Comfortable, ease of use, clear, long battery life. Had to download new Logitech software but it also manages all devices like older software.

Sound quality is amazing the mic is really good build, but I think battery is not so good

I bought these headphones in 2023 and it's still performing great. Not only are they cute and easy to setup, the audio quality is pretty good. For new gamers, it's great quality to get started with for the price!

To be completely honest, I bought this because I liked the look of it. It’s relatively comfortable on the head, but it does feel a bit heavier than I’d like (maybe it’s just me) but I do get a headache from wearing it too long. Mic-wise, everyone will be able to understand you. It’s clear, especially if you turn on Blue voice. However I will say that my friends tell me it doesn’t sound like me, and that I sound congested/nasally so that’s another thing to look out for. Otherwise, a nice set of headphones that aren’t too expensive. If you don’t care for the RGB light strips at the front, just get an Arctis or Razer instead.

I am genuinely very happy with this purchase. They look great! The cushions are very memory-foam-esque and the stretchy headband makes it super comfy. Being able to detach the mic is a huge plus. They're wireless, but can easily be plugged into a usb port while you're still using them to charge. Batterly life is not disappointing. Only downsides are 1. Doesn't use bluetooth so you can't use it with your phone and 2. Doesn't have a noise cancelling option. When I wear these they do block out a lot of noise, especially if I'm listening to light music, but they aren't designed to fully cancel noise.

Great sound and super light so my head doesn't hurt from a long gaming session. Pretty solid battery life and the mic is great too.

I use this headset for work and gaming and it has not failed me once it has insane range and the headband that it has is one of the best ones i have used i use this headset 8 hrs straight and it feels like its floating and the sound is very good and u have many options to choose from to change voice and sound settings

Bought these for my wife and she loves them. Audio quality is about a 7/10 but she loves them and has no complaints.

This headset is sooo comfortable and I have a big head. Before, I was using the Razer Kraken and that was kinda heavy (even tho its considered a light headset) and I would sweat in it after an hr. But this headset, I can play hours and I would not be sweating. At first, I would get random lag/distortion but after reinstalling ghub and plugging into a USB 3.0 (before it was in a teal color usb slot?) Haven't had the problem. But a minor flaw. The volume dial is on the back left side and whenever I lean my head back on the headrest, it would touch the dial and lower it, kinda annoying.

Amazing headphones with great comfort. I am coming from another major brand headphones. I would never go back. Wearing them for a couple hours feels like they aren't even on. The sound is really good, but i highly recommend download the Logitech software for better sound. Out the box sound is good, but with the software sounds amazing. Can adjust the EQ and better settings. The 7.1 sound is real good. You can make out sounds in every direction.

I originally bought this for my white/rgb set-up and works great. I am only using the headphone portion as I already own an external mic, so I cannot speak for the mic portion of the headset, but it is comfortable and the sound is crisp and clear. I really like the banding on the headset as I can wear the headset when my hair is either up or down and there isn't a gap or much moving of the headset. I wish there were some customizing options for the bands when purchased, but I'll look into that a bit later.
