Unfortunately, this exact model came with issues due to its LIGHTSPEED wireless feature which constantly causes for this headset to lose communication and reconnect after a few seconds. There are forums talking about this specific problem which happens in different time intervals but it continues to do it. I tried every method possible and yet, it continued to make the exact problem. Could be a software issue, but I wouldn’t count for the developers to address this issue anytime soon.

Solid Pad

I would prefer something logoless, but this was the best I could find. Unfortunately the logo isn't cloth like the rest of the pad, which forces me to swap it around or else it constricts my mouse movement. Still better than probably 95% of mouse pads out there.

Almost perfect but definitely an upgrade-ish

The right speaker stopped working after using the provided AUX connection and cable. For music; Logitech Gaming Hub does not provide an advanced EQ like the previous model the "Wireless" version. The X pro 2 is also not as loud as the X pro headsets. Build and material quality is beautiful however and honestly for basic music they are OK, not complaints when it comes to gaming. But for the price I would have like to have the loudness and advance EQ from the previous versions.

The sound of this new version seems more muted. In order to hear the same as 35% volume on previous model, I have to bump it up to 60% on this newer model. Otherwise, still a great product. My favorite Entertainment/Gaming headsets.

Decent but not $250 USD Decent

The material seems fine and I like it comes with two pairs of ear cuffs. One cloth the other a leather like material. The mic is ok/decent for games but I wouldn't use it if you are a streamer. The battery life seems ok. Sound is decent. My final thoughts that I, personally, wouldn't purchases this at full cost. To me the quality of material and sound isn't $250 USD. I have had cheaper Logitech, Corsair, Steel Series that are on par with this.

Right adjustment loose

Every time I take off the headset I have to adjust it again before I put it on. Its very annoying for a $250 and makes me worry about the longevity of the build quality.

The material feels AMAZING, but I paid for sound and that was not delivered. I will admit it is more comfortable than MOST head sets but the microphone lacks quality as well as sound. I have to keep mixing to get the levels right between voice chat and game chat and it is never ending adjustments. If you’re looking for comfort, this is a good buy. If you’re looking for the best sound… keep looking.
