Popped in USB (that is conveniently hidden in the left ear casing) to the PC and recognized right away. Used for gaming and no issues with comms, hearing footsteps, etc.

He tried it out and found it to be a better headset than the one he had. The use of Bluetooth is a bonus with this headset.

I wanted to use it to play games when I do not want to use speakers. But the connection is just bad. It sometimes connects really quickly, but most of the time is sucks. And it is expensive, not recommended

If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech G Hub software. G Hub offers customization and supports Firmware updates. Please check if there is an update available. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page, which has product guides and software downloads. Please contact Logitech support if you need further assistance.
