The keyboard arrived with no Lightspeed dongle and was unusable out of box. I attempted calling to see about getting an exchange for the product as there were available "Open Box - Excellent" versions available to purchase online, assuming they could send me a replacement. They said they could not. I was also told that I could either: receive a refund by bringing it in the store (wasting my time on a trip in), return in store and buy a new model for an extra $50, or buy the missing Lightspeed receiver out of pocket - despite their company receiving a return on an item and not verifying that the receiver was included with the return. Their stores are also no longer accepting direct phone calls, their lines to the stores and customer service are being outsourced to overseas call centers even if you call the store directly making customer service at the local store level impossible. Very bad quality control on open box items by Best Buy, and very poor customer service. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere.

After a year it kept getting worse and disconnecting entirely and not reconnecting. Replaced it, which was disappointing when I keep my accessories for years. The Logitech software is a nightmare to use.

Gripes include no included wrist rest and none of the keycap secondary functions show through with the backlighting. I added a Glorious padded slim 17mm padded wrist rest and it's been a pretty positive experience.
