    Both stars are for build quality and materials as the board itself feels great. This lost 3 stars because the "tactile" switches are just terrible in terms of tactility. The stabalization is also terrible compared to every mech switch/board I've tried in the last 2 years. And finally the keycaps feel bad, I'm not sure what process they used to make them but they feel awful.

I'm sorry that the switches and overall feel of the key caps did not work for you. The G915 TKL does come in 3 different switch options and the other switches might feel better for you.
