First the good, they are super comfortable, I'm a remote worker and rely on voip to communicate with my team. I put on this headsets for a skype call and then hours later I realize that I'm still wearing it.
the problem is that randomly they disconnect and drop audio for 3 literal seconds, which at first glance doesn't seem that bad, but you can miss a lot of the conversation, and it gets old when your headset drops out while you are having a meeting with your boss.

We are a business with about 50 employees, and it was almost a full time job before just replacing broken headsets. Since we have moved over to the G930 about 6 months ago I haven't heard a complaint since. I had one headset that the mic broke on but took it back to best buy and no questions asked they gave me a new one. Nothing but good things to say about this product and the warranty Best Buy offers on it.

These headphones were a gift to replace some the dogs kept chewing up. Thought, wireless, PERFECT! Well it's nice to not have the wire hanging down, but the sound quality is horrible. You have to turn the bass all the way down and you STILL get distortion. I'm very unhappy with the way they sound, but I'm going to keep them because I like the wireless capability and don't think I'll get better for the price. If you are an audiophile, don't bother with these headphones.

Horrible design flaw

The earpieces swivel, which makes things a bit more comfortable. The design flaw is in the wiring as I only had the device for two weeks of almost daily use and the right speaker started to short out. Moving or tapping (hitting) it made it come back in but only as long as I didn't make any sudden movements. Apparently all sorts of people around the web have had the same problem. They use this design in both the wired and wireless ones. Major problem.

Crackles Horribly!!!

I would not ever recommend these or buy them again. First pair from Bestbuy crackled horribly. I contact Logitech support and they sent me a new pair.... They are just as bad. Since I see other reviews of same problem, must be Logitech problem. They do sound better on my laptop vs. my desktop though. I am an avid Logitech owner so I had high hopes for this item. I was sorely let down.

I had great expectations when I laid 200 dollars (including instore warranty) on the counter and I couldn't wait to get home and play WoW in surround sound on my new ASUS G73 (also from Best Buy but that's for another review). So far my high expectations have only been partially met. I'll list details in the "great" and "not so" columns but here's the big issue for me.
The "sidetone" hasn't worked once. That's a big problem when the G930 creates such a great seal on your ears that you can't hear your own voice. Sidetone is there to feed your own voice back to you and relieve the feeling of having plugged ears. It's needed. When you can't hear your own voice you'll annoy everyone in the house while you're yelling into the mic, not to mention after a few minutes you'll tire of talking at all.
Anyone interested in the G930 should first visit Logitech's support forum and see what's being posted there. There are still serious software issues with this product.
Now..... after paying a premium for instore support, you might well wonder why I don't just return them. Well, after visiting Logitech's site I discovered that I could have far worse problems with a replacement set and, unfortunately, Best Buy's selection of cordless surround gaming headsets is slim. I'll wait and see if Logitech gets the software issues resolved and continue wondering why they released these on the market before they were worth the price asked.

I've had excellent results with my Logitech products in the past. I'm disappointed to say that this is definitely not one of them.
This headset is advertised to have a 10 hour battery life, range up to 40 feet, and advanced surround-sound technology. What you're really going to get is 5 hours of battery life, random disconnects at more than 10 feet (and often times even when you're sitting at your computer), and if you want the surround-sound you'll need to install the Logitech Gaming Software, which I wouldn't have a problem with if it didn't have its own issues.
I've had to fight to get the headset just to put out audio on multiple occasions just in the past month that I've had it. This just isn't worth the price. You're better off getting a $60-90 headset that will ultimately be more reliable even if it might not have the surround-sound.

Do not get th is headset if you are going to use it with a laptop, it has two 1/8 inch connectors. One for sound and one for mic. You would need some kind of adapter that can incorporate the two in to one for laptop use. Shame that the store rep did not know this though I told him what it was for.

This wireless gaming headset is one of the worst I have bought. I wore the headset for a mere 30 minutes and my ears were already sore. Some people talk about how great the sound quality is and how comfortable they are and I think they might be on something. The sound quality is lacking at best and don't even try to get into intense battles with these on. The deep bass and high treble make these headphones crackle and it is annoying.
I decided to give them another shot late last night and played a few games with them on. The headset lost connection with the USB connector multiple times in the 2 hours I had them on and I was sitting less than 2 feet away from it!
If you are looking for a gaming headset for your PC, save up some extra money and buy either the Astro a40/50 or the Razer Tiamats.
I will be returning this headset today and picking up a pair of Astros

Logitech knows of the defect but chooses not to address it. I have 2 sets one works, the other has a high pitch humming noise. Logitech support worthless. Check the youtube reviews...you have been warned..I hope it works for ya.

Audio Lag

It's not the headset that is the problem. It's the audio lag that you get from it. I regret purchasing a wireless headset. I'm going to try the G35 after I return this, hopefully.

This product is very nice!
If I were to be VERY critical about this product: The construction feels a bit on the cheap side, the left ear does not swivel as smoothly as the right...
if your looking for a great wireless headset at a fair price, pick these up!

Worst Headset Ever Purchased

I have had multiple headsets from Razer, TurtleBeach and others but this is by far the worst headset I have ever owned. The connection is 100 percent NOT reliable and is guaranteed NOT to stay connected. I have tried everything others have said to fix the problem and nothing works.

I'm not sure why the reviews for these headphones are so high; I was thoroughly disappointed. First of all, they were pretty uncomfortable. I guess you would have to have a massive head for these to sit properly and not put pressure below your ears. After a few minutes of wearing them, they were growing uncomfortable. On PC, the volume was okay, but not that amazing. The Logitech software does an admirable job mimicking 7.1 surround sound, but it's unfortunately PC-only. On PS4, the volume of these headphones was pathetic. I could barely hear the interface sounds, even with the volume maxxed out.
I got these for $69.99 and still sent them back. At full price of $160, there's no way I could recommend them. Not terrible, but certainly not the best.

Worked for 2 months

This headset was absolutely flawless... for about 2 months.
I've had this headset for about 1.5 years now, and the problems started arising around 7 months ago. One of the first problems with this headset is the fact that about every 15-30 seconds, the headset will automatically turn itself off. I'm lucky if it turns itself back on. The power light stopped working ages ago, the G Keys haven't worked since the first 3 months, and the mute button doesn't work anymore.
When the headset cuts in and out, which it does pretty often, it will make a very loud and obnoxious noise to everybody I'm talking to. Sort of like a very high pitched beep.
I would not reccomend buying this headset unless you plan on using it for less than a month.
