it's too small for my hands :( I am very upset about this but I suppose it's my fault for not researching the product properly. I even wanted to return it but realized it's too late to do so. Now I'm stuck with this $100 mouse AND I have carpel tunnel. love that for me.

I’ve been using my new Logitech G705 mouse for over a week now, and I have grown too really like it. Honestly my favorite part is the shape. When I opened the box I thought maybe it was a little on the small side for my rather large hands. Thankfully that is not the case; the thumb rest on the left side is wonderfully designed. This is the first mouse I think I have had were both me and my girlfriend feel it fits our hands well. Even though my hand totally swallows this little thing up, somehow it still works great for me. I love the overall aesthetic of it as well, the accent lighting is beautiful and the rest of the design is just lovely. Ok so it feels good and is pretty. The rest of the features are solid as well. It has programmable buttons. The feel of all 6 buttons is nice, just enough resistance. The unit overall feels a bit on the light side, yet still well built. I love it when both those things are true at the same time. It can be used wirelessly via blue tooth or wired, which pretty much is a must have feature for me. Like most I prefer wireless, but I want to be able to plug it right back is immediately if the battery dies. Set up was very easy, obviously super easy with the cord! I already had Logitech’s software on my PC so setting up the wireless Bluetooth feature was super quick and easy as well. My last two mice I have had were super responsive, this one feels similar. Battery life seems pretty solid as well, better than my last gaming mouse. The rest of the mouse feels pretty standard for a good modern gaming mouse. All in all I really like this device. I love the feel, the look, the battery and how responsive it is. It’s also a Logitech, it’s nice that there are still a few brands out there that matter to me. Logitech is one that has always provided me with good performing and long lasting PC accessories. Oh I would like to point out a little thing that I loved…the packaging. It was easy to open, none of that annoying sealed plastic that requires a tool to open. I just want to say I really appreciate that. If I knew someone looking for a gaming or just an everyday mouse who liked and appreciated the aesthetic like I do, I would absolutely recommend this to a friend.

Logitech products have a great following in our household and most everywhere else as well because of the consistency and reliability they display. This is no different. The G705 Aurora is a big hit, specially with my wife, as she has made it a staple in her laptop bag, having negotiated it away from my grasp. Honestly, I liked it too. The connections were fast and snappy and while playing games, it never missed a beat. I play mainly sports games and I tried it on Football, Soccer, and Basketball mainly, and never missed a beat. But what attracted my wife is the size and it is the size that was a bit too small for my hands and I was willing to sacrifice the ownership of the mouse, eventually. Don't get me wrong-- the product with it sleek design and color looks wonderful and its small footprint will easily help it live a life both inside and outside the house. But somehow it felt a tad too small for my liking while playing games, though it was never that big a problem, to be honest. Also, the RGB would get blocked by my hands anyway and I would just turn it off. Its battery life stated 40 hours with the lights on and in my honest estimate, I was getting way better than that with no lights. I have a G Hub downloaded on desktop so connection etc. was never a problem even though you do not need to download it to use the mouse. If you do download it, remember that you can fiddle with it and change colors and look at the battery life etc. Overall, a great all-rounder of a mouse that will do every job that you will throw at it. Also, the rechargeability takes away a lot of extraneous headaches as well. Highly recommended.

Setup is easy, charge it up and then plug in the Wireless Dongle and off you go which is a great win for sure. This a light and small mouse, something around 3oz and I have large hands it is a bit on the smaller side for me, however having this as my mouse for my gaming laptop when I travel is great. It also has Bluetooth connectivity as well in case you don't have the dongle handy which is a plus. I found though using then included dongle to be better using the mouse, but Bluetooth is still very usable. Logitech claims about 40 on wireless and that seems to be able my experience so far with the mouse. Though I do have the wireless receiver plugging on the same side as I have the mouse meaning it has good line of sight to it, which may help. If you want to control all the RGB and tune the mouse you'll need to download the Logitech G Hub software. It was annoying it attempting to connect into Discord during the setup. I would rather the application request these things rather then do. You can save a profile of setting to the device if you want or turn off the lights for more battery. Overall the software isn't bad but this mouse doesn't really need much to function. Overall I love this mouse, its light and while it would be nice if it was a bit bigger, its big enough for use on the road with my laptop. Overall I'm happy with it. Out of the box you don't

