Keyboard seems great, software? not so much
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech seems to be completely ignoring the amount of people who can't get this keyboard to work with Ghub correctly. It's a pity. Nice keyboard. Take a bit to get used to the extra keys on the left ( your hand naturally goes to the corner and you lose context, but you get used.

Poor quality, but beautiful design
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this keyboard, but it definitely doesn't love me. 4 key double types every time I press it, and the letters are wearing off. I have only had the keyboard for 5 months, which I have never seen a keyboard have issues that fast.

LOW PROFILE KEYS ARE AWESOME
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I searched forever for a "low profile" keyboard. The keys are not as tall and do not require as much travel to press in which is great for my smaller hands. But they are responsive and clicky, but not so much my buddies hear them while in party chat (using an ASTRO headset). Keyboard is built well, nice and sturdy aluminum and feels solid. The keys feel great to press. The additional "G" keys on the left side are great because my pinky can reach them and have them binded to keys for Warzone, etc. The logitech app is fun, you can change the RGB to ever single key individually if you wanted to. Has a USB on the back if you need like a RGB mouse pad plugged in close. Overall, it's spendy but its great quality and feels wonderful with the low profile keys.

Meh but not meh price for a keyboard....
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Switches seem to not be working after about a year of use. This is normal for a mechanical keyboard but is not something that I want when spending this type of money.

Look and feel great. No wrist rest. G Hub is ok.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: -Build quality -USB Passthrough -Full media keys -No light bleed from keys Con: -No wrist rest -G Hub software -Key Spacing is a bit small -Whites comes out blue -Media and profile keys are mushy This keyboard looks very nice and has an excellent build quality. Solid and with some heft but still thin. The braided cable is thick, but not too stiff. There’s a USB passthrough on the back with its own dedicated cable. It’s a little too tight right now, but hopefully it’ll loosen up a bit. I prefer this sort of clean aesthetics over the angular gamery look Logitech has done in the past. I love having full media keys and a big volume wheel. The media keys and the memory profile keys are soft rubber and mushy. Sometimes a single or half press would end up hitting it twice. The keys are responsive and tactile during gaming and feels good to type on. I usually don’t like clicky keys, but this one is comfortable to use. The shorter actuation feels better, especially if you’re a heavy typer and bottom out each press. The key spacing feels smaller, and will take a bit of time to get used to. The RGB on the keys is clean. The colors are vibrant and there’s very little light bleeding from under the key caps. The colors are mostly accurate except for whites, which comes out more like a light sky blue. That’s really disappointing as I often use white as a main color. This keyboard still needs a wrist wrest and at this price, Logitech should have included one. I have mixed impression for G Hub. First time user of G Hub, and there’s a bit of a learning curve to it. While it’s not difficult to assign macros, action, and lighting presets, it’s just not as user friendly as the other brands. Creating custom light animations can be tricky. Rather than simply layering a light effects, you have to create an animation key by key and choose how to transition into the next. So for instance if I want to do a rainfall effect combined with a rippling effect, I would have to animate the rain falling one frame at a time and then create the ripples in the same way. While this allows you to fully customize your lighting effects, it can get complicated and tedious. The profile switching can get annoying as well. Each profile is independent of each other and there’s no way to copy settings and macro from one to the other. You have to recreate them. You can also missed when the profile switches back to the default Desktop because you clicked outside the window and end up editing the wrong profile. I like the keyboard itself. It looks great and typing feels better than normal size keyboards. The lower actuation has a faster response time while the clicky keys keeps me from typing mistakes, unlike my Cherry Red keyboards. I’m still trying to get used to G Hub and I wish it was a bit more user friendly.

