This was a Christmas gift. My son uses these constantly. He plays all types of games and says he can hear something coming up behind him and from which direction they're coming with these headphones. Makes a big difference...Impressive!!

Extremely plug and play, no having to figure out volume settings or juggling inputs. It worked amazing right out the gate and I couldn't be happier (especially since I returned something very complex that wouldn't work right and got this instead).

Turns itself off and loses connection constantly. Very common bug with this model. Logitech knows about it and has done nothing. Updating the software has done nothing to fix it, no fixes online work. Don't bother, spend a little more and get something better.

If this headset did not have the crackling/popping issue, I would give it four stars. It's not super comfortable to wear, but when it's not popping or cutting out it has good sound quality that can even be adjusted in the software which is nice.

I would buy this item again. I enjoy shopping at best buy

turns off and on for a while, if your pc is on and you turn it off and on. turning off the default device in settings, and setting it to your speakers can be come a problem, when making the headset the default device again. (not working, having to restart your application.)

My son needed a new set of headphones and he always got the wired ones tangled. This wireless headset works well and I don't have to worry about any wires getting twisted or tangled up. And they work very well for what he needs them for.

I have been using this headset for about 5 years+. I have indeed ran into many different problems over the years with each one but thats because I think I am pretty rough on the headset because I attempt to sleep with them on a lot. overall I think they are great and I don't see myself switching to anything else in the near future. Pro: long battery life can charge while in use decent wireless range great sound and mic quality broken parts are often replaceable. Great charging cable. when I first started useing these the mic used hard plastic and now uses flexible plastic and is less likely to break. USB Plug N play no setup. cons -susceptible to wear and tear. -as with any software I have had problems where it would randomly connect and disconnnect. -The power button needs to be made into a switch. -sometimes the headset headphones will power down but the mic will still be turned on, requiring me to turn off and then turn it on before it works. -the socket to where you plug your charger into on the headset often becomes loose over time. Overall experience: I Have had so many pairs and they are very reliable headset with what I would consider good sound quality.

Great all around headset and mic boom is a great design especially the mute function when you move it up and out of the way. Not sure if it is Microsoft or the gaming application but noticed some popping here and there but cleared up and no problems.

My son is a big time gamer. He is also a big fan of Logitech. He put this on his Christmas list and I did not disappoint. He loves this thing. He comes downstairs and stays connected without any issues and couldn't be happier.

Works great for a wireless headphones. A bit pricey.

My son is a computer nerd and we get a lot of stuff for him.He does his research on what to get and where to get it for the best price.His goal is to go after high school and learn about computers,then start his own business.

These were not that comfortable. I was going to take them back but I was too lazy. I did pick up a pair of Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 and I love those. For just a lil bit more money I would go with the Razers unless you must abs have cordless.

Got a second one after my oldest son bought one, his younger brother was salivating after his older brother told him how good they were. Terrific, great quality, easy to setup. Kids use it primarily for gaming.

Bought one after a couple months it quit working. Best Buy exchanged it with no issues. Fairly happy with the headset, only issue I'm having is something is interfering with the connection and making the headset cut out at random.

The headphones are amazing.The only cons are that the base/charging station is a little awkward and can easily be broken. Also, the mic boom gets a little loose after too much use. Still a good headset

I was incredibly skeptical about this headset due to the price. I love a good deal as much as the next guy but $79.99 for a quality headset seemed too good to be true. I pulled the trigger because I was looking for something to go along with my new gaming PC and already had a decent speaker setup. I was truly amazed at the sound quality! The fact that I am writing a review is a testament to this, as I rarely post reviews for products, but I felt I needed to share my opinions for anyone else thinking this headset may just be middle of the road due to the price. Pros: - Excellent, crisp, NOT TINNY, sound. Punchy bass, clear responsive mids, great highs. Compared to the other headsets I have owned for consoles (Turtle Beach Stealth 500x, Astro a50, Tritton AX720) these sound Amazing! - Good, distinctive surround sound channel separation - Easy setup Comfortable, noise isolating ear cups Cons: - Mostly plastic - Faint hiss when no volume is coming through. I have noticed this with every wireless headset I have owned, but it is annoying nonetheless. Note that this may be due to the excessive amount of devices nearby running on the same 2.4ghz channel Overall: This headset is the happiest I have ever been with a single product. Really. For $80, I got a headset that has better audio quality than my previous headsets which literally cost at least THREE TIMES AS MUCH. This is not just a great deal, but a great product. I would buy again, and recommend to anyone looking for a high quality headset for gaming, movies, music or anything that requires sound