It's small and sleek, it has the most important controls, it looks nice, and the battery life is awesome. Bluetooth connectivity makes it very useful and versatile. It would be nice if it supported multiple computers like other Logitech mouses. It was super easy to set it up and pair to my laptop. It has a dongle that enables a higher performance connection, but it games really nicely through bluetooth. You can select the sensitivity using a convenient button on top, and it comes in really handy for navigating intricate data tables and touching up pictures. You can zoom in really close and edit pixel by pixel with the mouse at its highest resolution. After using it on my gaming systems for a while, I paired it to my work computer. It makes a great travel mouse. I keep it in my laptop bag and bring it when I work onsite. The shape and size fit nicely in the mouse pocket and it can easily go all week without needing to recharge. It's also that it's white. That makes it easier to find it if it falls into the bag or under the desk. Overall I think it's a great looking mobile mouse that has awesome game performance and pleasant RGB lighting.

The G705 Wireless gaming mouse is from Logitech’s Aurora Collection which so far offers 2 keyboards, a wireless gaming headset and this mouse that all match and provide top level performance. The mouse connects via Logitech’s LIGHTSPEED wireless interface which reduces the click response time significantly, and the mouse can also connect via wired and Bluetooth. The box includes the mouse, wireless receiver, a receiver extender and a data/charging cable. The stated battery life is 40 hours with the 3 zone RGB lighting on. The mouse is very lightweight with a stated weight of less than 3 oz (85g). Included are 6 fully programmable buttons and a resolution of 100 – 8,200 dpi and the unit has a 2-year warranty. There’s internal storage for the receiver under the magnetic back plate. There’s an LED charging indicator on the mouse and you can check the actual battery level in the G Hub app. I have large hands and tend to use different mice throughout the day to minimize cramping, but after 3 days of use gaming and for business I haven’t had any discomfort and it’s become my “go to” mouse for daily/gaming use.

The Logitech - G705 Aurora Collection Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse with Customizable LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting - White Mist is a winner. It comes simply and securely packaged and does exactly what you'd like a gaming mouse to do. The Logitech mouse is small yet fits my hand beautifully for precise selection of commands quickly and correctly. Its battery is designed to give you 40 hours of use between charges and can be used with an included dongle or via Bluetooth connectivity. Designed as a gaming mouse, the Logitech G705 is equipped with RGB Lighting that can be customized at logitechG.com/GHUB. The mouse has a gaming-grade sensor, wired or wireless flexibility and is designed for fast clicks and portability. When I travel this is the mouse that accompanies me. With six programmable buttons and a comfortable lightweight 85 gram chassis, the Logitech G705’s impressive gaming performance means that it’s just as good as it looks. The one drawback to the mouse is its price. At $99., it is a bit on the high side for a mouse with only a 40 hour battery life.

This is my new favorite mouse! It was super easy to connect and set up. The color settings are easy to change with the app, but i didn't notice any way to set up different color profiles for different games, but i may just need to dig deeper. However assigning different functions to the buttons was simple and straightforward. The mouse was responsive with no discernible lag, even over Bluetooth. Battery life was slightly below average, but that could be because the smaller form factor doesn't allow for a larger battery. That does bring me to my favorite thing about the Logitech G705 Aurora mouse- its size. I have extremely small hands and most gaming mice are uncomfortable and cause fatigue during extended gaming sessions. This one is just the right size and feels comfotable in the hand without sacrificing great gaming functionality. I've been switching between a gaming mouse for more involved games and a smaller desktop mouse for casual games to reduce hand cramps, but this mouse eliminates the need to switch.

