This keyboard looks amazing, especially with the customization, but that's not the case with this keyboard. Normally, I praise Logitech for their keyboards; however, this has got to be the worst piece of garbage to ever come from the company. I can not tell you the number of times I would get a phantom double stroke on a key (Typically the a, j, and h keys). Typing in a password is an absolute nightmare. After 5 password attempts, and seeing phantom keystrokes appear, I sent this keyboard to Valhalla by dropping a 30lbs dumbbell on it and swiftly pulled out my MX Keys model (Old Reliable), came here to write this review. DO NOT BUY THIS KEYBOARD! There are better and cheaper options out there. I've had my MX Keys for 4 years, and never had a problem with it. I only replaced it because I wanted a stylish keyboard to match my G502 Hero Mouse. Thanks to whoever at Logitech for letting this G915 X Lightspeed blow right past the Quality Assurance department. Now to pick up all the loose keys. Money well spent, I guess.

Logitech is a brand with cool ideas, and terrible quality control lately in their "premium" products. This keyboard they sell as a premium product with a premium price, and it's got issues with double typing. You can be well within your warranty range and it's easier to adopt a child then actually warranty the product. With only two hands, they want you to shoot one video with the keyboard and the issue while typing, and show the ticket number written on a sheet of paper, and when you're done typing, flip it over and show them the serial number. That's after uninstalling it, making sure there isn't a firmware update, switching USB ports, and anything else they can blame for the issues. It's hard to be going to school trying to type 10 page papers with random but frequent double typing errors. They're almost as bad as the VA for veterans, they say no over and over, hoping you'll give up. Metal body? Good Feel of keys? Good Actual Performance? Typical Logitech.

A keyboard dshould type correctly 100% of the time, right? Not this keyboard. Do yourself a google search of this keyboard and add "double type" or "Key Chatter" at the end dof the model number. This keyboard is notorious for double typing letters. I'm constantly having to backspace to fix errors. At this price range, this being an issue is WILD. To give you an idea of what it's like, I typed dthis review with my keyboard and dleft all of the errors, so you can see it in real time. I contacted Logitech directly, they don't have a fix. In fact, you can go to their wewbsite and look at their reviews, they scrubbed all instances of this issue.

Double typing issue as the others have described, paid $260 for this junk. I've been through multiple of these and they all start failing after just a couple months, meanwhile my 12 year old Razer Black Widow is still going strong (if only it was wireless). I should have done my research, this seems to be a pretty common issue with this keyboard. For $260, I expected better. There's obviously a serious manufacturers defect going on with them, yet Logitech knowingly continues to sell these defective keyboards to the public, which is such a shameful business practice that it's enough for me to never buy another Logitech item ever again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

This keyboard has a great feel and cool options. Unfortunately, too many keys are constantly triggering multiple times with one key press. After some research, it seems to be common with this keyboard. It's not a physical issue with the keyboard; the keys did NOT stick. It made the keyboard unusable, as it's more than merely needing to delete an extra letter or two sometimes. The extra inputs were so frequent, it caused my computer to slow down while gaming. If this issue did not exist, I would've kept the keyboard and would've given 5 stars. As it is, I've returned the keyboard and do not plan on ever purchasing this one again.

I despise this keyboard and wish that I never thought about making this purchase. The key lights never stay on, and I can't see what I am ever typing. It also will type multiple of the letter, so if I type "dog" it will type "ddog". Not the same quality as I expected with Logitech and support is not helpful at all. I missed the return window because my father passed away, so Best Buy wasn't a bit of help. They told me to contact LogiTech, wven though I have Geek squad purchased with Total rewards. Even the G Hub software is garbage. I can't ever open it. Now for my Logi Options with my mouse, never any issue. Just a junk piece of plastic I spent way to much for.

This keyboard has problems with double typing. For me it's the H, E, and O keys. After encountering this problem I went online to see if there was a fix and the only fix is to send it back to Logitech and hope the replacement is a "good" one, which is extremely inconvenient. Even writing this review is aggravating because I have to keep going back and deleting the double typed letters. I would not recommend this keyboard at all to anyone.

I like it’s feel and lighting…that’s it…i stupidly have bought 3 of these because I enjoy them…this will be the last purchase…the company’s own support stated in writing / email the keys go bad…save your money and try out other products…next time I won’t be in a rush to replace!!! Thank you!!!

I purchased this keyboard as a replacement for my wired Corsair K95 and at first things were going great. A month afterward this keyboard is starting to have some major issues. Certain keys are beginning to have double inputs. At first, I thought it was only the keys used for mostly gaming but then the 'y' key started to double input which has no keybind set in any game. Since the keyboard was outside of Best Buy's return window I was forced to go through Logitech which was somehow a worse experience than attempting to buy a RTX 5090 on launch day.

Within 3 months, the keyboard began operating poorly. Several keys are sticking, there is a lot of lag, and the G HUB (the application required to customize the products) is riddled with glitches. Logitech support is no help whatsoever; they stall the troubleshooting process, request proof of purchase, and then reject claims saying a LITERAL RECEIPT is insufficient. They refuse to honor their product warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I have had this keyboard since August of 2025. Although it works decent, the battery last about 45 mins on full charge. Even when fully charged it cuts in and out constantly. Sadly I am to far past my warranty window to get it replaced. I have used logitech for years, but I will never buy this keyboard again.

TThis is a garbage keyboard. This is how itt types. I'm not going to correct how bad this keyboard is. TThis is a premium price for garbage that doesn'tt even do it's job correecttly. Yes,, it's that bad. At first, I thought it was me. I spend way too muuch time correctting my spelling, but it's not me. It's this pile of Gosa.

After less than a year CTRL key stuck. Logitech told me to make a movie of the issue... I expected better service for a high price item... That's the second 915 and last I bought... Previous was having problems with keys as well.
