very good price for good wireless gaming headset and very good quality

The only issue I've ever had with this model headset is wireless interference. This makes the only complaint I have to be that Logitech has yet to develop a version of this headset that includes the ability to switch wireless channels to one with less noise in the area. As for comfort, I absolutely love this headset. I've purchased it twice since it came out, the first one lasted almost a full four years with barely any loss in cushion. Had to trash the original because of a charging issue, the charging port on the headset went bad, was not sure at the time how to repair it myself so I purchased another when a sale came around :) Obviously the quality is awesome, I wouldn't bother with them at all if it wasn't. No matter how comfy haha

Great headset for big houses because its wireless.

Pros: Fits nicely, mutes when mic is up, has good customisability and volume. I really like that features are not controller with a button attached to the cord like many other models. Con's: the wireless dongle is large, not really portable. The biggest draw back was the wireless would randomly cut out for one to two seconds, just enough time to miss something vital. I tried moving the dongle and eliminating other wireless devices nearby but to no avail: (

I purchased these headphones to use for gaming, and to replace my corded Razor headphones that the wiring screwed up on. I like the fact that they are cordless, and Bluetooth. I dislike the amount of charge that the batteries keep. I get maybe 4 hours out of them before I have to plug them in again. I would recommend these if your looking to get rid of your wired headset.

the audio was good (especially for wireless), however the headset was uncomfortable for long sessions

The headset quality for wireless is better then most wired headsets i get however, the sound when unplugged often flickers off and on I feel this should not happen until it dies or is at 10% life or something but it happens at like every 5% battery life marker for me or maybe 10% and this effects my calls on my job / i dont have this problem when steadily plugged in

One of the few products that I've been so unhappy with that I returned it. First, let me start off with saying this headset was really comfortable. What killed my opinion of this though was that during use, it would randomly disconnect and reconnect with my computer, leading to audio cutting out, voice chat cutting off, and then my settings would all reset. The noise cancelling properties for this headset are so good, that you have to use the feature to increase your own voice to keep from raising it to hear yourself. Each time the headset disconnected, the setting where my voice played back to me also reset, leading me to have to completely close out of everything and begin again. There were a few instances where the headset completely killed my audio drivers. Upon more research, there were software issues through Logitech, and various interference issues with this particular set. I tried to contact Logitech for support, but it took them over a week to reach back to me. I had already returned this product in that time frame, so my future faith in Logitech products has also been tarnished. Do not recommend.

My grandson is an extreme online gamer.He says these headphones are outstanding!

Bought these to use for work. I do not like that the headphones can't just be Bluetooth connected and require the usb stick (one more item in my laptop back to get lost or broken) but the setup was simple and the sound is great. Did have occasional static interference one day which I believe was due to proximity to my wireless router.

Bought these for my kids. Excellent sound quality and price for beginner gamers.

This headset has proformed very well over the time I've had it. Over a year and going strong! The sound quality is great. People tell me that my voice quality is excellent. Love this product and would buy it again for sure!
