a bit heavy though, but I prefer my mouse heavy as well. It does use a USB-C connection so that's a nice addition. Overall, I feel like this is more of a travel mouse than a desk mouse, but you can definitely use it for your home just fine. It does feel like the price is just a bit on the heavy side just a little bit, but overall, the mouse is very good.

Not for Mac
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not for a Mac, should have known "Gaming Mouse" my bad. Had such a good run with my last Logitech MX Anywhere 2. Tracking is all over the place no way to correct the issue with Logi G Hub software.
