The headset does work while charging as well. The range of which the headset works away from the dongle is lacking quite a bit but I suppose that's not a big deal for me or most players.

I use them for meetings and found that others began to hurt my ears after an hour or two. This pair doesn't cause any ache at all! The sound comes through clear, and the microphone works flawlessly, and completely cuts out my dogs barking.

Pretty and Functional

It is very comfortable and does not overlap or squeeze on my ears. The lights are pretty and I have gotten a lot of compliments on the headset. My only complaint currently is the mic seems to stop working randomly. I will not take a star away from this as I need to work on the settings before complaining. All in all, I enjoy this headset.

It was easy to set up and absolutely no problems since I got them. I was so impressed I got a second pair for my husband and he loves them.

They're super light weight and don't hurt my ears. My computer is in my basement and the range reaches two floors up into my bedroom. There are a few color customization settings but not a ton. Sound quality is really good, as well!

EQ doesn't add much, speakers are not capable of reproducing defined and thumping bass which is good for overall enjoyment of games and music. Very lightweight and comfortable, but also extremely fragile feeling, like a cheap toy. Much happier with Kraken V3s in every aspect. The sound is pretty good out of the box, but I can't EQ them to be great sounding like Kraken. Everyone's hearing is different, no headphones are going to behave exactly how you want out of the box, so its essential to be able to EQ them effectively.

Sound, connectivity and mic volume sounds great. Everything in the headset was really good overall would recommend.

I was about to quit Logitech headsets because they starting to fall a part after 6 months of use and constant conflict with the Logitech software that was making me crazy . I decided im gonna try this and since i bought it i had 0 problems which is refreshing . As always , thanks to BestBuy price match and free delivery im a happy costumer . Great headset . I would definitely recommend this .

His last head set was literally hanging. He yaps all day to his friends and it so loud he can’t even hear me when I talk to him.
