From annoying to unusable.

Note that the headphones have been treated exceptionally well. A few weeks after purchase both speakers began emitting a quiet but audible high-pitched background noise. It was easy to tune out with volume, but quiet moments in gaming and music are drowned out by the background noise. Over the last week the issue became more severe. In addition to the background noise, after roughly an hour of use the headphones would start BLASTING and sound throughput at max volume with almost no resemblance to the original audio.

Good for Zoom

Sometimes the mic won’t connect for a second, so I have to unplug and replug it into the headphones. My only other complaint is that it needs a plugged in usb for the Bluetooth. Other than that, I love them

Design is clean and it is well made. The best thing she likes is the ear cups are deep and don't press on her ears at all like the last over the ear she had used. Setup was easy, almost plug and play. Only negative is the microphone is not able to fold out of way or remove when not needed.
