I am very disappointed at the moment with this purchase. Recently my g920 started malfunctioning, so I tried to replace it using my best buy protection plan. Unfortunately BB no longer sells g920 making me have to upgrade to G923. I thought I would like the rev limiter leds and true force feature but these features are limited. Even though I was a little disappointed about that, my main issue is the grinding of gears and amount of noise the wheel makes, also when you release the wheel it doesn't return all the way to center(I'm hoping it was damaged in shipping). Hopefully BB or logitech will make things right, but it is a little disheartening to have to deal with this. Now that I have to completely un mount wheel , repackage , take back to BB and deal with the in store reps. I've also learned that I'm not the only one that has had these same issues with this product , so for now I have to give this device a low rating

Could be better make sure you have a table or your gonna have to spend more money

Grandson loves it! Got it for his on his birthday and he loves it.

The feedback system consists of gears which makes it loud.

Pretty fun, easy to set up, a bit overpriced but oh well.

Steering wheel feels like a toy. In forza horizon 4, turning it too much causes the car to spin out which makes this unusable.

Wasnt a huge fan of the wheel. Retuned it a few weeks after the purchase. Has too many presets and I just got annoyed. Could never find the correct setup that I likes.

Nice authentic feel to wheel and pedals. Love it.

Never able to get it working with Forza Horizon 4 on PC, best i got was it spinning in a circle. On XBOX Series X, one day it works the next day it doesn't...huge purchase mistake. Selling it privately.

This product lacks any discernible value and should be discarded in conjunction with Logitech’s other product offerings for the year 2024. When these Logitech products were initially utilized by pen and paper scribes in the year 1601, their value was comparable to the current retail price charged by Logitech. Nevertheless, I must express my unequivocal opinion that this product is not worth even a retail price of $50. It appears to be of negligible value.

It needs some work. The wheel itself will become un-calibrated. It’s meh.

Lights don’t work but that’s probably because I haven’t updated the steering wheel yet or atleast I hope that’s what’s keeping the rev lights from working

Lacks power feels like the same wheel as older models

My wife bought this for me as a Christmas present. Thing did not work, the feedback was too much, the games would not work with it. Too unresponsive. Changed a trillion settings on the game, the wheel would never configure with it. There is no Logitech app on the Xbox to customize this. The product looks so fantastic, feels so good. Much better for PC

Pretty weird to get used to and very plastic, I would spend a little more to get something more realistic.

Fun, but recommend you have the gaming chair to go with it. Kiddo still prefers the controller vs. the wheel abs pedals.

It's become common now when you see the green logo it means the company lost its way and only garbage is hurled out. This wheel is an absolute overpriced junk, spins round randomly to fool the gamer that it's actually doing something intelligent, but it's not!

Received box completely displaying what was inside. Box was al beat up and damaged. Upon opening was missing all manuals and power wires etc. It was like it was a display model that they just threw in a box and shipped. Steering wheel was damaged and scratched up, as if it was previously used. SMH. Deff a disappointing buy. Had to go inside to store and travels to another for exchange.

I thought it was a cool product but you have to play constantly to get good at it and I didn't have the time so I tried returning it and they said I couldn't even though their website and app said I could. I probably won't be buying anything like that again from them.
