I have this all set up. It says it's compatible with Windows 7, but I can't get any sound from my computer, despite all volume being 100 percent. The speakers of the head phones are fine, the headset can tell me how much battery it has, but nothing from the computer comes through the headset and on the computer, everything shows as connected and working perfectly. I've spent the last 3 hours trying to find an answer on the internet somewhere and the Logitech support website's pdf links send me to download MessengerLite for some reason instead of support pdf's??? My drivers are updated and I can't roll them back, I've uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the computer I've unplugged my speakers and nothing works.
Hello Hannah, Thank you for choosing Logitech. I apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced with setting up your headset; I would like to help. Please power on the headset and insert the USB receiver into an available USB slot on your computer. If you look at the USB receiver, you will see a small hole. Please use a paper clip to press this reset button on the USB receiver and on the headset, please press the mute button on the headset and then the power button. Hold both buttons down for about 8 seconds. You should hear a sound which indicates the connection has been established. For best experience, I recommend downloading the Logitech G Hub software for customization and updates. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the Logitech G733 for your reference, where you will find the G Hub software. For further assistance, please visit the Logitech support website.
