Disappointing

It pinches- and the strap they say you can remove just leaves the plastic resting directly on your head. If this was 40$ then it may be worth it, but for the asking price it's not comfortable at all.

Great headset horrible support

Posted .Hello ShaferFam! I'm sorry to hear you're running into compatibility issues with the G733 headset. Unfortunately, most wireless USB headsets don't work on Xbox One due to Xbox having to have a special communications chip in the device to allow USB devices to work. This is not needed for PS4 and PC. As far as it not working on PS4, here are somethings you can try. Plug the USB into a computer and make sure the headset is up to date using our G Hub software. Make sure you're plugging the USB into one of the USB ports on the front of the PS4. This way it has the closest connection. If this doesn't work, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to start a warranty claim. Love Logi, but not this one

Plugged in one what, took out my mouse until I tried somewhere else, then that took out my keyboard until I tried yet a third place, then it was simply no charging. Would get the gaming headset G935 instead

Very nice for the price
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My regular headphones are Astro A50's and that's a pretty high bar but at less than 1/2 the price, the Logitech G733's are most certainly capable performers. For some reason mine did not come with any instructions or a quick start guide but setup was very simple and couldn't be more plug and play. Insert the USB receiver into your device, power up the headphones and go. Like some other reviewers I found the G Hub software to be a bit buggy but with persistence I was able to get logged in and play with the features. The lights were not a selling point for me as I do most of my gaming after the kids are in bed and the darker the better. The treble and mid-range are fantastic but I found that even after adjusting the EQ settings I would have liked a little more bass, a little more rumble in the explosions but all-in-all I have no complaints about the audio quality. The surround sound works very well and gives a very nice directional awareness to what's going on around you in a game. The G733's are very comfortable and although my sessions are usually limited to an hour or two, I believe that you could keep these on all day with no issues. My only complaint is that after adjusting the microphone it likes to go back where it was originally. It's flexible enough but has a bit of memory and I had some trouble getting it to stay where I wanted it. I would absolutely say that as far as an affordable headphone option, the G733's are top notch and you won't be disappointed.

Retuened next day for the white version and now working perfect. I did but it on the e-waste pramotion so saved 20% on top of sale price so great deal.

As far as the sound quality, you can change the settings by using the G Hub software to play around with the EQ to get the sound the way you like it. Logitech G733 vs X PRO

Kept switching them while playing COD and listening streaming online electronic music at the same time. Money was not an issue, wanted to see which ones deliver better sound and most comfort. G733 is the WINNER! X PRO model would be more clear/bass punchy, which doesn't mean better, actually lost this true bass feeling you might be looking for. X PRO model is slightly heavier and more pressure to your ears. (ears were getting very hot after 30 min of use). G HUB has all the options to play with, that headphones like HyperX (which I had several) won't have available to you. Easy to use to, DONT LISTEN TO those who complain about G HUB software, they need to fix their own hands. G733 is like wearing light winter hat with pro sound installed. Trust me, G733 as all you need.

complete disappointment

Broke in 3 days

And the sound isn’t amazing for the price. Terrible. Had to wait for shipping and everything

Not happy

Double check the audio settings on your Playstation,set the Input and output device to the G733 headphones. Then you need to set the Output to Headphones to "All Audio". Constant White Noise

I returned my pair and got a new one and had the same issue. Unfortunately I’ll be getting another headset.
