Ok headset, one major bummer...

One thing I've come to find out is that it cannot be used to connect with the USB cable. You must have the wireless dongle to make it work. If I would have known this, I would have considered other options. I travel for work and I forgot the dongle, and so now I am basically carrying around dead weight.

The sound quality is appalling unless you want to shill out a monthly fee for them to sound better. The band system is comfortable until it wears out and you end up spending more money to replace them. These might be cheap upfront but are ultimately a money suck and I hope they get discontinued.

They connect easily and also have really nice side lights, The issue is that they are not customizable on a console, only on a PC. Also, they have some connection issues on the PS4 when playing for hours on end. These are not the best for people with large heads. Now, if you use PC, have a smaller head, and can fully use your rig to customize them then more power to you. They may be perfect, but not for me.

Returned it for another one and it did the same thing within 5 minutes of hooking it up.) Something about this headset malfunctions after 5 minutes of use, all sound is insanely distorted and extremely loud. Could not find anything to resolve this issue, that apparently has been going on since 2020( according to Reddit articles) If I had to say one nice thing about them, I'd say that they're comfortable

The Mic quality was utter hot garbage spent a good few hours trying to troubleshoot the problem with this garbage mic and it eventually stopped working period, It wasn't muted, there was nothing wrong with the sound it registered as plugged in but it wouldn't work, the system sound was good but the mic just stopped functioning... So here comes the tried and true troubleshooting solution of rebooting your PC...upon the reboot of my PC the headset crashed my sound drivers and wouldn't even allow me to switch to other headsets or speakers...had to unplug the piece of trash from my PC and reboot again to get my sound back.

One thing that really upsets me after purchasing this is that at random times the audio will bug out and start SCREAMING static in my ears. I have volume at 100%, so it HURTS. I turn it off and back on and it still has the loud static.
