Best Buy will not help with getting a refund/replacement you have to go through Logitech.

Because obviously they know. The Logitech G915 is amazing as soon as you open the box and just keeps reminding you how awesome it is every time that you use it. Unlike other gaming keyboards I have used, this one is thin, as are the keys. Impressively thin. But that doesn't mean that the keyboard is flimsy. The materials and craftsmanship for this keyboard are solid. Absolutely nothing on this keyboard feels like it was skimped on. When it comes to the performance of his keyboard, LIGHTSPEED is a very apt name as not only is the keyboard's response instantaneous, but with the feel of the keys and the positive activation of each, I find my fingers flying around the keyboard in both gaming and word processing with very little if any error. The only key I have found myself missing is the escape key. If you have feared wireless keyboards for laggy response from your keystrokes, or any of the typical wireless issues, the Logitech G915 is your white knight and is just waiting to save the day. The appearance of the keyboard is the same as every other aspect of this keyboard...excellent. Simple, yet stylish. No gaudy styling cues. Yes it has RBG, as it seems that everything PC does now. But even the RGB is refined and the programming is easy. I have not had a chance to run the battery dead yet, as I typically plug in the keyboard at night using the included USB and adapter, but even with heavy use, it has lasted me several days consecutively without a charge. Overall, this is a pricey keyboard. But this keyboard is SOOOOO much more than its competitors. Everything about it is just WOW. From the look, to the feel, and the performance, this keyboard is in a league of its own. I have no idea how I used anything less before.

Its super fragile, the keys pop off a break super easily. The keys also have a double typing issue that you cant fix. The connections suck whether it's bluetooth or the lightspeed wireless it will disconnect at the most inconvenient times. Do not buy this.

This thing started double-typing on its second week, and Logitech is of no use. Awful quality, mushy keys, several letters double type. Buy a razer or a corsair instead, don't waste 230$ on this steaming pile

At the very least the symbols not backlit should be legible. Sadly, such is not the case here. Very poor design.

Until the bluetooth connection started being MOODY in early March. Just a couple of months later, the keyboard just became a hassle to use. It was disappointing.

Wonderful Keyboard

It has very solid construction, wonderful battery life (has default energy saving mode by sleeping from nonuse after a few minutes), and memory profile you can use to set shortcut for various games. I like that this keyboard appears very spill resistant (My last keyboard was a Logitech G710 which died due to a small spill.) I love the option to use wireless through the provided dongle or BlueTooth so I can use this with almost any device. The keys are clicky and tactile, my only complaint is that the clickiness is a bit high pitched and requires adjusting. If you love RGB you have many options if you get software from the website.

Great Feel, But Control Software Will NOT Launch!

The keyboard is very well made, has an awesome feel to it, and I love the fact that it's wireless, but I cannot get the Logitech G HUB controlling software to launch on a Windows 10 system no matter what I try; therefore, the product is incomplete as far as I'm concerned. I am very disappointed, and will be returning it for a refund.

This keyboard is also offered in a Linear and Tactile switch. Both of those switches would be quieter than the clicky that you have experienced.
