I have had serious connectivity issues on my PC with it. I've tried multiple ports, even my laptop and it seems to disconnect continually at least once an hour. Replaced it 3 times now, just gonna go with the wired Void.

Sound quality is good, but it turns itself off on its own. The same for muting. It mutes itself without my touching anything.

these are just horrible on many levels. They will not stay connected, the feel cheap and they sound like a tin can. Albeit I may have a defective product. I need to set up a claim with logitech. Anyway, I would not chance it.

    Fantastic Wireless Headset

Because this headset needs to be wireless it does a lot very well, but not a lot perfectly. I still recommend the buy. Your first question though is: Does this deliver excellent wireless sound quality? Yes. Does it feature excellent microphone quality? Yes. No worries there. Battery lasts beyond 8 hours easily. And like other Logitech offerings you can use them while they charge. The Dual-Channel wireless means you get no interference at any reasonable distance from the USB dongle. I get a little trouble around the supporting wall of the house and the microwave when its on but thats to be completely expected. Other than that the sound quality is Absolutely Superb, you can hear very many details you never would have before. The only drawback for Bass-Junkies is the headset's drivers begin to wane when you crank it up to 11: for clear crisp sound you want to keep these at 8, which is still plenty fine to enjoy your music, truly. Very comfortable set, the completely adjustable mike-boom acts like a snake and can be bent into any direction. The volume slider is handy even if it changes the volume gently. The only concern is the charging why takes a bit of effort to learn to insert without bumping around in the dark. And I wish the 3 Macro Buttons were aligned Vertically, not Horizontally - which is more natural-feeling when you go to press them with your hand. One thing I didn't like was the power button because I thought I had to hold it down: You wont get an immediate response when you hit Power - but just give it a few seconds, and press firmly Once. Takes some getting used to. Fantastic kit; really. Good for gaming, Midnight Home Theater, or streaming music from your PC to your skull while you work in the kitchen.

This headset gets a bad rep because of disconnects BUT if you read out there in Google there is a simple registry fix that cures that problem then its a GREAT HEADSET!

Audio drops out and plastic pivot areas weak

Audio has dropped out inconsistently for no reason since purchase December 2014. Sometimes requires reboots and really hurts the gaming when your in the middle of a fragfest with your buddies. Most issues have been related to logitech software according to user forums and was uninstalled after a few weeks. One week ago the left ear piece breaks at pivot point and I'm very meticulous with my equipment. Now in the market for a new set and I think I will steer clear of the usually reliable Logitech equipment. I'm a hardcore Logitech guy but I may cheat on them after this experience.

Had to Fix Unit from Cutting out every 15 Minutes

I have no problems with sound ,comfort ,operating or overall design. However, the unit cuts out every 15 minutes. I thought it was WIFI Interference but no matter where I put the router it happened. I was so frustrated that I was going to return it. Then I found an easy fix. To Fix Go To folders Program Files Logitech Gaming Software Resources G930 Manifest Device Manifest Find the line <battery lowBattInformInterval="900" pollInterval="120" lowBattTime="3600" turnOffInterval="900"/> Set the turnOffInterval="0"/> Save it & Bingo fixed. Note you do have to turn the headset off to change this. Headsets are great otherwise. There are YouTubes on this.

I have been through 4 headsets total before finally finding the headset of my dreams, the Kingston HyperX Cloud Revolver (Ive also left a review of that on its page). Anyways, three of those were Logitech. I have a logitec G910 keyboard and a G502 Proteus Spectrum mouse, both of which I loved. Naturally I wanted everything Logitech so I gave their headsets plenty of chances. First one was their wired version of this basically. It wore out and broke at the hinges where the cups meet the headband (PLASTIC). I tried a set of Turtlebeach cause I wanted louder (z70 i think) at 50mm. They are louder, but just sound so muddy. I tried Logitech again and wanted wireless (not worth it). The first G930 had a bad wireless receiver. FYI it went bad after return policy, but I always get GSP on things like this (Also, there are TONS of bad receivers out there looking at Logitechs Forums). The second physically wore out just like my first Logitech. The charging port went wonky, I had to wrap it around the set a certain way for it to charge, this meant not being able to charge while playing! Also, the mic which folds up and down, that mechanism that holds it up broke, so then It was literally FLOPPING AROUND when I would get up to get a drink or Bio. So annoying. DO NOT BUY THIS

My son finally wore out his first pair after years of gaming. Looked around at what was available and for the cost and functionality these still can't be beat.

Worked great for 6months and then the microphone broke so now it is just hanging there. I can still use it but the mute function isn't working and that is why I bought this headset.

Look this headset up on Logitech's website. Go to the forums and see the list of compatibility issues. They replace these all the time and have really bad software. Don't let the discount price fool you. There's a reason the price has dropped. I spent more than four hours trying to get it to work before giving up and retruning. Hope this helps someone else.

What's not great continued: very heavy 1. Everytime I moved my head the material on the headset made a squeaking sound from rubbing against my glasses: horrible.

Decent sound, but what's it worth if it consistently cuts out? I've gone through 2 of these headsets and they both eventually give in to the static noise and then it would disconnect. I've tried a lot of the fixes I've found online but to no avail. Total trash. Cough up more dough for a quality headset or just settle for a wired one. Even contacted Logitech support. They didn't want to blame the headset.
