This G935 headset has exceeded my expectations. Set up is quick and easy. The included usb dongle is plug and play with Windows 10, and is easily stored in the right ear-cup for travel. The Windows G Hub software makes configuration of this headset quick and easy, along with all of the other Logitech G gaming products. The RGB lighting on the headset is a nice feature, though it does reduce battery life. I personally disable the lighting to squeeze extra usage time, but charging is painless through the included micro-usb cable. The microphone feels sturdy and is sensitive for clear audio. I really appreciate the flip-up to mute feature, which makes drinking or having a side conversation easier during use. There is also a physical mute button on the back of the left ear cup. One feature of the G935 that surprised me, is the included 3.5mm audio cable allows this headset to be used with XBox, PS4, and Switch. I tested it on my XBox One X and can confirm the headset and mic worked well for XBox Live. You are unable to use this headset wirelessly with gaming consoles, but having a quality spare wired headset in a pinch is definitely a nice bonus.

A g933 refresh but more of a downgrade

Overall these are not really fresh coming from the G933 set, the only reason I upgraded was due to the mic going out in my G933 which they lasted a little over 6 years. The headset is pretty much identical except for the cup padding and headband padding - I much preferred the breathable padding on the G933, with that said they are a good choice for a gaming headset the software is lacking but overall the quality still feels good in comparison minus the choice of fabric used, they get much hotter around your ear. I would say if you can get a set of g933 go that route they will probably be cheaper.

    Impressive Successor to G933

Actually went to my local Best Buy to purchase a different headset ( Razer Nari) but seen the new Logitech’s on display. I play on a PS4 Pro and prefer wireless so I try a demo of the G935. Immediately blown away by its sound quality and comfort and decided to get them instead. Super simple plug and play setup as my PS4 recognized the usb receiver immediately. Play some Apex Legends and still blown away by this headset. The new 50mm drivers are tuned perfectly. I could hear everything and pinpoint enemy locations very easily. The improved microphone came across crystal clear. Very comfortable as I played for about 4hrs without any issues from the headset. Highly recommend this new model

Love the headset I’m still impressed by the quality to price ratio, I would say would like Logitech fix their app/g hub to make it a more fluent experience

Having tried many headsets over time, I found this headset to be on par with some of the best I have used. The fit is very comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. The microphone is also high quality and others are able to hear me well. I would highly recommend this headset.

    Great sounding headset

Greatly enjoyed my 933's for the last couple of years and these sound even better, better mic, better ear cups, and better sound range over the 933's. The new 50mm drivers deliver noticeably more bass, louder volumes/less distortion. Like some i'd like to have seen perhaps a new physical design but none the less the upgrades made to the old design are very worthy!!!!

Great headset for a long time, finally lost one side of sound due to interior wire fraying. 3 Years into use, would recommend to anyone in this price range.

The first headset I got had issues with the microphone and the replacement headset I got began to have issues with the power button. It's a great headset if you can get one that works. I understand I was out of warranty so they could not replace my replacement headset, it just sucks that my replacement also has issues. Again, love the headset, I just don't think I'll be getting another one, time for a brand switch

    OK for Gaming

After 2 month of use the power button had failed. It cuts off the sound so i have to periodically jiggle the power button for the headphones to work. Headphones sound OK for gaming (not for high quality music). They cut off some noise however they are not even close to the dedicated noise canceling headphones. The headphones are cheaply made and make this crackling plastic sounds when being handled. Also they could have been much smaller as they don't have much of electronic on the inside and its mostly an empty space. I give this headphone Fair 2 star review only because i like its retractable microphone.

    the worst from logitech.

