So it took me a whole month to decide on a set of headphones. And after reading reviews I finally decided on these. They started out working perfectly! I used them with my pc. They were very comfortable, Lights were pretty, and the sound was okay. After 2 weeks, the sound started messing up, made things sound like a robot. I had to keep resting them & they’d work fine for another 20 mins, then crash again. I contacted support, & after doing all the steps to fix the issue, they said I must’ve bought a defective pair, to go exchange them. It was late, So I planned to go the next day. That night, I tried to play a few games, & I turned them on, they turned right back off, they wouldn’t stay on. I tried wired & Bluetooth with no luck. The next day I just ended up returning them & getting my money back to buy a completely different brand/pair. So, I gave it 2 stars bc I’m not sure if it was a faulty pair, if another pair would’ve worked fine, or if they all just end up the same way. But, overall I still wouldn’t recommend them. Just not worth the hassle.

Good sound quality and easy to set up/ connect. Plus its stylish

The audio that comes from this is amazing! However, they can be a little tight around the ears in the cups. My ears are left hurting a bit, but that is largely due to the hours I sit at my computer. Perfect for gaming and music.

I will say I enjoyed using these. these are really good in terms of sound quality, and Logitech really had something special with these. TO dive a bit deeper I will start with the good that these headphones have to offer. I will say that these are tuned perfectly, if you are a bass head because there is plenty, and with the help of Logitech G hub you can definently find the perfect balance that suits your needs. Additionally, I will say this headset uses Logitech algorithm for surround sound and is by far the best and most natural sounding when using it. it does not sound digital and there is no distortion is the audio. These are gread for gaming and even better for casual listening to music as well. The mic is pretty good as well. Overall Logitech did the good really well and for 40mm drivers this deliver really good sound and detail. Now for the bad, these headphones are very unstable the 40mm drivers are a double edge sword for these headsets. Although they do sound good the drivers cant actually handle the bass response that these headphones produce and if you crank the low end in the software there is major distortion and a weird high pitch digital crack when the low frequencies are engaged. So if you do like bass you will have to keep the overall gain for low frequencies fairly low for these to be usable. Additionally the only other negative is comfort, these are absoultely the most uncomfortable headphone that I have ever used. I always have to keepo adjusting and although the ear cups are quite large for some reason they still cause me a ton opf ear fatigue and I can only use them for about 5-10 minutes at a time before I have to switch them out. Also, when trying to use the wirless dongle on playstation you can barely hear a thing, with system volume all the way up and the headset volume all the way up you still cannot hear. I find my self using an aux cord(which logitech DOES NOT include in the box) when using this headset with my PS5. I am not sure if this occurs on xbox, but it shocks me that this was not quality tested by logitech. Nevertheless, I dont think I would recomend these I would say go for the g pro x 2 because those are more refined with 50mm graphine drivers and an overall better design geared towards comfort. I do believe that logitech was relly close with these but there are a few things that just didnt get tested enough that holds these back.

No issues with this headset! Easy to set up with my PC. Updates on the app are easy to install! Very user friendly! The mic is great quality for a headset!!

Let me start by saying I love this headset. There was one problem I started with and there is a problem I have yet to find a fix for. The first was just the sound in general was hard to get used to so if you are not used to adjusting your own sound this could be a problem. The second issue is that at seemingly random times The volume will go to the max of the headset(not your computer). The only fix is to always use max volume so you don’t randomly get ear damage. If they fixed the second issue I would give a perfect 5 star.

Gaming at its best, these are so clear u can hear things in the game that I never knew were there, I can hear the foot steps of the bad guy and know which direction he is coming, great sound.
