Never showed up

Come to find out Best Buy ran out of product and decided to cancel my order, Best buy never called or emailed. I had to contact them. After they said they would send it in two weeks it still never showed up. I took the whole day off work to wait for the package I “had to sign for” come to find out there was never a package sent out for me. I decided to get a refund because I feared they were waiting me out past the return point. This was a Christmas gift and I bought it on Black Friday. So. To replace it I had to spend $100 more. Not to mention the day off. Then it takes a week to get your money back. I strongly suggest never to order from Best Buy online or rely the customer service call center. Go in store. Document everything.

Looks nice that’s it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cars spin out when driving easy, annoying vibration at full lock, difficult to find a realistic feeling in settings. Pedals still slide on wood floor. Not really happy with the dual clutch function, slips the clutch when the mode is off takes forever to go into next gear bouncing rev limiter. Looks nice that’s about it.

Great wheel, terrible software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good wheel, and I love it when it works. The problem is that the software is garbage. For it to be usable for me, I need to limit the operating range. . .which the Logitech software luckily allows you to do. The only problems is that the software will simply stop controlling the wheel. If you make a settings change, it won't do anything. If you turn the wheel, it won't show anything happening in the software. It really has made it unusable for me.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We'd like to let you know that the G923 is available in two variants that is for PlayStation/PC (PN: 941-000147) and Xbox Series X|S /Xbox One/PC (PN: 941-000156). However, the G920 is only for Xbox/PC whereas the G29 is for PlayStation/PC.

Do Not Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy did nothing wrong, I purchased this wheel and straight out of the box the wheel was wobbly took it back and opened another in store once return was complete. The second one was wobbly as well and decided to just get a full refund. Buy a Monza or Fanatec (bundles starting at 425$ shipped).

Disappointed.

Cut open the box in exactment, just to be disappointed. the wheel and the pedals were just thrown in a brown box. and taped up and was missing the power cable. on the phone for 2 hours. all they could do was exchange it, or give me a 25$ credit. Very Very DIsappointed.

Posted .Hello Tyler, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the G923 Racing Wheel for Xbox and PC and it missing the power cable. It sounds like bought a refurbished or returned item that Best Buy re-packaged. Perhaps exchanging it and making sure that a power cord is included is your best option.
