    These headphones are garbage, this is my 2nd pair within 2 years having the same problems as the first set.

    Great Headset in this Price Bracket

    I've had the G935s for several years. They have lasted a child, multiple drops on the floor and a few spills. These are very durable. I used to be a Razer fan boy, but did not realize until changing to these thay the quality of Razer had gone down. I tried the HyperXs, but didnt like the way they sat on my head these sit very comfortably on top and around the ears. Sound 4.5/5 Comfort 5/5 Wireless Range 4/5 Battery Life 4/5 Only issue after a few years of abuse is that sometimes I have to remove the USB dongle for voice to start working again. This didn't happen like I said till a few years of abuse. Great headset have recommended to everyone who asks what I use.

    It wasn't very comfortable compared to even cheaper headsets. The rgb on the back was completely pointless. The mic quality was poor and had an echo. The only positive was bestbuy has an easy return process.

If you haven't done so already, feel free to download our GHub software, which should allow you to customize the RGB, including turning them off, as well as tweak and adjust the microphone quality to better suite your needs.

    Mic kept cutting out after maybe 5 rotations of the mic up and down. Good price too for performance. Returned and upgraded to a g pro x

    One of the best wireless headphones

    The headphones themselves are great. They sound amazing, they dont hurt when you wear them for a long time and the ear cups can be replaced if youre a sweaty person in humid climate. The software leaves much to be desired. I had an issue with my logitech headphones and logitech g13 software that would support one and not the other so i had to run 2 different logitech software suites to get functionality for both at the same time. A minor issue for a small group of people.

    left side goes out around the one year mark im on my third set (warranty) and its doing the same thing

    Logitech G935 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset PC with LIGHTSYNC RGB Lighting is an excellent option for PC, Mac, Microsoft Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 gaming consoles. It is slightly bigger size than expected. I have configured this headset using USB dongle wirelessly. Please note that you cannot use Bluetooth option to connect with devices. It connected with all devices wirelessly without any issues. For XBOX one X, i was able to connect with included audio cable. Sound quality is amazing as you expect from 7.1 gaming headsets. I am amazed with the Dolby Surround Sound and it works really great in many games. In PC, colors and G keys can be configured using Logitech G Hub Software. It can be customized 16.8 million colors to match team colors, environment or sync with other Logitech G gear. Lightsync automatically react to in-game actions, audio or screen color to pump up the intensity of the games. This is one of the most advanced head set with 12 hours of battery power per charge and clean setup without wires getting in the way. It has 50mm Pro-G drivers and woven hybrid mesh design deliver an incredible sonic experience with more depth and detail without distortion. The 6mm microphone works perfectly. It flips up to mute and features a red indicator light to highlight it is muted. The large ear cups works great and it fit really well on ears. I have used this headset for PC games, Xbox One X and it delivered outstanding sound quality.

    Mine lasted 7 months. Never went anywhere other than my head and desk. Only stays charged for 2-3 hours before it beeps non stop.

    Right out of the box they struggle to connect to the dongle only 4 feet away. With the lighting effect OFF the battery barely lasts 4 hours. way overpriced, not worth it.

      Hey Pete, I apologize for any issues you may be having with the device. My recommendation would be to make sure the USB receiver is properly seated inside your computer and, if possible, try using a different USB port, as there may be an issue with the one you're using.

    Headset developed an intermittent connection in the left ear that was extremely annoying. Felt like cheap plastic junk. Won’t buy another.

    this headset stopped working after 5 months. foolishly i didnt get the warranty with it. It was well mainted by an adult gamer. very poor quality

    Cutting in an out constantly, each time with an annoying beep. Found out online this is a common issue. I'm about to break them in half.

    Worst headset. Worked good the first few weeks. Now it will no longer connect and shows inactive. Logitech support is also trash.