Had this for a few weeks attached to our home desktop computer. Works very good after a little calibration tweaking. Found it to be a tad to small for me, but it’s perfect for my wife. She LOVES it a lot more than our previous humongous gaming mouse. She liked it so much that it was home for only a week, and soon it ran away to her computer in her office cubicle. She loves the LED highlights and responsiveness. She brings the mouse home with her to use on our home PCs for her RPG gaming. It makes her happy so I don’t complain. The mouse is definitely a good fit for those with smaller hands. The wheels and buttons click with a solid responsiveness typical of Logitech, and it it has EXCELLENT battery life. Other than it’s smaller size, there isn’t anything bad about this mouse. It fits in a handbag perfectly for portability and the bling catches the eye at the office or at a Internet cafe. It’s a welcomed change from all the black or gunmetal products you usually see with gaming peripherals. If you want to earn some points with an important female in your life, consider this thoughtful gift instead of a vacuum.

That’s a smart dual-mouse setup! The G705 really shines with its versatility—wired or wireless, it’s ready to play. And its compact, contoured design is perfect for claw grip users with smaller hands, just like you mentioned. Pairing it with a vertical mouse for work is a great way to balance comfort and performance across your day. Love the thoughtful approach! Logitech

First wireless mouse to have and works fine with Mac as well. The size is not too small but just fits right though I have large hands. The Logitech G-Hub app is a must to download, to change the light pattern, assign commands to the buttons, scroll speeds, standby time before sleep/auto shutoff, and other settings I’ll still have to look into.. but to also seeing the battery life left there is, which will definitely last (after a full charge) depending how often you’re using the computer. It does last 40 hours if your gaming nonstop and have the lights at max, otherwise playing around with the settings set at low or medium lighting or none at all, would lengthen battery life and for example once soon to start working from home in my case would just be not all 5 days (4 days home, one day in office), I would charge it on the weekends, or just have it wired using the included cable if you’re already running low. Though it’s a gaming mouse, I use it mainly for productivity on my mac either for work or just casual computing and research. I currently am using the usb transmitter but will pair to Bluetooth later on as I may incorporate other usb devices. It comes with a usb extender and usbc cable for charging and data (for updates via the Logitech hub software). All in all, perfect mouse workout the hassle of wires, that could go well with a white themed computing setup.

I really like this new LOGITECH G705 MOUSE! While marketed as a gaming mouse - I'm not a gamer - but certainly appreciate the responsive movement and action of this product! Logitech always produces high-quality products and this is no exception. The mouse fits in my larger hand very comfortably, when some don't. I also really liked the ability to connect the G705 Mouse via Bluetooth and Lightspeed. Overall, I felt the Lightspeed connection a bit better in MY office environment. The ability to change colors on the mouse was pretty cool, but doesn't add anything operationally to the mouse. At $100 it isn't the most economical mouse on the market, but it looks pretty cool. The G705 seemed to hold a charge pretty good, but again, I'm not a gamer so for the avid player who knows how they feel about the length of charge. I found it a bit cumbersome to have to "change wires" to connect the G705 for charging. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who is upgrading their mouse to newer technology.