Best Flagship Keyboard on the Market
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This new mechanical keyboard from Logitech is quite literally the best mechanical keyboard I have ever used. When I first typed on it, I felt the same enjoyment and pleasure of my first mechanical keyboard. I have switched between multiple keyboards throughout the years ranging from Corsair, to Razor, and even DAS keyboards. This is the first Logitech mechanical keyboard I've owned and I'll have to say that this might be the last keyboard I will invest in. It hits all the highs of what I would consider a flagship keyboard and exactly what I'm looking for to enhance my everyday usage. For starters, this keyboard includes everything you'll need and more. There are 5 different programmable macros with 3 different profiles. Now if that wasn't enough, you can also assign G-Shift macros to each of those keys (macros where when you press an assigned G-Shift button like from your mouse would perform a different action). That gives you a total of 30 different profiles - an insane amount of macros. Logitech has gone out of their way to make the software as easy as possible to use. You're able to switch between profiles on the fly, as well as have the game control your profiles for you. This means you can have 30 different profiles PER GAME, not just 30 profiles overall. I can't even describe how exciting it is to be able to control that. I can now game and program without having to worry about using macros that are game specific. Having this keyboard really encourages you to also have a Logitech mouse to integrate with their software fully. As far as aesthetics go, this keyboard looks minimalist and does not look extremely bulky like their competitors. Each key can have their own separate RGB lighting giving you full customization. There are multiple cool presets from the Logitech software that you can use. The 'Clickyness' from the keyboard is noticeable, but not overly loud. I would say it's just a bit louder than a Razor Blackwidow Stealth, but not as loud as the cherry reds from Corsair. Each click is unavoidable though, no matter how gentle you press you will get the same loudness every time. Overall, this is the keyboard to get if you cannot find the right keyboard. Between gaming and productivity, this keyboard provides it all. I might even say I'm typing faster with this keyboard, but that may be a placeble effect. I will say I am enjoying typing on this the most, and it might be because of how low the keys site compare to all the other mechanical keyboards. If you're on the fence about this keyboard, think about all the things you hate about your current keyboard and buy this keyboard instead.

Great Gaming Keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech G815 is a very nice and satisfying keyboard to own. Out of the box, it's aluminum finish top feels very substantive. While the bottom half of the keyboard is made of plastic, the entire thing still has some weight to it which is kind of a nice thing. Being a wired keyboard, it's not expected that you'll be running around your living room with it, but that it will sit somewhere fairly regularly. For performance, this wired keyboard performs as expected and on par with other wired gaming keyboards. This keyboard comes with 4 macro settings and 5 programmable keys. The Logitech G Hub software allows you to set pre-programmable settings based on program so you don't even have to pick a macro setting. It will automatically activate based on the program that opens. Another nice function is that this keyboard will deactivate keys that you determine if you desire should they be problematic during game play (think the windows key). The keyboard RGB lighting is fully programmable per key which is not particularly unusual for a high end gaming keyboard, but is still very enjoyable to experience. Another great feature is the volume scroll wheel which is a bit large for my taste, but some may find this an added benefit. It's more like a scroll log than a scroll wheel, but it serves as a nice way to quickly adjust the volume. Finally, the keyboard comes with an added USB port which can be plugged directly into your keyboard. The keyboard USB cable splits at the PC end which is where the two accessories separate. In conclusion, the Logitech G815 is an excellent keyboard for gaming. It does come with a high price tag which may deter some buyers, but for those who are serious about gaming and value the quality and precision of their keyboard, it won't. Pros: -Quality build -Aluminum top -Customizable gaming keys and macros -Key travel (long) and responsiveness -USB connection directly from keyboard Cons: -Price -No built in wrist rest

Mechanical Perfection
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been testing keyboards over the last couple months for work. I am required to type at high rates of speed under pressure all day long and finding the right fit definitely took some trial and error. We all know that all keyboards are NOT created equal but let me tell you, this keyboard surpasses everything I've tried to date including the Blackwidow Elite and the Steel Series Apex Pro, a coworkers Corsair, and a cheapy brown switch Amazon find to get me by. Logitech has developed the perfect combination of low profile and mechanical with the clicky switch of my dreams. I've never seen another mechanical like it. The board is built super solid for how low profile it is. There is no pinging/springy echo sound that you get from lesser quality/poorly built boards. This has been the most satisfying to type on, it's not overly loud, and the RGB customization perfectly fit my needs. I was hesitant to spend the $$$ but it was so worth it. I wish I had just started here in the first place. I didn't love the software but I was able to get the per key personalization I was looking for. I wish it was just a bit more affordable but at the same time, I was willing to shell out for something that improves my quality of life at work. I do think that for they money they should include a wrist wrest designed to fit the board.

