Keeps crackling

Product is great otherwise. Comfy, and good sound when working correctly. Will have to exchange, product is good just seems i got a lemon.

Great headset

And the sound is clear as day. The only gripe i have is you dont know how much battery life you have and the tones for the battery dying arent necessarily loud enoigh or distinct enough.

The microphone works nicely and the audio quality is impeccable. My only qualm is that it still squeezes my head somewhat, making wearing this over a long period of time not as comfortable. If only it would sit on top of my head without needing to squeeze my ears/temples as it stays on fine without the pressure. I mostly use these for gaming, and so my head is, for the most part, still. So the extra work through pushing to secure it on my head is not as necessary.
