The keyboard is ok but very overpriced for what you get. Keycaps are ABS and develop shine through VERY quickly, and with the keyboard using Logitech's proprietary switches, it's very hard to swap them. the connection is very stable via the dongle - I ran into some hiccups while connecting it via Bluetooth (I have a Macbook and a desktop - I connected the dongle to my Desktop since I use it mainly for gaming and the dongle to my Macbook since I use it mainly for work. The connection was very stable in both instances, where I ran into issues was the software, which is directly impacting battery life. When I connect via Bluetooth to my MacBook Ghub does not seem to recognize the keyboard, which then makes it so that the default lighting settings and sleep times are applied to the keyboard, the keyboard does not have a shortcut to control RGB so it was a pain to deal with that as I had to connect and disconnect multiple times to finally get Ghub to recognize the board and save my settings. Long story short, i expected a lot more from this keyboard, it felt like a cheap dell wireless productivity keyboard vs a premium gaming keyboard.

Hey! We surely understand your situation and it's definitely not what we expect to deliver. The G915 will show up on G Hub only if it's connected via the Lightspeed receiver or the provided cable along with the keyboard. Hence, it won't show up on G Hub if it is connected through Bluetooth.

However, you can also increase/decrease the brightness of the keyboard and also change the effects without having to install G Hub. More information here (Page 6 and 7):

The keyboard itself is nice and works well with whatever computer it’s connected to. It however does NOT work with PlayStation consoles (either 4 or 5) which is what I bought it for.

after less than 1 year from purchase last november the keys are wearing off and I am not hard on my keys. I do game but few days at most a week. My sons have other brands of keyboards and game like they are pros (but are not haha) the keys from those manufacturers still have not worn out. I am very disappointed with such an expensive product and for this price range should be way more durable.

I have been using Logitech products for years but this one…… Every single keycap is loose (not the switch itself but between the keycap and the switch) and making the BIG rattling noise if i just hold the keyboard and shake it. Ive never seen anything like that and it’s unacceptable for the price. Will return it.

I have owned this for around two months and it would not even be a good $50 keyboard. It has none of the high end features you would expect for this price range. There is way to much play in the keys so you have poor feed back. Also despite being plugged in to the computer and using the software to reprogram it the lights in the keys still go to sleep. I’ve used Logitech products for decades but this has to be my worst purchase to date. So much for their reputation I guess I’ll buy a razor.

The keyboard was very thin. It was very easy to click multiple keys while gaming and it made it difficult to play. Besides that though, the keyboard sounds and feels nice.
