The headset is beautiful and I was really excited to have a wireless headset so I wouldn't have so many cords to deal with. I was disappointed though. The audio is not clear at all. The mic is even worse. My friends in Discord said I sounded muddy and fuzzy. I even tried to play some games (Overwatch, Valorant, even Among Us) and the audio performance was not impressive. I tried every setting in the GHub software to try and make it better to no avail. The only redeeming factor is the aesthetic and how easy it was to set up. I have a Steelseries Arctis 5 headset I will be continuing to use. The Logitech G733 is going back to the store :(

Biggest irritating feature is dropping mic or turning off mic. Usually if i hadnt spoke for a while, the mic would not be detected or turn off, causing me to turn off and on the headphones during a meeting.

But I’ve had so many instances where the mic stops working and people can’t hear me. I have to keep turning the headset off and back on and it’s really annoying. This was my first headset ever and I’m disappointed.
