The “lightning” connection (Bluetooth) was very poor. It would constantly disconnect. Audio often sounded like when a DVD used to get scratched and you just try to make it past that scene. When it did work, the audio was good and the mic quality was fair. Connectivity needs major improvement. Note: I do not use any other Bluetooth devices for or around my computer except my phone so the possibility of interference doesn’t seem likely.

Good headset overall… sound quality is just not up to par for the price.

Cousin loved it! She never took it off after giving it to her.

They are very comfortable but it will not let you use the Bluetooth on Xbox or the mic.

These new Logitech g735 Headphones are some of if not the most comfortable gaming headphones I have ever worn. The ear ups are big and spacious without feeling or looking Huge on your head. The design is very slick and while I am not a fan of RGB on headphones the ones on this set are actually pretty nice and add to the design style. Now let’s move on to the meat and potatoes the sound. These sound great for music and ok for gaming. They have good sound separation so when listening to music you can hear each instrument very well. The bass sound swell while listening to music. Unfortunately when gaming the headset doesn’t quite match up to with its music prowess. The bass tends to be a bit boomy and uncontrolled and you seem to lose some sound in the mids. If your using these go single player games they are pretty immersive flout for any sort of competitive game they are not as great. Mic quality is pretty solid I did not have issues with anyone using the mic. I will say the headset does not play well with ps5 you can use it on ps5 but it has no volume feel los your playing with it very low. So this headset is pretty much pc or Bluetooth only. Overall the headset is solid if you are a pc player that needs something with Bluetooth to use with other devices like a phony or a tablet. They are extremely comfortable and sound pretty good.

I've been using these for a few weeks now and overall I am very impressed. Build quality, aesthetics, performance...It's got it all. Build Quality: These are pretty comfortable headphones. Fairly lightweight. So there isn't much, if any, pressure on the top of the head. The earcups use a very soft material and fit perfectly over the ears. The various buttons on either earcup have a solid sturdy feel, without requiring too much pressure to press. The LED's (inside the ear cups as well as on the outside) are nice and bright as well. I also like the chome tubular riser design used to raise/lower the headband. The USB-B -> USB-C cable it comes with is also very well constructed. I can tell it has a good amount of sheathing, so you don't have to worry about minor kinks breaking the copper on the inside. All materials (headphones, cable, etc) use soft touch materials. Performance: I would say these headphones sit at a good performance to price ratio. I'm not an audiophile, so as long as a pair of headphones has good range, I'm happy. And so far from what I've listened to, it has excellent range. I've been testing them with a range of games (MOBAs, ARPGS, FPS's). Haven't had any issues with gaming. And so far I'm very happy with how they sound in different gaming environments. No issues with the mic either. Battery Life: I'm using them all day (work + home). Usually about 16+ hours a day. When I step away from my PC for lunch or dinner I'll plug them in. So far I haven't had them run out of juice. One thing I did notice. When the battery starts to get low, you'll start hearing cracks and pops. I'm assuming this is the hardware doing it's best to maintain connection while lowering audio quality. That's just an assumption though. The cord it comes with is plenty long for my needs. So being able to plug them in while using them is nice. Connectivity: My personal PC, I use the USB Dongle. For my work PC I use Bluetooth. It does a great job of auto connecting to sources when a new one become present. And there is a button/rocker on the right earcup to cycle through connections. Every once in a while it'll need to be fiddled with to get it to connect. But that's usually because I'm switching sources a lot. I've also noticed it has pretty decent response time. I didn't notice a difference in response using the dongle vs Bluetooth. And turning of audio enhancement in windows helps with this. Overall: I'm very happy with these. I'm glad I finally have a pair of reliable headphones that I can use seamlessly between to computers.

I have had them a year now and I love them but the sound does go in and out even fully charged and I’m unsure why.

I really should have listened to the reviews. I’ve wanted this headset for about a year now and despite doing my research and finding out that’s it’s actually a garbage headset, I still wanted to give it a go. I was so excited when my boyfriend gifted this to me, and it was pretty okay at first when I started using it. I started out with using the usb plug in, and for specific games it would play no sort of background audio until I unplugged and replugged my usb in (I could still hear whoever I was in a party with, just no background noise). This also took about a minute to load me back in to hear anything at all. Then as soon as my game would load me in, the noise would disappear again, forcing me to unplug the usb yet again. Very frustrating, but I figured I could live with it since I wanted to love this headset. Other games would load just fine with background audio, it just had to happen with my favorite game. Lived with this four about a month (wanted to note, I got this in late February of this year, and it is now mid April), then about a month ago it stopped connecting randomly, so I decided to try the Bluetooth option. It was okay I guess, definitely still disconnected. It now won’t connect to any sort of audio whatsoever, unless I go into my pc’s sound settings and cycle through the playback device, and even then it will load me in (with false hope) then I’ll lose audio again for the rest of the game. I’m extremely disappointed, I wanted to love this headset but I never should have let my boyfriend waste his money on this. I’ve had probably about 10-15 different headsets over the past 13 years just trying to find one that fits me exactly how I want it to, and despite being the prettiest headset I’ve ever owned, this is 100% the worst one I’ve ever seen. If you’re stubborn like me and do still decide to get this headset, MAKE SURE YOU GET A WARRANTY!!!

Super cute headset. It does make some crackling noises, and the lights don’t always sync the way I program them to. Overall, I wouldn’t buy it again, but I have it.

I purchased this because it matches my mouse, desk and drawer.

Decent for what it does but there are better headsets available at this price

My favorite headphones thus far. I’ve had a lot of gaming headsets but this is just sleek, simple, stylish. I absolutely love the noise it makes when you turn it on so cute! Also has noise cancellation!

I got these for my girlfriend because they seemed more comfortable than what she was using and they were… the issues were non stop. It got confused multiple times to what it should pair to, either light speed or bluetooth and then just wouldn’t connect at all. So we returned the item thinking we got a bad one and tried again… same issues. So we took it back a 2nd time and decided to spend $50 more and got the logitech pro x 2 which have been fantastic from day one and way more comfortable. Don’t waste 200 on these. Just spend 250 and get a head set that will be trouble free and way more comfortable.

These are some great headphones. One of the best headphones I have ever owned. I recommend this product!

I wish it came in different colors, but these headphones are some of the best I've had. The latency when using them wirelessly is fantastic!

Cute and comfortable but lacking in sound quality. I bought it with $70 off and even at that discounted price point, I couldn’t justify the price with how the audio sounded. Ultimately had to be returned

Fits nice and comfy. Sounds great but may need some tweaking for the perfect sound.
