Doesn't feel mechanical or very clicky to me. It's like typing on a laptop. I've used Razer keyboards for a long time, but their build quality has gotten bad the last few years so I'm trying this one because of its good reviews. I don't love it so far... However, it's also not repeating letters or missing them entirely like the Razer, so I guess it's an improvement in general.

This keyboard is beyond anything I'd expected and in comparison to my old Razer feels like the difference between a Corvette and a Camaro (with the Razer being the Camaro). You'll notice before you even open it that this keyboard has some definite weight to it which is great to help keep it firmly in place and you'll notice like there's no plastic bend to this keyboard and no part of it feels cheap or flimsy. It's superbly responsive for being a wireless keyboard and has no problem keeping up with the complicated sequences of keypresses and macros that you'll use in your games. In testing it so far, I have noticed ZERO lag and drop out in connection to the keyboard while using it. In terms of comfort, this thing is second to none other because it's low profile and yet being mechanical has that responsive touch, sound, and feel you'd expect from a solid mechanical keyboard. In fact, this one unlike others I have had in the past feels even better whether just typing or using it in a game. I tested it using World of Warcraft and Diablo 3 and to me, there was a difference in how it felt to play these games on this vs. my old Razer keyboard. The biggest difference was just how the keys feel/sound and how responsive it is. The macros work perfectly and offer options that will suit most gamers, especially those that play WoW or other similar games that rely upon set sequences based on your own preferences for your character which give it your own unique touch and allows you to focus on the game and less on fumbling around with the keyboard/macros. I love the flexibility this keyboard offers where it can be used wirelessly with the special adapter which gives it the "lightspeed" connection or Bluetooth which give you the flexibility of connecting to other devices. The charge cable and dongle is a nice braided cable that you'd expect to see with a keyboard like this. As for the way it looks, WOW! It's a minimalist clean design that I like and offers just enough of the right key options like volume and music controls (and I LOVE the volume wheel) which not all gaming keyboards have or if they do you have to mess around with a silly function button to use them. The software that Logitech includes makes it easy to configure the macros and offers a number of lighting options right out of the box so you don't need to spend a ton of time customizing it. At the same time, it does offer more flexibility with being able to customize the lighting effects and coordinate them with other Logitech devices. I have other LED enabled devices and lighting in the case that, of course, use different software but it was still easy enough to color coordinate the keyboard with them even though they're not connected/configured the same. Battery life is superb and I thought that the LED lighting might take a toll on the battery with several hours of gameplay but at the rate I play, I'd say I still have a couple of weeks left without having to charge it and as of this time I'm at about 85% after a few days use. The software does show the charge level and you can charge it while you use it of course if you did forget to charge before you play. The neat thing with the micro USB is that if you do take the keyboard with you to use with a tablet for gaming and you don't have the charging cable with you you can use any other micro USB to charge it. I think this keyboard is awesome and definitely the BEST one I have owned and used in a long time. Logitech definitely did not cut any corners making this as all the components feel and look premium and most importantly perform to what you would expect from a keyboard like this one. I'd definitely recommend it if you're a gamer and even though this is a gaming keyboard for those that just like mechanical keyboards you will like it and it's low profile design - it's amazing!

The low-profile design, the RGB customization, and ability to set multiple profiles make this a very capable keyboard for any serious gamer out there. The package includes a USB cable for charging, the Lightspeed dongle, and an adapter that allows the dongle to connect to the USB cable for easy placement. The G-Hub app allows you to set colors for pretty much EVERY key on the keyboard; allowing the keyboard to cater to your personal preferences for your gaming sessions. Just select the color you'd like, and click on the key on the graphic in the app. It also has adjustable brightness for the RGB back-light, allows you to change the duration the back-light stays on when not in use, and even how you want the keyboard to tell you it's running low on power. In my case, I set that to just a blinking red G logo. There are quick keys located on the top of the keyboard that allow you to set the brightness all the way to off, select bluetooth or lightspeed, and the memory buttons allow you to save your profile to the keyboard. The keys have the satisfying "click" of a mechanical keyboard, and slightly more responsive than my previous keyboard. Logi claims that it's about 25% faster than other mechanical gaming keyboards, and I believe it. You can use the app to customize the "G" keys on the left of the keyboard or use the default F1 to F5 setting. The G keys can be set for macros, or frequently used action keys, with the ability to set custom profiles when you launch a game. Volume control wheel feels perfect, with an easy volume scroll while in session. No more searching for the volume key, just spin the wheel. The media keys below it allow you to play, pause, and skip tracks; along with a mute button. Having both the "Lighspeed" and Bluetooth connectivity makes it easy to switch between two different devices easily. The included Lightspeed dongle is just a tad bigger than the traditional ones that have come with previous wireless accessories. This is probably the nicest performance keyboard I've ever had, and this is definitely worth considering if you're in the market for a premium gaming keyboard. In my opinion, this is an excellent buy.