An elegant looking gaming mouse for smaller hands

Logitech - G705 Aurora Collection Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse with Customizable LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting - White Mist Of all of the computer mice I have used over the years Logitech has been the most consistent brand. It's been the most compatible with all my hardware and no matter how good the competition is a Logitech mouse always seems to be the one I go back to. I have been using a Logitech G900 as my daily mouse. I had hoped to move the G900 to a different computer then my primary workstation/gaming computer but the last two mice I have used failed so it was back to the G900. The G705 is another very nice mouse from Logitech and I would make it my daily driver but unfortunately it's just a bit too small for my hands. Logitech describes the G705 as a compact design. I would say my hand is of average size so saying this is a compact mouse is correct. I could be happy using this mouse each day but my wife said she wants it so that's that. But keep in mind it is intended for smaller hands. She also has a white computer so it's a natural fit for her. The G705 is a very attractive mouse. It has a classy look which benefits from the LED lighting it uses. The lighting is diffused on the rear of the mouse and has a very elegant look. It uses the GHUB software to manage the lighting, buttons and a few other settings including any custom macros you might setup. You can also turn the lighting off completely if you are concerned about the battery life. I have used the mouse for around two weeks of full business days and several evening gaming sessions and have yet to need a recharge. That was using the wireless dongle. My experience is that Logitech mice tend to have great battery life and I would expect that to be the case here. The G705 uses a USB Type C port for data and charging. And it can also connect using the included wireless dongle and Bluetooth. I would recommend using the dongle for most cases. I use Bluetooth to connect to my notebook so it's nice you have all of the connection options. I like the buttons and overall it is a very easy mouse to use. It is really hard to fault this mouse. The DPI settings for gaming are very easy to change or setup your own settings. The included USB cable is of nice quality and has an adapter for the wireless dongle. I also used the G705 on my KVM switch which worked just fine. I want to give Logitech a shoutout on the packaging. It is all cardboard with the only plastic being the tape. There is just no reason to do it any other way. Finally my only concern about this mouse is the way the top plastic parts have so many edges. They seem ready to trap dirt and grease. Also being white won’t help here. It is a minor thing and with a bit of attention now and then you can keep it looking new. I am going to have to give up this mouse to my wife. But I am sure she is going to really enjoy it. It will look great as a replacement to her Dell mouse and give her All-In-One the look and feel it should have had. Now we need to look at the Logitech keyboards in the Aurora collection as a perfect match.

The Logitech G705 Aurora Collection Wireless RGB Gaming Mouse is a great mouse. In the box you will find the mouse, setup instructions, a USB-A to USB-C cable, an extender and a receiver. In order to use the mouse, you can either plug the receiver directly into a USB port on you PC, or plug the receiver into the extender then plug the extender into the cable and the cable into you USB port. I prefer this option because when it’s time to charge the battery in the mouse, I just unplug the extender from the cable and plug the cable into the mouse. Once charged, I switch it back. A button on the top of he mouse, just behind the scroll wheel gives you the ability to change the color of lighting pattern of the mouse. Load Logitech’s G-Hub from their web site and get into the real power of the mouse. The mouse comes with 6 buttons and you can change what functions the buttons perform. You can program the buttons to change lighting functions, mouse sensitivity, in game actions, or PC commands. An onboard memory profile slot allows you to store your profile on the mouse for a game or app and even lets you use that profile on a different PC The mouse has 2 glide pads on the bottom of the mouse to make the mouse move smoothly regardless of the work surface. They claim the mouse will keep charged through a 40 hour gaming session without charging. I can’t speak to that, but can say that I have been using it on a frequent basis for 2 weeks now and the battery still shows 47%. That’s pretty good considering the LED color show it does while in use. Overall, it’s a great mouse and the software makes it even better. I can highly recommend this mouse to anyone, if they are a gamer or not.

Full stop - this is my favorite mouse I've ever used. The standout feature for me is the extra button just below the scroll wheel. When pressed, the mouse will cycle through 3 different DPI settings. If you're not familiar with DPI, it equates to how fast the cursor moves on screen. I do 3 main things with my desktop - video & audio editing, general web browsing, and gaming. It just so happens that each of those uses has a different optimal DPI setting. I love that I can use the slower setting for more precision when editing, the medium setting for just browsing the web, and the fast setting while gaming. Normally, I would need to jump into the computer settings to change this for each activity, but having it happen with the touch of a button right on the mouse is magical. Some other standout features: the white color is slick and looks great next to my black & white keycaps (good ol' stormtrooper look), the customizable lighting is a fun add-on, and the USB-C charging tops the battery off in just a few minutes when it's running low. I also like that it comes with a USB dongle for connectivity to use (in addition to bluetooth). I've always found dedicated dongles to have a more stable connection, so it's a nice addition.
