Great keyboard, still going strong after almost a year of using it

Normally I love Logitech products however this keyboard I haven’t had long and the key caps are in readable where WASD was all you see is RGB the coating they use on the key caps is cheap and the coating doesn’t last i noticed it week one of using it pretty disappointed with this keyboard.

Excellent keyboard BUT I dot not recommend to the "Clicky" switches. Everything else is good. The RGB could be brighter but I accompany that with what type switches you have.

My son has only has this keyboard for 6 months and the entire thing is falling apart. Almost all the keys have come off and the ones that are still intact have no letters or numbers left on the button. So disappointed in this purchase, which was a Christmas present.

Beautiful keyboard, good battery life, very customizable

But for normal use, typing, I kept getting characters I didn't want of the Windows keys being hit. Had to return. If you want for primary gaming probably good but if you do a lot of forum typing and such was just unworkable

The symbols on the number keys along the top of the keyboard are impossible to see. The symbols are not illuminate and are labeled with a dark grey that virtually disappears if your keyboard is not in bright light. It makes me wonder if anyone at Logitech actually used this high $$$ keyboard before mass production.

HORRIBLE experience with TWO of these in less than 2.5 months. The first one failed due to a sticking Shift Key in less than 5 weeks. I returned it and got a replacement. That one failed in less than a week with a repeating "3" Character with most keypresses. Even a very fast press/release resulted in repeated characters. I could not return it right away as I got sick a couple of days after purchasing (was coughing/sneezing (entire household) and did not want to risk making others sick) So, BB would not accept it for return as it went past 15 days. The only option offered was to pay for a Plus Membership to return the keyboard for a refund. I have purchased Logitech products since the mid/late 80's, but I will no longer/ever purchase another Logitech product due to poor quality (not just this/2 keyboards). And, their Tech support is also poor,

Really good product until it starts giving random key input. Closing tabs and imputing keys every second making this product unusable. Reinstalling drivers and g launcher seems to help for a moment but it comes back with in a week. Other keyboards on this computer works completely fine. Also, the play/pause key works with a 50% chance. Other keys next to it always works which is a bit odd. The control knob only functioning as a volume control is also a bit unfortunate.

I plan to exchange my month old keyboard because the Caps Lock function is faulty..it only works sometimes and only after pressing down hard on both key/tabs.

Not happy. After a couple of months the backlighting goes off and will not come back on when you touch the keyboard. I have to push the light button about 4-5 times before it will come back on. For the money I paid this is really irritating@

The design of this keyboard is top notch, but that's where it ends. The key caps are ultra cheap, super thin ABS, as in 10 dollar keyboard - cheap. The switches are middle of the road in quality, they are the same Kailh switches that you can easily find on budget keyboards. I find that some of the switches catch when I hit keys at the outer edge, like the tab key. You can find 50 dollar chinese wireless keyboards that overcame this long ago. Finally, the subcharacter set on the number keys, like !@#$%^& etc.. are not illuminated at all, begging the question, what is the back-lighting for, making a rainbow on your desk? Probably....>< I think this was a 250 dollar design, and then Logitech executives had their input and sucked the quality (material cost) out of the product. My advice, enjoy the picture of what could have been, at the top of this page, but don't pay hard-earned money to own the product of the poor business acumen of logitech executives.

Good keyboard, loved it for the first 6 months, i just had issues with switches dying and logitech support helped me out twice with replacements, i ended up still having issues and bought a replacement but my father still loves this board. I would say that it is alittle over priced but if you can get it on sale for 170 or less it would be worth it.

Keyboard is fine, the support is absolute garbage. under a year from purchase, the keyboard started to double-type certain keys. I google it,, and apparently every logitech mmechanical keyboard in existance has this issue sometimmem or another. i would think a $250 keyboard would be good for mmore than a year. I amm currently in the process of fileing a warranty claim with logitech, which they want me to do through a chatbot. the chat bot gets stuck in a loop,, tells mme it will transfer mme to support, then immediatly tells mme there is no support available. i have left the errors in this review to show the double type issues,, currently it is the comma, the mm, and the 5 on teh number pad.

Not wort the price. The secondary key functions do not light up making it hard to see in darker environments.

This keyboard feels nice and solid, build quality is superb. The keyboard spacing however feels very off and though I prefer mechanical keyboards, this one is wayyyy too clicky and the keys don't have a lot of give to them. They're also pretty flush with each other and it's too easy to fat finger on. If the spacing were better and the key resistance were a bit higher I'd recommend this product but for the price I feel it could be better.

So, I bought this less than two years ago, and for the most part it's been fine. For the last month, however, I noticed that sometimes when I hit the B key, it wouldn't register. I cleaned everything out with compressed air, took off the key, blew it out as best as I could, and the problem persisted, and got worse. Now on average, when ever I hit the B key, I have to hit it 5-6 times to get it to register, and then after that, every time I hit the key, it'll do 2-3 inputs of B. No other key has this issue, none of the other keys are malfunctioning or double pressing or not registering, it's JUST the B key. I keep trying to file a warranty on the logitech website, but it keeps taking me to FAQ pages and running me around all over the place. I've tried registering it, but again, it doesn't register. So it seems that logitech doesn't want to support this product, which is a shame considering that I tend to purchase only logitech accessories, I guess I'll have to move my purchases elsewhere.

I don't even know where to begin, it looks cool, performs great, and totally worth the splurge. Still playing around w the customization but right out of the box it's perfect.
