Really disappointed with these headphones, they are BEAUTIFUL but they have an issue in where they constantly have white noise. I returned my pair and got a new one and had the same issue. Unfortunately I’ll be getting another headset.

Hey there Tony, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with the 733. If you still have them, I would recommend downloading our GHub software and tweaking with some of the settings such as side tone to see if that fixes your white noise issue.

There's NOTHING premium about this gaming headset. The box and pictures make it look nice but once it's taken out of the box, the headset looks cheap, feels cheap. Probably costs $15 to make this headset. I'm returning this tomorrow.

The G733 with G Hub software has a tremendous amount of modifiables you can use to adapt these headphones to your optimal settings. The headset is ultra-light, making for comfortable extended play. The build is mostly plastic but manages to carry it off in style. The G733 uses machine washable breathable ear cups and suspension headband. USB-C charging gives close to 30 hours of battery life. With DTS X 2.0 virtual surround sound and customizable microphone settings the audio can be adapted to a large variety of sound environments including moderately noisy ones. The G Hub software can be used to tailor the decorative LED exterior lighting. One simple thing that many other headsets do not have is the easy to see right and left markings inside the headphone ear cups – very useful if the boom mike is not installed.

    Wireless Freedom

The G733 drivers powerful sound with pretty awesome microphone quality allowing you to get the beat of both worlds. I found that the headset fit my head with ease and I was able to wear the G733 for an entire work day. Battery life was decent requiring a charge every other day. While the microphone is quite great for a headset, it does require you to use the GHUB software suite. With that, the Blue Microphone enhancements is only for PC. Even though the headset is compatible with consoles, which is a pretty big disappointment. The same goes for the adequate virtual surround sound. For me, I don’t mind because I got these specifically for PC. Overall, the headset performs phenomenally on a PC and above average when paired with the console. Delivering great dynamic sound allowing you to pinpoint where your enemy is while also providing a quality stream-ready microphone. I can’t recommended this enough, even with my minor gripe.

So, like the title says I really love these headphones. I use them all the time for gaming and for video lectures. The mic sounds great even without messing with any settings. I tweaked my settings slightly for clarity and it's fantastic. The mic is removable which I didn't realize I needed. When it disconnects, it automatically mutes other mic devices. I love the customization of lights, the rechargeable feature, and the comfortable fit of the stretchy band. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because on more than one occasion of scrambling to find papers, I've turned my music up way too loud. It's funny the first time but not when you're already in a sour mood. The wheel for the volume is on the bottom/back of the left headphone and turning your head to the left or down and to the right will move said wheel. Overall, I really enjoy these headphones and I recommend them. Please fix the volume wheel.

Good Headset but missed the mark on 2 things

I came to this headset after my more expensive Logitech G933 finally gave out. I was sort of expecting some of the same "features" but was sadly disappointed. I am , in no way, an audiophile so all the intricate details will not be in this review. The way I see it, most people want to just pop them in, tweak a few settings and start gaming, and I am with that group. Comparing that headset to my others I have the following pros and cons : Pros -First out of the gate, these things are comfortable to wear for extended periods. The little elastic adjustable strap at the top is the reason for this, for me. -Connection to the little dongle is almost instant. With the 933 there was a few second wait -If you are a person who uses Logitech things, this all fits in nicely with the GHub software. I have this headset, the 502 Light speed mouse and the Powerplay pad and they all work together great. - The RGB lighting is nice and unobtrusive. It is a smaller thin bar on the front of the cups. The 933 had lights all over, which also impacts the battery life. Smaller lighting, less battery drain -G Hub software allows you to tweak everything from the sound to the lighting and allows you to download other user profiles for games. Sound profiles, special lighting profiles, its all there. -Battery life of "supposedly" 29 hours. I am sure this is with any RGB lighting off but for some reason the G Hub software only shows as 20+ when fully charged. So there is wiggle room for 9 hrs. -Charging is via USB-C...so expect this thing to charge faster then the usual MicroUSB sets -Once I was able to get this tuned to where I like it, it was pretty good. Things just seem clearer then they did with my 933. Using the Blue software feature for voice during gaming was also a good experience. I compare it to what you would hear on a WiFi or HD call with your cell phone. And my cons: -Detachable mic. I wish they would have gone the route of the 933 and made the mic fold into the headset cup, but alas it is a detachable mic. Something that might easily get lost -Ear cups seem a tad small. Sure your ears will get used to it, but it threw me off when I initially put them on. -This is my BIGGEST con at the moment....1 programmable button. In its default setting, this acts as the Mute button but that can easily be changed in the software. 1 button severely limits your options. On the 933 I had one mute, one to turn the RGB on/off, and the 3rd to change sound profiles on the fly. One can not do that with the headset and that is disappointing. Overall I am pleased with this headset aside from 2 of my cons. I mostly play things like Fortnite with my nephews or World of Warcraft (again!) and the sound has been pretty great with the limited amount of tweaking I have done.

    Great Headset Overall

For gaming needs, this headset definitely gives you all you need. It's comfortable and the sound quality is on point. The only issue I had was with the microphone as I had others tell me after using it for a while that they were having issues hearing me. I have personally used this for zoom calls as well as gaming and it does well with both, keeping in mind the minor mic issue. The availability of color options with the addition of the lights makes this a really fun headset. The battery life makes this a great option for those that might forget to charge it as it is usually ready to go. For the price and what you get, overall this is a good option for gaming or anything else you might need to use it for, definitely worth the investment.
