Easy nd simple took my headset in with my Protection plan nd came out with a new one

This is my first pair of wireless gaming headset. Pros: The headset works long distance in a 1000 sq. ft apartment for during times to quickly get food. It also has good surround sound; I’m not an audiophile, but I am able to hear the distinction where sounds are coming from during FPS gaming. It will notify when the battery is low. Cons: The RGB lighting. And the weekly charging. The material feels cheap compared to my old Steel Series Siberia 200 that I got for free during a laptop purchase. The bass is very low compared to a wired 50mm driver headset.

So i had like the color and lights, the quality is good depending on the games i play. The mic cuts off sometimes but when it works it works. Sound quality is good.

So light. I tried so many headsets but this was by far the lightest I could find. The band keeps them in place and the pressure off your head. The way the band is supported by the headset concerns me, but it has not come off yet. I do wish the mic was better and more adjustable.

These headphones are amazing! I purchased the lilac color and the are spot on along with the dark purple ear pads. The only thing I don’t like is that there is no place to store the usb clip. My friend’s has a little slot to put it but these have nothing. Other than that I will definitely recommend these.

i love this headset i swapped from razer and dont regret it at all, i did get new ear cushions though bc i think these stain easily

The feel, fit, and finish are excellent. The dual-layer memory foam earcups are wrapped in a breathable fabric which comfortably conform to one’s head for extended use without sweat buildup. The inside of each ear cup is labeled ‘L’ and ‘R’ to denote the proper orientation. Wish all headphones were marked so clearly. The earcups adjust up and down and the suspension headband has a choice of connection points on each side for four possible positions proving a wide range of adjustment. Very light, I forget I am wearing them, they are comfortable for several hours of use at a time. All controls are on the left ear speaker, a smooth power button on the bottom next to the USB-C charging port get you going. A mute button with a hatch pattern on it for a different feel, and a volume dial are on the back edge. The different feel makes controls easy to differentiate and easily adjust with the left thumb. The mic can be left off when not needed if desired. The headphone comes with a long cloth braided charging cable, USB-C on the headphone side, USB 2 Type A port for the PC or PlayStation end. Also included is a large USB-A dongle using Logitech’s 2.4 GHZ LIGHTSPEED technology. There is no Bluetooth connection for sound. The sound is very clear with an immersive sound stage allowing you to place movements such as footsteps coming up from behind to your right. Very convincing and immersive. The driver’s midrange is well pronounced with clear highs, but I found the bass lacking. Boosting bass via sound controls quickly induced distortion. While the bass is tight, it lacks the low-end power and kick the larger 50 mm drivers in my wired Logitech G635 headphones deliver. While clear, canons and explosions just do not have the same power and presence. I suspect the smaller 40 mm driver was a compromise to keep power demands and battery weight low and battery life over 20 hours. There are always compromises with any product. To go wireless on the PS4 is worth the bass tradeoff for me. The long wire on my G635 was frequently in the way, sat on or stepped on by someone dislodging my headphones, so these solve that issue well and are worth the tradeoff in bass. But I would give up half the runtime and LED’s for the bass of my G635 with its larger drivers. The microphone works well. No one had trouble hearing me, I was told it sounded ‘really good and natural’ during play and on Skype calls. At least as good as a land line. The GHub software is software is easy to use and recognized my other Logitech devices. There are presets available or you can customize the sound and microphone settings on your own.

Great for an inexpensive option - have had it almost a year and still going great!

The audio isn’t bad and they are comfortable but the mic is horrible and only gets better on pc and even then you gotta play around with the settings until you find something good just for it to probably disappear

This was such a good buy!! Works good and my boy loves it!! He games with it on the Xbox and the laptop!! Would highly recommend!

I needed something that i could switch between my work laptop (MacBook Pro) and my personal pc. This fits the bill excellently. Software allows for customization per what it is you are doing. I also tested this with my XBox Series X and they worked like a charm.

Bought these because my old Astro A10s bit the dust. They work great and the microphone quality is about what I expected. It does fit pretty snug on your head but maybe I have a large head.

Haven’t gotten much use, but overall great headset

Works great! I use these for work and gaming! Does well with my work laptop, and my PlayStation/PC setup. 10/10 would recommend!
