Too Expensive For How Basic & Bland It Is

I think it is pretty overpriced for what it is. Practically everything on this is a little worse than the Logitech headset I updated from. 1. I do not like the microphone's form. I prefer the older design where the mic could be rotated up and it would auto mute itself. This one is sticking straight out UNLESS you pull it out completely. 2. I think the ear cups are, at best, just OK. 3. The RGB lighting is useless and you can't even see them. The previous model I had at least had a useful red light that would come on if your mic was muted.

It surprisingly broke on me on 11/04. I got the headset on Oct. 14th.. I ended up returning it and got a different brand completely. I thought the battery was dead but I left it charging overnight and still wouldn't turn on.

I thought I could use this on a plane and stuff but im not sure if that will be the case Good for gaming

That said, I am never giving Logitech another dime. I'll start with the G Hub application, since that's quick and easy. Garbage to install, garbage to update, garbage to use, and garbage to uninstall. Now for the headset. The audio quality and microphone are serviceable, but the battery life is a flat out lie. Barring that, I have had an on and off issue for the entire duration of my ownership where it is constantly cutting in and out, losing reception to its receiver, and constantly having issues. I sit right next to my PC, and thus the receiver. And yet, I'm still having issues. I have tried troubleshooting in every conceivable way. I have plugged it into different USB ports, tried a USB hub, ensured they were charged, ensured up to date drivers, and yet, nothing. Spend your money elsewhere if you plan on owning them for more than a few weeks. Logitech has become a garbage company in the last few years, and it shows.