I had lots of confidence that logitech is hands down the best for gaming and accessories until i bought this ... complete disappointment, absolute waste of money. this headset has too many issues. they are not comfortable at all, the sound quality is horrible and it feels like you are listening to a sound played from inside a tin can (surround on or off same crap). Logitech says that these headsets are not supposed to get loud because they are gaming headsets ... what a nonsense. what if i want to play GTA and listen to music? what if i want to use my 150$ headsets to watch a movie? Logitech go fix your G-hub and your headsets instead of giving excuses .... 1-G-hub software is trash and the windows drivers which get installed by Logitech makes this headset a useless brick 2- each ear cup is as big as a cooking pot but volume is ridiculously funny low ... like a pair of 10$ off the shelf headsets would be louder than these 3- the surround sound is joke ( for example : in apex legends with surround on, when you hear lines from your own character, it feels like someone is talking to you from the next room behind a wall. 4- battery life too low comparing to other brands with 24 hours lasting batteries 5-not comfortable at all comparing to g933. too bulky too heavy and after 2 hours, the ear cup will get so hot that you can brew tea with them ... 5-your favorite music turns to the worst music you ever heard with these headsets 6-the 50MM driver is just a sell point. a school project speaker made by a 9 years old kid with soda cap and aluminium sounds louder and more clear than this. Pros: 1-It has the Logitech brand name on it 2-you look funny and childish to someone looking at you playing a game or watching a movie with all the LEDs turning on and off.

This headset work wonderfully! Nice large cups so you get no pressure on your ears. My partner can even use them without them getting stuck on earrings. The only thing I didn't like is the side door, where the dongle is stored, needed a more secure way to close it. I knocked it off a couple times since it is just a magnet holding it on. If you want a really high quality feel then these are it.

    Save Your Money and Run.

I've owned two pairs and I won't make the mistake again. The first pair, the right speaker died in about four months. I had to tap it to turn it on and even then it would click off. I contacted Logitech, they sent me a new pair. Same thing, this time in about six months. I'm tired of buying and replacing garbage. Not when my 6 year old Turtle Beaches went on for so long. The software is also AWFUL. About half the time it doesn't open up so you can't make adjustments. Sometimes, the mic won't work when pulled down. Flipping it up and down does nothing, the ONLY FIX is to QUIT THE SOFTWARE and completely CLOSE IT. Then the mic works. But then you can't adjust your EQ... Save your money and time.

    Short Lifespan

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

After approximately 2 years of use, the headset got this bizarre issue with the power button where pushing it around would cause power to weirdly cycle to different parts of the headset resulting in sound being very wonky until you found a "sweet spot" for the button. The mic quality is on-par with every other headset mic you can find. If you want professional quality, you should still look at a Blue Yeti or better combined with simple software like Voicemeter. The software is often clunky and difficult to get your way around. For a little while, I wasn't able to update my headset software because the LG Hub refused to recognize the headset. Overall, headset can have a very short lifespan for sound quality that can be achieved just the same through longer-lasting hardware like Astro headsets.

Great sound but HORRIBLE quality control

Let me star with the good. I went through 7 different headphones and this was BY FAR the best sounding one. That's where the good ends though....My first one had terrible static in its left driver. Then it started to fade completely. The fix would be to jiggle the power switch. Logitech did send me a replacement....and guess what was wrong with that one. THE SAME THING. I dont know if its there quality check line or theyre all this bad. Really sad about this as this headset is the best sounding wireless headset I've ever used. Side note: I had all logitech accessories and each one had some type of issue that was most likely due to quality control. Looks like its time to stop buying logitech products :(

      Hello George,
I am sorry that the G935 did not work as expected. The G935 is a great headset, but I recommend the PRO X. The PRO X is my favorite and, in most people's opinion, a superior device over the G935. I hope you find this information helpful. Logitech appreciates your product review. - Leo from Logitech

    Comfortable, but endless problems

When it works, it's fine. But it has problems connected and being recognized multiple times a week. Updating firmware, hardwiring in, checking G Hub, etc. never seems to fix the issue for long. I've replaced it under warranty twice now and inevitably start running into the same issue. Either no sound or no mic connection. Very comfortable, but that doesn't matter when it doesn't work.