OMG! WOW! I upgraded to the Logitech G915 from a wired and well-known mechanical gaming keyboard. To be honest, I was a little skeptical. Could a wireless keyboard deliver the game-play response time I get from a wired keyboard? The short answer is YES! and more! The Logitech G915 is the most beautiful keyboard I have used and for a gaming keyboard it's downright amazing. It's incredibly thin, so much so that it makes other gaming keyboards look like over-engineered junk. The Logitech G915 is just so so so cool that I wish I had the money to have another one in the office as it looks so cool. The million-dollar question though is YES - low-profile mechanical "clicky" keys are fast and responsive. There's also a dedicated volume wheel button and 4 multimedia controls. Logitech uses something called "Lightspeed Wireless" for the G915. The wireless dongle is small (Logitech Nano-sized) but uses some different tech to the normal Logitech products. Pairing is instantaneous and you can also pair this keyboard with another device via Bluetooth. Backlighting is beautiful, no color bleed and you have the full RGB spectrum to customize the look. You customize colors using the Logitech G Hub software, which can also be used to customize the 5 Macro buttons and it has onboard memory to store different gaming modes (switchable via dedicated buttons). Yes, backlighting can be turned off or customized around which buttons you want a certain color. The G Hub software is free, easy to use and enables a host of customizations, one of which is something I haven't seen on other keyboards which is a "game mode" that you can use to disable other keys during games so you don't accidentally hit them (you turn it on/off with a dedicated key on the keyboard) - no more bumping that Windows key when you're in the middle of a FPS. I honestly can't say enough positive things about this. I am in awe. Logitech has really delivered with the G915 and my only final comment I can make is stop reading this review, and buy the G915, you won't be disappointed.

Simple, light, thin and good looking. The sound is also attractive. The capability of wireless using is a huge plus for daily convenience. I highly recommend this keyboard.

I think it's a very good (but not great) keyboard for people who can type very fast. I type about 90wpm and it's hard to find a good keyboard for long-term frequent use. The keys are almost perfect but I wish they would refine it and get rid of some of the top wobble (or get rid of all of it). It's pretty easy to setup via bluetooth. My complaints: - Without the LED backlighting on, the lettering on the keys is very hard to see. - The function keys at the left side should have been put in a better area. It's too easy to press a function key (esp. if you are trying to type fast) by accident. - Too much top wobble, but it's not bad. - the keytops are a little sharp (irritation) - Too much noise. Not horrible but a little too annoying. - Looks good but still has a bit of a cheap feel. - They left the labels off the Prtsc/Scroll/Pause buttons. Can be annoying if you are trying to Ctrl+Break on legacy software. - Some keys are not fully lit. Like, you can see the backslash key easily, but not the question mark key. Not a big deal but it just seems like a no-brainer. - Definitely not worth $250. I bought it because I was curious and couldn't find a place to try one in action. I'll be returning mine and continuing my life long quest for the Best Keyboard Ever (for fast typers). I'd probably use it as a regular keyboard if the price was around $50-$100. Otherwise it's just got too many little "cheap" aspects to it to make it not worth a quarter of a thousand dollars. - And minor gripe, the location of the lighting changes depending on the color, so one second the top half of the letter N is lit up, then the next second the bottom half is lit. Not a big deal but again, for this price you would think it would be flawless.

Best keyboard that I have ever owned. Great quality, never ghost inputs or any issues. Works flawlessly with the logitech software.

I have had this keyboard for about a year and a half and I totally love it. It's fantastic, the lightspeed is very responsive and not laggy at all. It's easy to program and GHub is a rich software to be able to tweak things. All that being said, the big downside to this keyboard is IF and when something goes wrong. So far I'm great and my keyboard is holding up. However, if something happened to my keys, I can't easily replace them. The keycaps are known for wearing poorly for some folks and then it's difficult to acquire new keycaps. Some people struggle to replace the keycaps without breaking them as well. The switches are kind of Kaihls switches but modified to be intentionally proprietary. So while it's an amazing keyboard, it's also VERY expensive so if something goes wrong and you can't fix it you are just left hoping that your warranty isn't expired. Because the switches are proprietary it's obviously not hot swappable either. So anyway, it's a fantastic keyboard the big negative is if something goes wrong, you might just be out hundreds of dollars with no way to fix it and that's kind of sketchy.

Stay away, Stay away, Stay away. Gave 5 stars otherwise you'll never see all the honest and real reviews. This thing malfunctions within 6 months of ownership, keys stop responding, you have to disassemble the keyboard and resolder the switch contact points, the paint starts peeling worse than any keyboard I've ever owned, and somehow it's 3 times the price of any keyboard I've owned. Logitech makes budget products for a reason, save your money and find something else.

The build quality of this keyboard is awesome. It feels solid and durable. However, I returned it because the dongle is not multi-device meaning the keyboard and the mouse I used (Logitech G G502 wireless) had to connect with it's own dongle. This setup took up all the USB ports on the laptop.

Awesome Keyboard! Keys feel great, response is great, very happy with this splurge! The software is less intuitive and took a minute to figure out, but pretty easy to manage now.

Great gaming keyboard and I like the click sound of the keys and can changing the lighting on the keyboard.

The keyboard has worked perfectly so far. Nothing wrong. The only thing that i have noticed is that the battery seams to die pretty quickly. I find myself having to charge it at least once a week. I do leave my computer on all the time though and just put it to sleep when im done, but this keyboard does have a sleep feature so it shouldn’t matter. Other than that it is a great keyboard.

Awesome keyboard! I bought it on sale but it is definitely worth the money either way.
