Buy but not for console.

In my opinion it’s not a good headset at all for console. You can hear it literally everything that goes on in your house. I would expect more from it since it’s like $200 but it isn’t worth the price. My headset that was like $100 works way better and it cancels some sound this cancel zero.

The headset was fantastic, until it wasn't. The volume started to not work, and the volume wheel stopped controlling the volume. Did all trouble shooting, but still couldn't get it to work. Have always been a fan of Logitech products, but this one just isn't my favorite.

Honestly didn’t think switching from wired to wireless would make such an detrimental difference in mic and sound quality. My friends said I sounded like I was talking from my air pods or my phone and the sound quality was sub par. Beautiful looking headphones and super comfortable, but quality is terrible in terms of mic and sound.

Great product. I did not receive any assistant from anybody. I was waiting so long and nobody is available to help bit price is great and product is working great.

Seems like a good decnet headset for the first few times using it but then for the past days its been giving me a issue where it keeps getting disconnected ans reconnected even though im litterly sitting right next to its usb plug. So i end up returning the item and get a refund, besides that i give this product a 3 star since it is a decent headphone.