The Best Keyboard I've Ever Used
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this keyboard about 4 years ago and it's been bang up reliable. It's expensive but the low profile keys are fantastic and less disruptive on my wrists. The clicky version is... Clicky, so keep that in mind. You will clearly hear it, so buy accordingly. The keys don't have a ton of travel, which is a pro in my book. But it isn't as shallow as a laptop keyboard. Logitech's software is hit or miss but it has gotten more stable over the years. I'm not getting the annoying issues it initially gave me. My profiles have been saving normally over the past year or two and I'm not signed out constantly. Overall, the keyboard software is fine and switching profiles is easy with pretty good built in default game support. It has a keyboard backlight button that disables the backlight (that one backlight button stays on, but dim, very helpful) which is fantastic for late night downloads. There's a game mode button that disables the Winkey. There are profile buttons. The media controls are simple but work very well, the volume control dial is very satisfying to use and I use it all the time. It's simple enough yet feature rich when you want it to be. The build quality is fantastic, it's a heavy keyboard. The whole body is made of metal and it just plants itself super well. There's a USB passthrough that's quite nice, I use it for my mouse. 10/10 would recommend to people wanting a great keyboard that's better on your wrist. It isn't ergonomic but it's super satisfying to type on and I'm still not sick of it almost 4 years later. Yes it's on the expensive side but if you take care of your stuff and you have the money to burn, it's worth the price.

Everything I Need
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For me, this keyboard has everything I need...and then some. I love the slim design and overall look. It's a sleek design and feels very well made without being clunky or over the top. The programmable keys are second to none in terms of other keyboards I've used. I feel like the simplicity of setting everything up puts the G815 over the top. For the most part, I've had no issues with connectivity, although the Logitech G HUB is not my favorite set up, it works. It isn't a big enough complaint for me to take off a star for what is an incredible slim and durable keyboard that meets all of my quality requirements.

Greaf keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech is my personal favorite when it comes to peripherals. I had the G910 which was a good keyboard but had a lot of reliabilty issues. Though the price tag was a little high ath the time, this keyboard is overall amazing. The clicky keys are very satisfying to listen to, the low profile makes it comfortable to type and use, and it is very responsive. I highly recommend this keys board to anyone who is looking for a solid gaming keyboard.

Very nice keyboard and looks awesome
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been looking to get a new keyboard for a few months and this one fit exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a mechanical keyboard and also one that I could get that familiar click with. That being said you should understand this before buying it. These are not silent membrane keys like most cheap keyboards. The keys are very responsive and I have used it to type as well as play games on my PC. I haven't had the chance to try hooking up to my XBOX One though to see if it works but fingers crossed I will be able to. Some facts about the keyboard: - It isn't light, the case feels like solid aluminum so taking it out of the box you immediately notice it has some weight to it. - The keys have really cool LED light features that can be customized via the Logitech app you can download. - By default it will do a wave color change which I thought was pretty cool or you can download custom color profiles, create your own, or download ones from other members in the community that they have created. - It has an extra USB port that allows you to plug a mouse or controller directly into the keyboard but it does require two USB plugs still at the back of your computer just saves you the need to fish two separate wires to your computer from your computer desk. - It has the ability to program various gaming profiles so you can have customer load outs for specific games if you like. Overall I am very happy with this keyboard and glad that I waited and shopped around. I have it paired with an old Logitech G-Series gaming mouse because my newer Logitech G-703 Gaming Mouse is in use on my laptop due to being wireless.
